Boasting breathtaking views these properties are perched on a hill top surrounded by countryside but within a 10 minute drive to the picturesque town of Montignac and a 15 minute drive from the historical town of Sarlat-la-Canada. The properties have exposed beams with a modern contemporary kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and downstairs WC to service the pool area. Quite location. With private pool, pizza/bread oven, BBQ, satellite TV's (including free wifi), fantastic outside dining areas, Netflix. Lots of local activities including canoeing, horse riding, caves and castles within 4 minute drives to visit. Plenty of garden and parking space. Woodland to the rear of the property. Owners will keep their distance but are also available if needed.
