For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge.

PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 40 or more days prior to arrival)

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 750 USD
