Prices, amenities,specials, seasons, minimum stay requirements, descriptions and locations may change from time to time without notice. Every effort has been made to assure that the printed descriptions are accurate. The Property Manager & our property owners make every effort to assure that all descriptions & representations in all media are accurate. However, we are not responsible for any errors or changes made by owners in the furnishings or amenities of the properties

The Property Manager has adopted the following Rules and Regulations pertaining to the use of the cabins in order to enable the guests to obtain the maximum enjoyment from the use, as well as securing the investment of the owner's property.



1. Management Notes:

Our office hours are 9 AM – 9PM, Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6PM Sat-Sun.
We accept cash, cashier checks, traveler's checks, money orders and all major credit cards. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Cabins must be paid in full before keys/keycodes are given out or left out for late arrivals.


2. General Housekeeping Rules:

Check in is at 3 PM or after, Check out is by 10 AM. For keys taken from the cabin and not left inside a charge of $12.00 will be assessed for each unreturned or broken key. The lock box key must stay in the lock box at all times. If for any reason the key is removed a fine of $100.00 will be assessed. No exceptions. Anyone not approved, that checks out after 10 am will be charged a late fee which will be the cost of another day.
Dispose of all garbage in outside garbage receptacles or a housekeeping charge will apply. If your bins are full, please call and housekeeping will be glad to come by and pick it up. When checking out please turn off all lights, fans and set thermostat to 65 in winter and 75 in summer. It is not necessary to strip linens off beds or wash towels. Make sure all towels are left in the bathtubs and not on the floors when checking out.
Wash all dirty dishes and put back in the cabinets or a housekeeping charge of $35 will apply. Do not put plastic object (ex. Blender of coffee pot) in lower part of dishwasher. If you use the air mattress please put away before you leave. If you use the pull out couch make sure you put away before you leave. $50 if housekeeping has to put away extra bedding.
If mattress pads are missing you will be charged $100.
Do not MOVE OR REMOVE any furnishings, accessories or linens from your cabin for any reason, or you will be charged. TV, DVD, VCR or satellite are found disconnected a fee to you of $100.00 to reconnect.
Fireplaces are open October 1 – March 31, but firewood is not provided. All fireplaces, gas or wood are closed April 1 – September 30 (Fireplaces not to be used during these dates). Do not leave the cabin if there is a fire burning in the fireplace. Make sure the damper is fully open before building a fire and the firewood is dry. Keep the screen closed at all times. If your fireplace is gas, DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN THE FIREPLACE AND DO NOT MOVE LOG CONFIGURATION or there will be a replacement charge.
Housekeeping services will not be provided during your stay unless requested; there will be an additional charge for various services. If additional housekeeping services are needed, please request a price sheet prior to check in.
Use only toilet paper in commode to prevent stoppage. There will be a $25 charge by maintenance to unstop commodes.

The Property Manager will not be responsible for personal items left behind in the unit. If you request us to pick items up and mail to you, they will be mailed COD.
If needed, an iron may be checked out at the office and must be returned at check out. A deposit of $10.00 is required to check an iron out at the office. Irons are on a first come first serve basis.
Suggestions of items to bring: coffee filters, iron, paper towels, sponge, Kleenex, charcoal and lighter fluid if grill is charcoal, beach towels or extra towels, laundry detergent and fabric softener for washer and dryer in cabin, starter wood for wood burning fireplaces in season, extra toilet tissue, hair dryer, bars of soap, trash bags and dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tabs. YOU ARE PROVIDED A COURTESY SUPPLY OF SELECT ITEMS THAT WILL ASSIST YOU THROUGH THE FIRST DAY ONLY.


3. General Rules and Regulations:

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Fireworks are prohibited at all times. No guests will be permitted to disturb the peaceful quiet of other guests; if you disrupt others, you will be evicted with no refund.
Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit including children, which will be enforced. Prices are based on 2 people per bedroom. Each additional person is $12.50/night. If guests misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund. No house parties are allowed. Some minimum stay requirements during holidays, peak periods, etc.
N o pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If smoking has occurred or a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund. For a pet approved cabin, a non-refundable PER PET of $50.00 will be charged. Our cabins permit small dogs only in pet approved cabins !
Under no circumstances should any long distance calls or movies be charged to the cabin. Phones allow incoming and outgoing local calls.
We require 50% of the total amount due in order to make the reservation. The other half is due 30 days prior to arrival. All stays within 30 days will require full payment at the time of reservation. We require a Damage Security Hold if your stay is paid entirely in cash; if damage or extra cleaning charges apply you will be notified in writing. When you check in your cabin, you are required to inspect the cabin and report any damages within the first two hours. If there are unreported damages after you check out, your damage deposit may be forfeited. A housekeeping/linen fee is charged based on the size of the cabin. Trip insurance is available for 7% of your total stay through TravelGuard.
During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
Hot tubs and Jacuzzis should be entered at your own risk. Hot tubs have bromine tablets in them. We are not responsible for any jewelry or clothing damage if worn in the hot tubs. A shower should be taken before and after entering a hot tub per guide lines of Sevier County Health Department.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be made for breakdown or malfunctions of appliances (TV, VCR, air conditioner, heater, Jacuzzi, hot tub, etc.), acts of God, and no refunds will be made (because of weather) due to electrical power, water, cable outages, location of cabin, presence of insects, type of roadways or driveways leading to your cabin or in climate weather. No refunds will be made after you check in and/or take possession of the key code packet for any reason.
Liability: This rental program is under the management of the Property Manager who acts only as an agent for the owners. Under no circumstances will management be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim injury, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise caused or incurred, as a result of any delays, substitutions, rescheduling, or changes in the provisions of accommodations by the Property Manager or by reason of acts of God, or by agents, employees, subcontractors, third parties, or as substitute. The Property Manager reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person and/or rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. All properties are privately owned: management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. If the Property Manager must seek remedy in court for any reason, all attorney fees and court costs will be paid by the customer.
I have read and understand the rules and regulations. I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and that I will be held responsible for the care of the property being rented under my name. I accept full responsibility for the damage or extra cleaning charge assessed during or those discovered after departure from the above rental. I authorize these charges to be debited from my credit card or subtracted from my cash security deposit.

A Bear came to greet us. Great Visit. We had been at the Cabin no more than an hour or so when a large Bear showed up to visit. It did not threaten us at all, however we stayed well above it on the deck and were prepared to find shelter, It sat down in the grass and watched us for about 15-20 minutes before leaving. Our stay and experiences during the visit were very good, the view were fantastic and Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were convenient for shopping and eating. The Park was the highlight of our trip. Over the 20 years of visiting the area as many as 3 times per year, we found trails and areas of the Park never enjoyed before. It was a good stay. We will be back. highly recommend very nice accommodations, clean, all game tables in working order. Plenty of "one day supply" of kitchen and bathroom items, didn't use much at all of what I took. Office checked on us via text daily, very nice! I really can't relate this cabin at all to any of the negative reviews I saw. Office staff great to work with. Not a Great Experience Was described at the time of renting as having great views. The view I had was of a dirty house next door. Came in to the house and it smelled like sewer due to a septic problem I'm guessing. The fooseball and air hockey didn't work and all the counters and table were filthy. Will not be using your company again.

Daughter's senior trip Our daughter wanted to go to the mountains with some of her friends for her senior trip instead of the usual beach trip that most of the other seniors do at her school. We ended up with 10 teenagers and 4 adults. It was the perfect house and area for this trip. The teenagers went for a hike on Saturday and the adults went into Gatlinburg. On Sunday we did the opposite. At the end of the day we would have a big dinner together and the teenagers hung out in the hot tub and played pool while the adults played some cards. It was a wonderful house and accommodated all of our needs. Beautiful view, we look forward to coming again in the fall. Very disappointed in red neck ritz! More redneck than ritz!! Sparsely furnished for cooking, bedspreads so shabby didn't even want to use them as covers, couches and love seats were so stained we put sheets on them.. Been to gatlinburg at least once a year for 30 years and this is worst chalet I've rented. Not very helpful when we couldn't disarm the alarm . Also required to bring your own toilet paper!!! good but could of been better The cabin was nice with minor problems very clean would stay again. There was a few things that we were looking forward to it. The sauna did not work and the air went off and on. when we first got there the hot tub did not work at all. the wifi code they gave at check in did not work ended up being the wrong one. Wifi still did not work until our last day in the cabin. But overall nice cabin great location and I will also stay again if those things are working!

Not so GREAT Regarding Aunt Bugs checking in and out no problem very smooth. The rest not good. Lots of rules and extra fees if don't do this and that. Have to bring lots of supplies. Housekeeping was very POOR. Called because some of the pillows did not have pillow cases never got them.<br/>Regarding Redneck Ritz the cabin. More that half of the shower had mold and not just a little. Stove and oven very greasy dirty. Furniture was old and/or looks like hand me down. There was not one hanger in the hold house not even a hook to hang you jacket. only a two slice toaster. This house is for 14 and we had 14. DO know how long it take to make toast for 14 with a 2 slice toaster. There was not even 14 mugs for coffee. there was not 14 chair on the outside deck. For a house that should be upscale very disappointing. Kitchen had very poor supplies. Could really make a meal if you wanted too.<br/>The good thing about this house is the view. <br/>We will not use Aunt Bugs again, The owners have to step it up too. Redneck Ritz...does not live up to the name! I had never vacationed in Gatlinburg Tn so when my husband and I decided to plan a get away for Valentines we decided to plan a trip with 6 other couple and the Redneck Ritz appeared to be the ideal place for all of us to stay comfortably. When we arrived we were advised to check in to see if early check-in was possible, when we got there at 12pm we were told the cabin wasn't "ready" so we hung out until 230 when we were allowed a early check-in. When we arrived at the cabin the outside was very poorly kept, but being that the area was just recovering from the fire disaster that didn't bother us much. Once inside we were very dissapointed with the condition of the cabin, it was very dirty. I was expecting to arrive to a very clean and welcomming atmosphere being that upon arrival we were told that it wasn't "ready" but it was the exact opposite. It appeared that no one had been at the location for sometime, it was very dusty the floors had not been swept or vacuumed, there was still candy on the steps from no telling when. The bathrooms in each room were not clean, there was mold built up in the tub. The beds did not have fresh linen there was hair in several of the beds and also hairs on the kitchen counters. There were flat screen tv's in some of the rooms but there were still the old big back tv's left in the rooms as well. Also there were termites flying around outside and made it hard to enjoy sitting outside on the porch area. My friends and I spent over $3000 for 3 days and I can't say that the condition of the cabin was worth the cost. We did enjoy the trip and we do have plans on making this an annual couples trip, however we are hoping to find another cabin that can accommodate<br/>us to make the stay worth the money spent. 2017 Family Vacation There were 19 of us and the chalet was the perfect size to accommodate everyone. There were some issues with tv remotes (no batteries), toilet that didnt flush and shower doors (off track, dirty tracks), but overall we enjoyed our stay. Great Gatlinburg Family Vacation Great stay. We had 13 people including 2 under 10 and it was great for us. We were able to have a family meal altogether with a little planning. The recreation equipment was great other than needing a another cue stick for the pool table. The view is great all day but especially early morning. You understand why they are called the 'smokies'.<br/>The staff was great on check in and each time we had a need to communicate from booking to check out. <br/>I have already recommended this house to a family member looking to take a large group to this area later in the year. Family Reunion It was adequate for our needs. Dissapointed that the view of the mountains was only ok. Several beds were of the hard variety. Kind of dusty in places. Games (pool, air hockey) need some maintenance, but still usable. Overall we had a good time in this cabin.

A perfect place for our group! For our first "Cousin Vacation," we were very fortunate to have chosen Redneck Ritz, outside of Gatlinburg. With two bedrooms on each of three levels, and another loft bedroom, this was perfect for our group of seven "cousin" couples. An absolutely stunning view of the Smokies complimented the entire experience. Aunt Bug's staff were very friendly and professional, and did everything to make our stay a delight. Gathering with friends We had 12 kids in all ranging from 8-13 and it was a great place for them as well as the adults. Spring Break 2015 The cabin was extremely dirty when we arrived, there was used charcoal in the grill, and broken glass all over near the front steps. Numerous light bullbs are burnt out and need replaced. There are also no tips on the pool cues so we couldn't play pool. We still had a good time, but considering the amt we paid for the cabin, we expected it to be in better condition. On a positive note, the location is perfect; close to the park and Gatlinburg. Smokey Mountains vacation We had a very enjoyable stay and were pleased with the location and general condition of the cabin. There were some things that were advertised in your ads that we felt were somewhat misrepresented. The air hockey game was plugged in but the switch to turn it on and off was taken out of the unit. (Why it was left plugged in in that condition could have been dangerous.) Also, the foosball table was broken and mended with duct tape, but instead of perhaps breaking it more, we didn't use it. Also, both VCR's had no cables to hook up the TV. These things were disappointing to us. Also, we did report to you that the smoke alarm unit in the stairwell to the lower unit was out of order. I'm also sure you're aware that the cabin originally had outside grills, (2) and now only one exists. Although the cabin was very adequate for our party of 11, making food on the existing small grill for our group was a problem. It seemed to us that this unit needed to have the owner or some responsible party going though it more often. If so, items like the missing blinds on one of the windows, putting some glue on the outside porch rockers where the dials are coming out, dripping faucet in the main floor bathroom, fastening the dishwasher so it doesn't dump front when you're filling it, would be addressed. Also, the refrigerator is in much need of repair. Shelfing in the lower part of the door is missing, so nothing can be stored there, and in addition, we believe that the ice tray is not the correct one. The icemaker continues to produce ice over the top of the tray instead of shutting off when full. That causes the ice cubes to assemble in the freezer unit and when the frost free element kicks in, water runs down into the lower drawers and bottom of the main compartment. <br/>Things like this tend to detract from the rest of the beauty and enjoyment of the stay. <br/> Response from Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals; Friday, August 7, 2015 Thank you for staying with us and thank you for letting us know about your stay with us. Just like we imagined... This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Aunt Bug's rental cabins and we greatly enjoyed both experiences. We brought 9 High school runners to train in the Smoky Mountains and all 14 of use had enough room to rest and relax between runs. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna. We made family style meals and had movie night too. The cabin had everything we needed! We enjoyed shopping in Gatlinburg and never ran out of trails and waterfalls to explore! We are planning on coming back next year! needed some work but we enjoyed. The redneck Ritz was huge! We had plenty of room for all 18 of our family memebers. The porch served us well spending countless hours enjoying the views! But we did have A few isuues..... the cabin was hot! We couldn't get it cool enough at night to be sleep.comfortably. our oven did not work. We planned on cooking in the mornings and evenings, even went to the grocery and spent a fortune on food... and we couldn't even make.biscuits?? very disappointing after spending more than 5k on a cabin. Interesting Vacation The cabin looked nice overall. However, there was a sewer smell on the first and second floor that was horrible. The children pulled out the couch cushions to see if it let out into a bed and they found a joint that was obviously left by a previous guest. The refrigerator dropped water and smelled. Redneck Ritz 30th Birthday The Leasing office was very professional the only problem we had was the cable and wifi was not working they sent someone out and had it fixed within an hour. Redneck Ritz Cabin Upon arrival to cabin, the fireplace and sauna did not work. We never had the sauna fixed the whole stay, Aunt bugs were very rude on the phone, we called several time and were placed on hold and hung up on. We had no water in the whole 7 bedroom cabin on sunday for approx. 10 hr and we very disappointed in the stay. will not be staying with this company ever again!! our awesome family adventure The cabin was beautiful, great location and all 12 of us had a great time. Will be back some day. Only thing I would like to note is it needs some good deep cleaning, I used to clean apts and homes and paid great attention to detail, and it seems they did not in this cabin as it was clean but lots of missed dust and the downstairs bedroom had dirty pillowcases on it! Family Reunion We were very happy with the Cabin while the hot tub was slimey upon entrance of it and stayed that way till we called to have it cleaned while we were there witch we were charged for. It stayed clean for one night then was slimey again after that and smelled very bad. So we just stayed out of the hot tub after that. The nails in the main deck floor were raised and we kept stubbing our tors on them . You may want to get someone with a hammer there to take care of that before it causes someone to get hurt. But other than that we really enjoyed the views and the cabin. and we will keep Aunt Bugs on our list of places to go. Thank you

A Great Family Vacation We had a great family vacation and overall we enjoyed staying in the Redneck Ritz. We had a problem with the sewer, but the owner was very helpful and quick to fix the problem. The receptionists at Aunt Bugs were great upon checking in and out, but were a little less than helpful when dealing with the sewer problem. Communication between maintenance and reception needs to be bumped up. The cleaning crew needs to be advised to clean the cabins more vigorously. For example, when we arrived there was a razor left in the downstairs bathroom, and food from the previous renter was still in the cabinets...but overall we had a great time. The view is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and everything worked! I would stay in the Redneck Ritz again.

Overall experience was great Our group had 12 adults and the cabin was more than spacious enough to accommodate all of us. From what I could tell, there were no issued with cleanliness except a sewage smell that started on the lowest level and dissipated as you went to the upper levels. We had to connect the cable box to the TV in order to watch one of the TVs. The sauna has a reset button on the bottom that we discovered the day before we left and it was the reason the sauna did not work for a day. The location could not have been better, we were less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Overall everyone had a great time. Redneck Ritz Vacation Other than having NO water pressure on the morning of checkout the stay was great. There was not even enough pressure to brush your teeth we had to use bottled water and because we were needing to get on the road back home we didn't have time to call maintenance and wait for repairs. Some what happy rednecks! Overall good location. The hot tub never heated up enough to enjoy. Our oven stopped working but they sent out a repair man in a timely manner to repair it. Not working Hot Tub and Sewage Smell There were a few things that bothered me about the cabin. 1) on the first night there was an awful sewage smell throughout the Cabin. I don't know if there was a sewage issue or what, but all of the guests noticed. 2nd) The hot tub did not work for the entire weekend. We called the rental management about it and they told me to try the breaker by the hot tub, but it did not solve the problem. The guests were looking forward to the hot tub, so it was pretty disappointing that it did not work. We felt as if we didn't get our moneys worth. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the view was pretty. There were 19 of us and the chalet was the perfect size to accommodate everyone. There were some issues with tv remotes (no batteries), toilet that didnt flush and shower doors (off track, dirty tracks), but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. We had 13 people including 2 under 10 and it was great for us. We were able to have a family meal altogether with a little planning. The recreation equipment was great other than needing a another cue stick for the pool table. The view is great all day but especially early morning. You understand why they are called the 'smokies'.<br/>The staff was great on check in and each time we had a need to communicate from booking to check out. <br/>I have already recommended this house to a family member looking to take a large group to this area later in the year.

I had never vacationed in Gatlinburg Tn so when my husband and I decided to plan a get away for Valentines we decided to plan a trip with 6 other couple and the Redneck Ritz appeared to be the ideal place for all of us to stay comfortably. When we arrived we were advised to check in to see if early check-in was possible, when we got there at 12pm we were told the cabin wasn't "ready" so we hung out until 230 when we were allowed a early check-in. When we arrived at the cabin the outside was very poorly kept, but being that the area was just recovering from the fire disaster that didn't bother us much. Once inside we were very dissapointed with the condition of the cabin, it was very dirty. I was expecting to arrive to a very clean and welcomming atmosphere being that upon arrival we were told that it wasn't "ready" but it was the exact opposite. It appeared that no one had been at the location for sometime, it was very dusty the floors had not been swept or vacuumed, there was still candy on the steps from

Regarding Aunt Bugs checking in and out no problem very smooth. The rest not good. Lots of rules and extra fees if don't do this and that. Have to bring lots of supplies. Housekeeping was very POOR. Called because some of the pillows did not have pillow cases never got them.<br/>Regarding Redneck Ritz the cabin. More that half of the shower had mold and not just a little. Stove and oven very greasy dirty. Furniture was old and/or looks like hand me down. There was not one hanger in the hold house not even a hook to hang you jacket. only a two slice toaster. This house is for 14 and we had 14. DO know how long it take to make toast for 14 with a 2 slice toaster. There was not even 14 mugs for coffee. there was not 14 chair on the outside deck. For a house that should be upscale very disappointing. Kitchen had very poor supplies. Could really make a meal if you wanted too.<br/>The good thing about this house is the view. <br/>We will not use Aunt Bugs again, The owners have to step it up too.

The cabin was nice with minor problems very clean would stay again. There was a few things that we were looking forward to it. The sauna did not work and the air went off and on. when we first got there the hot tub did not work at all. the wifi code they gave at check in did not work ended up being the wrong one. Wifi still did not work until our last day in the cabin. But overall nice cabin great location and I will also stay again if those things are working!

Our daughter wanted to go to the mountains with some of her friends for her senior trip instead of the usual beach trip that most of the other seniors do at her school. We ended up with 10 teenagers and 4 adults. It was the perfect house and area for this trip. The teenagers went for a hike on Saturday and the adults went into Gatlinburg. On Sunday we did the opposite. At the end of the day we would have a big dinner together and the teenagers hung out in the hot tub and played pool while the adults played some cards. It was a wonderful house and accommodated all of our needs. Beautiful view, we look forward to coming again in the fall.

Sparsely furnished for cooking, bedspreads so shabby didn't even want to use them as covers, couches and love seats were so stained we put sheets on them.. Been to gatlinburg at least once a year for 30 years and this is worst chalet I've rented. Not very helpful when we couldn't disarm the alarm . Also required to bring your own toilet paper!!!

For our first "Cousin Vacation," we were very fortunate to have chosen Redneck Ritz, outside of Gatlinburg. With two bedrooms on each of three levels, and another loft bedroom, this was perfect for our group of seven "cousin" couples. An absolutely stunning view of the Smokies complimented the entire experience. Aunt Bug's staff were very friendly and professional, and did everything to make our stay a delight. We cannot recommend Aunt Bug's and Redneck Ritz highly enough.

Other than having NO water pressure on the morning of checkout the stay was great. There was not even enough pressure to brush your teeth we had to use bottled water and because we were needing to get on the road back home we didn't have time to call maintenance and wait for repairs.

Our group had 12 adults and the cabin was more than spacious enough to accommodate all of us. From what I could tell, there were no issued with cleanliness except a sewage smell that started on the lowest level and dissipated as you went to the upper levels. We had to connect the cable box to the TV in order to watch one of the TVs. The sauna has a reset button on the bottom that we discovered the day before we left and it was the reason the sauna did not work for a day. The location could not have been better, we were less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Overall everyone had a great time.

Overall good location. The hot tub never heated up enough to enjoy. Our oven stopped working but they sent out a repair man in a timely manner to repair it. Only other negative was the mattresses were way too firm.

There were a few things that bothered me about the cabin. 1) on the first night there was an awful sewage smell throughout the Cabin. I don't know if there was a sewage issue or what, but all of the guests noticed. 2nd) The hot tub did not work for the entire weekend. We called the rental management about it and they told me to try the breaker by the hot tub, but it did not solve the problem. The guests were looking forward to the hot tub, so it was pretty disappointing that it did not work. We felt as if we didn't get our moneys worth. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the view was pretty.

The cabin was Awsome and plenty of room. The kids had fun just aging all the games on the lower levels. I would deffinately stay in these cabins again!!!

We were very happy with the Cabin while the hot tub was slimey upon entrance of it and stayed that way till we called to have it cleaned while we were there witch we were charged for. It stayed clean for one night then was slimey again after that and smelled very bad. So we just stayed out of the hot tub after that. The nails in the main deck floor were raised and we kept stubbing our tors on them . You may want to get someone with a hammer there to take care of that before it causes someone to get hurt. But other than that we really enjoyed the views and the cabin. and we will keep Aunt Bugs on our list of places to go. Thank you

We had a great family vacation and overall we enjoyed staying in the Redneck Ritz. We had a problem with the sewer, but the owner was very helpful and quick to fix the problem. The receptionists at Aunt Bugs were great upon checking in and out, but were a little less than helpful when dealing with the sewer problem. Communication between maintenance and reception needs to be bumped up. The cleaning crew needs to be advised to clean the cabins more vigorously. For example, when we arrived there was a razor left in the downstairs bathroom, and food from the previous renter was still in the cabinets...but overall we had a great time. The view is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and everything worked! I would stay in the Redneck Ritz again.

Very professional staff. We take a family vacation every year, children and grandchildren, 18 of us. Everybody wants to return to the Redneck Ritz. It was awesome! There is so much to do in the Gatlinburg area. We feel like we just got started.

The cabin was beautiful, great location and all 12 of us had a great time. Will be back some day. Only thing I would like to note is it needs some good deep cleaning, I used to clean apts and homes and paid great attention to detail, and it seems they did not in this cabin as it was clean but lots of missed dust and the downstairs bedroom had dirty pillowcases on it!

Everything was great - we had a problem the 1st night with the A/C but the problem was fixed very shortly after we reported it. We hated to leave!!!!!!!!!! WONDERFUL!!!!!

Upon arrival to cabin, the fireplace and sauna did not work. We never had the sauna fixed the whole stay, Aunt bugs were very rude on the phone, we called several time and were placed on hold and hung up on. We had no water in the whole 7 bedroom cabin on sunday for approx. 10 hr and we very disappointed in the stay. will not be staying with this company ever again!!
