Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
