Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Our booking process is we require a 30% non-refundable deposit for bookings 30 days outside of arrival and 70% non-refundable payment for the remainder 30 days before arrival. 100% payment in full (non-refundable) if checking in 30 days or sooner.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
An Adobe Sign Property Waiver (electronic signature link) will be sent to the email supplied after the booking occurs. We also require a picture of your driver's licence to prove the minimum age requirement of 25 years for the guest booking the property. Three days before a guest checks in, we place a $1,000 pre authorization hold on their supplied credit card (from the Adobe Sign) for any potential damages. The pre authorization hold is released 5-7 business days after you check out.
