2BR - 2BA Gulf front, common access balcony - walkway facing the beach, WiFi. 903 sqft Up to two pets allowed, must be under 25 lbs. This lovely two Bedroom condo with WiFi, directly on the beach, is located on Okaloosa Island, which is between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. There are no high rises in sight, as nothing over 7 stories is allowed on Okaloosa. Because this building has a mere 24 units, and plenty of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are never crowded, making it simply paradise. Many people say that these are the most beautiful beaches that they have ever seen. Television, surveys and magazines rate the Emerald Coast among the top ten in the world for its beautifully colored waters and sand as white as snow. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 200.00 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. A thirty (30) day cancellation is required for short-term rentals. A sixty (60) day cancellation is required for monthly rentals. The booking deposit is non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended for your stay.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Any Pet A security deposit of 100.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Monthly rate per pet is 150.00. Dogs must be kept on leash. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
