Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after mid-night. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Key is provided at check in.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
