Few problems but had a good vacation When we arrived on July 2,2022 the room temperature was 76 degrees. The office was closed and after a few phone calls, I was able to talk to someone to help. The man came that evening and did a temporary fix and with the fans running the room temperature was 74. The next day he returned and fixed the problem. The elevators went out everyday, so it was a long wait or walking the steps to the 8th floor. The parking was difficult at times. The room was neat and clean. <br/><br/> <br/>

Rgr 518 Satisfied, except for balcony doors sealis broke and foggy, and carpet could be replaced. Response from Sea Breeze Realty; Thursday, April 7, 2022 We are sorry to hear that your experience was not exceptional. The homeowner will be replacing the balcony doors this spring and he is also getting quotes to have the flooring replaced. Although each condo is individually owned, ultimately it is up to our housekeeping staff to make sure that everything is cleaned and stocked well. Additionally, I am the Rental Manager, and I am sincerely sorry that you felt my services were lacking. Our motto at Sea Breeze is "Come as Guest, Leave as Family", so for you to feel that we treated you anything less than is unacceptable and I extend my sincere apologies.

1605 was horrible But 815 was excellent We rented Royal Gardens 1605 The Garbage disposal broken kitchen sink not draining, windows in main bedroom filled with mold, molding throughout unit beat up or missing generally in POOR condition. However Seabreaze moved us to 815 and was excellent

OMG! Rm 815 is dated and needs attention. Opened cabinet and tomato sauce was dripped all down inside of cabinet. The sauce was even on the inside base and pots and pans. Air conditioner was leaking water into the half bath and ceiling began to buckle as water gathered. Queen side bed had a horrible mattress. Maintenance was professional and worked on issues. A lot of our time was spent sitting in room while air-conditioning person worked on air conditioner. They said owner needs to buy a new air conditioner. Staff did compensate for our experience. Think owner needs to do major renovations so condo is livable. With all the standing water in ceilings, makes one think of what happened in Florida..

wife will not go back. She has been going every year for last 30 years. She said " I will never go back." Tv's not working, A/c leaking on counter, NO mattress on pull out sofa. Called for maint. every day and got no maint. NOT satisfied at all.

I keep coming back Each time we go to the beach we stay at the Royal Garden Resort. Usually in the same room but this time my sister and her husband join us so we got a 2 bed room condo. It was just as nice as we were used to while staying there. It was clean and was stocked with anything in the kitchen you might need (eg.. Can opener, coffee pot, silver ware etc) It has a great family atmosphere.

Post Hurricane Florence My vacation was very relaxing, I enjoyed swimming in the pools and soaking in the hot tub. I have been coming to Royal Garden Resort since I was thirteen years old with my parents. I love the location and amenities that Royal Garden offers. Sam at the front desk is a pleasure to work with, he is very helpful and informative.

Vacation 2019 Comments from BRAMPTON. (note spelling) Need improvement- Microwave is rusted, needs to be replaced. Bedroom suite on ocean side very ugly and dated, but livable. Furniture hasn't been moved, very dusty at floor. Kitchen needs modernizing and more light. Living room furniture dirty and tired. <br/>.***TIME TO CHANGE SLIDING DOORS, OBSTRUCT OCEAN VIEW WITH FOGGY ACCUMULATION IN BETWEEN PANES-SEAL BROKEN<br/>RUG SHOULD BE CLEANED OR CHANGED BUT PASSABLE<br/><br/>GOOD POINTS Great view, back bedroom fine, bathrooms passable, storage room handy.Table and chairs fine. Maintenance people and front desk staff very helpful and professional.Social activities offered are great, esp. the aquarobics! Thanks for a great stay!

Condo from **** Upon entering our unit we discovered that kitchen light was not working. This was Sat and it took until Monday for maint. to replace the light fixture. Kitchen was filthy and had to have the cleaning people in to clean it. Cookware was unfit to use and had to have replaced. AC unit leaked water to the point that a bucket sit under the unit for our entire stay. Dishwasher leaked as did the washer. And finally the toilet backed up. Needless to say, we will never rent unit 815 again!!

from broken air-conditioner to outdated dirty room 2nd was miserable air went out was so hot and humid the walls had water pouring down ! Got upgraded to a swift which was so outdated and dirty ! I paid for an extra night because we had to spend a whole day moving rooms and wasted our day .. ive stayed here many of times this was bar far the worst rooms we have been in

Condo needed love! The 1st night the half bath ran until I noticed it and had flooded the floor. The 1st room in the condo had paint peeling off the doors. The main TV was not working correctly and kept shutting off. Black marks were on the back of the other bedroom door.

Last Option Rental Choice Our suite was more like a well used motel room. The place did not see fresh paint since Clinton was in office. Dirty walls, the fridge was filthy, the tubs were moldy and stained, the paint was peeling off the oven vent and looking for a shoe under the bed was like a scary movie from all the remnants of previous guests. Half the electrical outlets were not working. The air conditioning vent dripped on the breakfast bar; leaving us a constant puddle. The parking garage is a joke if you drive anything larger than a golf cart. But we did have a nice view if you didn't trip over the two inch metal guard sticking up trying to get thru the foggy glass sliding doors to the balcony. The pools were not well maintained and did not chance it. The elevator to the ground floor (pool & beach) only worked half of the time during our stay. Sorry never again; there are a lot nicer places in the area for the money. Not a well representation of South Carolina facilities for our out-of state visitors. Take some time during the off season and freshen the place up. The saving grace of the trip was the great location and great view.

Great Week At The Beach! We have been staying at Royal Garden Resort for close to 30 years. I have never had any real issues, however, some units are decorated and better maintained than others. While the unit we usually stay in was not available we still had a nice space. The elevator service were much better this year! Gone to the dogs I've come down to Garden City and stayed at the Royal Garden for 15 plus years. Unfortunately,I've noticed a gradual decline in several areas. I've never seen so many dogs here before, it seems like half the people staying there have dogs or cats. Not to mention the people that walk on that beach with their dogs so they can do their business. If it's not the barking, you need to watch where you walk. I'm allergic to dogs and cats. I suspect the owners or previous guests in my condo have animals . It was very musty, especially when it gets humid. My wife and I were having problems breathing. Not exactly the cleanest place, maybe mold is growing? Appliances and furniture are beat and need replacement. Serious upgrading is needed.I don't think I will be staying at Royal Garden in the future.
