The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer for your convenience. Take in the fresh air and enjoy the privacy of your own balcony. If needed, a full-size sleeper sofa is available to accommodate additional guests. This centrally-located place ensures your family is in close proximity to all the attractions. Please note that smoking is not permitted, and we kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties or large groups. Daily cleaning services are not provided during your stay. BUILDING REPAIRS We regret to inform you that due to ongoing work on the exterior of the building, the balcony in your rental may be temporarily unavailable. Please be assured that we are working diligently to complete the necessary repairs as quickly as possible to restore full access to the balcony. However, we would like to emphasize that all other amenities, including the pools, restaurants, and other facilities, remain open and available for your enjoyment. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding and patience.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.
