Prices, amenities,specials, seasons, minimum stay requirements, descriptions and locations may change from time to time without notice. Every effort has been made to assure that the printed descriptions are accurate. The Property Manager & our property owners make every effort to assure that all descriptions & representations in all media are accurate. However, we are not responsible for any errors or changes made by owners in the furnishings or amenities of the properties

The Property Manager has adopted the following Rules and Regulations pertaining to the use of the cabins in order to enable the guests to obtain the maximum enjoyment from the use, as well as securing the investment of the owner's property.



1. Management Notes:

Our office hours are 9 AM – 9PM, Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6PM Sat-Sun.
We accept cash, cashier checks, traveler's checks, money orders and all major credit cards. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Cabins must be paid in full before keys/keycodes are given out or left out for late arrivals.


2. General Housekeeping Rules:

Check in is at 3 PM or after, Check out is by 10 AM. For keys taken from the cabin and not left inside a charge of $12.00 will be assessed for each unreturned or broken key. The lock box key must stay in the lock box at all times. If for any reason the key is removed a fine of $100.00 will be assessed. No exceptions. Anyone not approved, that checks out after 10 am will be charged a late fee which will be the cost of another day.
Dispose of all garbage in outside garbage receptacles or a housekeeping charge will apply. If your bins are full, please call and housekeeping will be glad to come by and pick it up. When checking out please turn off all lights, fans and set thermostat to 65 in winter and 75 in summer. It is not necessary to strip linens off beds or wash towels. Make sure all towels are left in the bathtubs and not on the floors when checking out.
Wash all dirty dishes and put back in the cabinets or a housekeeping charge of $35 will apply. Do not put plastic object (ex. Blender of coffee pot) in lower part of dishwasher. If you use the air mattress please put away before you leave. If you use the pull out couch make sure you put away before you leave. $50 if housekeeping has to put away extra bedding.
If mattress pads are missing you will be charged $100.
Do not MOVE OR REMOVE any furnishings, accessories or linens from your cabin for any reason, or you will be charged. TV, DVD, VCR or satellite are found disconnected a fee to you of $100.00 to reconnect.
Fireplaces are open October 1 – March 31, but firewood is not provided. All fireplaces, gas or wood are closed April 1 – September 30 (Fireplaces not to be used during these dates). Do not leave the cabin if there is a fire burning in the fireplace. Make sure the damper is fully open before building a fire and the firewood is dry. Keep the screen closed at all times. If your fireplace is gas, DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN THE FIREPLACE AND DO NOT MOVE LOG CONFIGURATION or there will be a replacement charge.
Housekeeping services will not be provided during your stay unless requested; there will be an additional charge for various services. If additional housekeeping services are needed, please request a price sheet prior to check in.
Use only toilet paper in commode to prevent stoppage. There will be a $25 charge by maintenance to unstop commodes.

The Property Manager will not be responsible for personal items left behind in the unit. If you request us to pick items up and mail to you, they will be mailed COD.
If needed, an iron may be checked out at the office and must be returned at check out. A deposit of $10.00 is required to check an iron out at the office. Irons are on a first come first serve basis.
Suggestions of items to bring: coffee filters, iron, paper towels, sponge, Kleenex, charcoal and lighter fluid if grill is charcoal, beach towels or extra towels, laundry detergent and fabric softener for washer and dryer in cabin, starter wood for wood burning fireplaces in season, extra toilet tissue, hair dryer, bars of soap, trash bags and dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tabs. YOU ARE PROVIDED A COURTESY SUPPLY OF SELECT ITEMS THAT WILL ASSIST YOU THROUGH THE FIRST DAY ONLY.


3. General Rules and Regulations:

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Fireworks are prohibited at all times. No guests will be permitted to disturb the peaceful quiet of other guests; if you disrupt others, you will be evicted with no refund.
Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit including children, which will be enforced. Prices are based on 2 people per bedroom. Each additional person is $12.50/night. If guests misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund. No house parties are allowed. Some minimum stay requirements during holidays, peak periods, etc.
N o pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If smoking has occurred or a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund. For a pet approved cabin, a non-refundable PER PET of $50.00 will be charged. Our cabins permit small dogs only in pet approved cabins !
Under no circumstances should any long distance calls or movies be charged to the cabin. Phones allow incoming and outgoing local calls.
We require 50% of the total amount due in order to make the reservation. The other half is due 30 days prior to arrival. All stays within 30 days will require full payment at the time of reservation. We require a Damage Security Hold if your stay is paid entirely in cash; if damage or extra cleaning charges apply you will be notified in writing. When you check in your cabin, you are required to inspect the cabin and report any damages within the first two hours. If there are unreported damages after you check out, your damage deposit may be forfeited. A housekeeping/linen fee is charged based on the size of the cabin. Trip insurance is available for 7% of your total stay through TravelGuard.
During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
Hot tubs and Jacuzzis should be entered at your own risk. Hot tubs have bromine tablets in them. We are not responsible for any jewelry or clothing damage if worn in the hot tubs. A shower should be taken before and after entering a hot tub per guide lines of Sevier County Health Department.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be made for breakdown or malfunctions of appliances (TV, VCR, air conditioner, heater, Jacuzzi, hot tub, etc.), acts of God, and no refunds will be made (because of weather) due to electrical power, water, cable outages, location of cabin, presence of insects, type of roadways or driveways leading to your cabin or in climate weather. No refunds will be made after you check in and/or take possession of the key code packet for any reason.
Liability: This rental program is under the management of the Property Manager who acts only as an agent for the owners. Under no circumstances will management be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim injury, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise caused or incurred, as a result of any delays, substitutions, rescheduling, or changes in the provisions of accommodations by the Property Manager or by reason of acts of God, or by agents, employees, subcontractors, third parties, or as substitute. The Property Manager reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person and/or rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. All properties are privately owned: management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. If the Property Manager must seek remedy in court for any reason, all attorney fees and court costs will be paid by the customer.
I have read and understand the rules and regulations. I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and that I will be held responsible for the care of the property being rented under my name. I accept full responsibility for the damage or extra cleaning charge assessed during or those discovered after departure from the above rental. I authorize these charges to be debited from my credit card or subtracted from my cash security deposit.

Needs fixing up! The cabin definitely needs fixing up and a deep cleaning. The floors turned the bottom of our feet and socks black. The kitchen chairs<br/>were all broken. The carpet is very worn and stained. The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder, torn shower curtain and a very broken trash can. I will say the linens were all clean though, which helped because we probably would not have stayed if they were not. Overall we were very disappointed and were glad we were only there for two nights.

disappointing THOUGHT THERE WAS A GAS GRILL IT WAS REPLACED BY CHARCOAL. CARPETS WERE OLD,DIRTY. POOL TABLE NEEDS REFELTING AND CUSHIONING.BATHROOM SPICKETS LEAKING.LAMP IN BEDROOM DANGEROUS,TOP INSERT APPART.DISHWASHER VERY NOISY AND SMELLY.NOT ENOUGH COFFEE MUGS.ON THE PLUS SIDE , MANAGEMENT VERY NICE, EXCEPT FOR WORN CARPETS CABIN WAS VERY CLEAN.WE DID HAVE ENJOYABLE TIME .

Perfect Mountain View! Cabin better than Described We stay in a cabin annually in Gatlinburg. With two kids, we want a fireplace, a hot tub, a pool table and space to work a puzzle throughout the week. That&#x2019;s fairly hard to find. Angels Roost has ALL, plus we were able to take our dog! The double deck has an amazing view of the mountains. We sat in the chairs every morning wrapped in blankets drinking our coffee and watching the sunrise. Pool table was great. Son slept in the sofa bed and said it was comfy. We would definitely stay here again! <br/><br/>PSA - if you don&#x2019;t like narrow mountain roads, you shouldn&#x2019;t stay in a chalet. That is part of the amazing charm of Gatlinburg!!! Negative comments because of the roads make me roll my eyes. Our experience with auntbug's The cabin was not clean we got stuck in a ditch and called the emergy line and never got a call back. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin.The blinds were messed up there was spiders in the tub.

Not happy!!! We were not too happy with the cabin. The floors were dirty up and downstairs, blinds were broke you couldn't open them. The dishwasher made a horrible loud grinding noise when in use. The view from the cabin to see the mountains was horrible everything is over grown and the picture online for the cabin is outdated. The front of the cabin is completely over grown with bushes and small trees. Hardly any extra bed linens and cups and bowls were limited as well for the dishes. Needs updating but has a little view The shower head needs to be replaced. Sprayed all over the wall and leaked some downstairs. We called management and they sent someone during the day they said. It was still the same that night. <br/><br/>Overall it is a clean place and furnished well. Nice pool table and hot tub. The interior is from the late 80s upstairs. And the bedroom TVs are smaller than my laptop (from <1995). The main tv downstairs is nice but the remotes aren&#x2019;t synced up. <br/><br/>WiFi worked well. Mostly satisfying We loved the location. This chalet was clean and cozy. 2 complaints though... 1. There&#x2019;s a stinch downstairs. 2. The bedroom televisions should be upgraded. Gatlinburg Getaway It was a nice cabin, but needs a little work. Some of the blinds don't work or are broken, the smaller bedroom headboard is broken and there is a large water spot above the TV in the living room area. It was very clean and we did enjoy our stay there. If we come back we will stay a little closer to Gatlinburg and not so high up, the drive was a little scary. Family Vacation This cabin was not right for guest with kids that want to swim. I wish we had know the pool and play area were so far away. next time we will ask for a cabin closer to the pool. Great Stay, But Not for the Price The view was amazing. The mountain air and sounds were great. The cabin's amenities really blew us away. There were skillets, silverware, and other utilities that we thought were really nice. The pool table and hot tub were very well taken care of. Also, the TV's (even though there were no good channels) are old-timey, which we liked. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot and had good water pressure. Air conditioning was good too.<br/><br/>However, when we arrived we noticed several problems. A few of the shades on the window were broken or bent. In the RIGHT upstairs room, the door carpentry was simply unbelievable. The lock on the bedroom door was on the OUTSIDE. My fiancee and I actually got locked inside the room and had to call the other family to unlock it. And, the bathroom door would not shut or lock. One of the chairs was near broken in the living room, one of the lampshades were close to shattering, and some of the felt on the pool table was coming off. Also, I don't know if it has to do with the housekeepers, but there were black marks all over the walls - almost like someone took a black marker and wrote on them. <br/><br/>The WiFi connection was very good, I'll have to say, and our overall stay was good. Besides the much needed repairs.

Fun times but needs some work! Overall the cabin was clean (beds, bathrooms, etc.) but the windows and things that don't get cleaned often could use a good spring scrubbing. The beds are very comfortable! The hot tub is really only for one person (extremely small) and when you get in the water spills over the sides and then it blows a fuse. We kept having to reset the fuse in the fuse box. There are no large bowls for cooking. One bathroom shower's head did NOT work. We had 4 adults and 2 kids staying and we all had to use one shower. Could really use some updating overall. We had fun but considering the cost of this cabin it was overpriced for its condition. We paid approx. $750 over the Labor Day weekend for 3 nights. I've stayed in much nicer cabins in the area for much less. We only selected this cabin and paid a bit more because it was pet friendly and we have a small dog. The last curve up the mountain to get to it is a doozy and the road needs to be fixed. We had a great time overall but I would not stay here again unless it was updated. The check-in staff was really nice and friendly. I did very much like the App they provide you when you rent with them. Time for a Facelift I looked at lots of rental options before renting this cabin. Since these photos were taken, a lot of decor has been added which does not enhance its appeal. If clutter bothers you - it isn't for you. We were thrilled with the service from Aunt Bugs but this cabin is not well maintained and was a large disappointment. As mentioned in other reviews the blinds need replacement (can't open or close properly in either bedroom). Bigger issues we found were: only 3 dining room chairs - and two of them are broken and unsafe. Hot tub kicks off breaker even when jets aren't running making us wonder about the safety of using it. Broken headboard/drywall in bedroom, hole/stain in ceiling froml leak. The bedding for the sofa bed was in a huge pile in the closet - not neatly and cleanly placed - flung on top of a mop and other items stored in there -- would have hated it if we had to use it. No hangers in closets and on closet shelves was more decor stored and owners items. There are only 3 bowls, and other items missing from the kitchen that would be expected. Televisions are old and small for the spaces. Valances and decor is dusty and don't drop anything down by the headboard - a huge layer of dust! Needs deep cleaning (embedded dirty in the vinyl in kitchen/bathrooms. If you have 6 people staying here keep in mind that both bathrooms are ensuites --- you have to go through the bedroom for access. Sofa/love seat were in good condition. We would NOT re-rent this unit and were displeased with many many items needing attention. Great Stay! The place was clean and in good shape. It was the best deal we could find on a short notice and they allowed pets. The downside is there was very little yard and it was hard to get to the top of the driveway. Both bathrooms are upstairs in the bedroom so be prepared for that. **** poor service from aunt bugs.especially JAMES first not the cabin we had rented. we were given a choice of three others not as nice. unfortunately we chose this one. maintenance issues such as blinds wide open and will not shut. balcony door was unlocked and bedroom door on backwards. cleaning issue floor was sticky on entire first floor. the road up to was partially washed out and has been since at least 2014 according to sign in book. owner has nice cabin but sitting right next to another given you no privacy. our complaints were met with bad attitude and rude and careless comments which will keep us away from aunt bugs. considering a complaint with the BBB. have a nice day. Not for the Faint Hearted The driveway was nearly impossible to use . . . repair to the blacktop should be done immediately. It was so bad, we couldn't venture out for evening meals, for fear of NOT being able to return without sliding off the side.The carpet on the stairs and bedrooms were in bad need of cleaning. The bedding was comfortable. The hot tub was 116 and only filled to the middle of the jets on the first night. . . we had to call the next day to have to filled properly. Angel's Roost was so-so House was old with old, cracked furniture. House needed spring/fall cleaning, very dusty. This house is NOISY! Walking, even on the carpet, was very loud but not as loud as the dishwasher. Cable and Wi-Fi was out!!! Not good at all!! Pool table's felt is pulling away from pool table. Hot tub water stunk. Will never stay here again.

The Angel's Roost The house was very clean, roomy, & has great amenities. Must be in somewhat decent physical condition as both bathrooms are upstairs (16 stairs) You must also have patience while driving to & from the cabin as the roads are very curvy! The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was the 10:00 a.m. check out time. That's a little early for my likings but overall a good experience. Angel's Roost The house was clean but needed extra attention. The couch was broke. The ceiling was peeling above kitchen table. The landscapes was down right gross and nasty. The picture you show is nothing what it looked like around cabin. Management company was great. Made us feel like they were happy we were there. Angels Roost - high in the clouds Overall, we had a blast. House was spacious and comfortable. Air Conditioning failed, repair completed within hours to our complete satisfaction. Once the sun rose, the views were amazing, the sunsets breathtaking. Loved it.

Not a good experiance The Cabin was infested with roaches we spent one of our 2 days moving to a cabin that didnt have near the amenities I purchased. There was almost nothing offered for our troubles and wasted time. I was basically told I would take it and like it. I have a video of the cabin with the infestation and I plan on sharing it on any social media sites I can.

angel review 4/26- 4/29 2013 In general my wife and i were not impressed with our experience of the angel's cabin. While it was nice to be able to bring our dog, the cabin was clean and the pool table and hot tub were nice features,the online pictures of the cabin were much nicer than what we found when we got there. The couches were ripped, the walls and doors were dinged up an moulding was falling off, one of the showers did not work, and one of the beds head boards was busted, the cooking pans were scratched and rusting and the non-stick finishes were coming off, there are water marks on the celings, and the porch rails and deck had many nails popping up, on which my wife cut her finger going down the stairs. It was cold the weekend we were there and it would have been nice if the fire place was still open. We were also not alerted to the severity of the location; "mountain view" failed to describe the drive.The pitifully narrow winding road almost got us hit several times, not to mention the sheer pitch and hair-pinned turn in the middle of the half washed out driveway that our car took multiple attempts to get up. When we tried to go to town for breakfast as the power had been knocked out at the cabin by a mudslide,we were not impressed that we were not notified that the road off the mountain was blocked and drove around for 1.5 hours to find an alternative down the mountain as a detour had not been marked. Over all our experience could be summed up as inadequate for the price and we will not be returning unless the company steps up the accomodations. floors and restrooms The cabin was okay, it just wasn't elder friendly. Both restroom and bedrooms were on the 2nd floor. There wasn't anyway to blow up the air mattress. the floors are terrible, they popped with the slightest pressure. Decent value for the price The place was a bit on the shabby side, but very clean with a decent view. Nicely equipped kitchen. No bathroom downstairs though. The hot tub was fantastic. The management team was excellent - I needed to have the hot tub repaired on a Sunday, which they did. Good location too - 5 minutes from the park entrance.<br/><br/>The only big negative to this place is it's right next door to Bearway to Heaven, which has a huge fake bear on the balcony, which kind of creeped me out. Other than that, overall thumbs up.

Vacation blues It seems like nothing worked right . It took us almost two hours to find the cabin when we first got there . Upon arrival we find that the rugs are all stained the pots and pans were so rusty that we had to call them to replace everything . The alarm system fell out of the wall and the couch was all ripped and thorn . I realize that for the amount of money I paid I was not getting a whole lot but this was a horrible experience . Only a few problems! In general we had a great time. My only complaints were 3.<br/>-For a nice rental such as this, having flat screen TV would be appropriate. Luckily, we brought our 42 inch with, otherwise we would have had a 19 inch tube TV in the living room, and two 10 inchers in the bedrooms.<br/>-We love to cook, and more pots and cookie sheets would be in order.<br/>-The description really needs to describe that drive way. We have a 4 wheel drive pathfinder, and it struggled to get up that hill when it was dry. If there was any snow or ice, you would be parking at the bottom of the hill, and carrying your stuff! At least if people know, they can borrow a friends 4-wheeler. Angel's Roost--Worth the Climb! We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen could have used some mixing bowls, measuring spoons, ice cream scoop, and baking pans. ( We like to cook in the cabin as well as eat some meals out.) The hot tub was great for 2 but would have been small for more than that. The access to the swimming pool was a real plus. We like to hike in the Smokies so being close to the entrance to the Park was great. Could be Cleaner Online photos were accurate, however cleanliness left something to be desired. Couch cushions were on upside down and when we went to fix them, we found undergarments under the cushions! Leftover straw paper on the end table - good indication that it wasn't actually dusted recently. The frig handle has never been cleaned (magic eraser would do wonders), the kitchen trash can is filthy as were the drain traps on both sides of the kitchen sink (comet). Then, as we traveled home we began to itch with bites on your arms and legs - bed bugs! So we've sterilized all of our belongings, thrown out our suit cases and the pillow we brought with us. And, during our stay, our water was shut off due to lack of paying the bill (water bill, not rental fee). It was taken care of, but what a hassle. If we hadn't come home to change clothing, the situation would not have been corrected until sometime the following day. Would not be a house I'd ever use again and, because of this, Aunt Bugs is not a company I'd deal with again. Gatlinburg Getaway Very nice and overall comfortable experience. Lots to do with the family in Pigeon Forge annd Gatlinburg. The only hiccup was that we were initially given the wrong address to the cabin. It was late at night and there are a couple of street names that are all similar so it was confusing since the map they gave us didn't have the surrounding street names so there was no way to tell if we had passed it or hadn't reached it yet. The gentleman who answered the after hours line was short and essentially told us to figure it out! The street name post sign is different than the address they give you. It was a nice cabin, but needs a little work. Some of the blinds don't work or are broken, the smaller bedroom headboard is broken and there is a large water spot above the TV in the living room area. It was very clean and we did enjoy our stay there. If we come back we will stay a little closer to Gatlinburg and not so high up, the drive was a little scary.

The view was amazing. The mountain air and sounds were great. The cabin's amenities really blew us away. There were skillets, silverware, and other utilities that we thought were really nice. The pool table and hot tub were very well taken care of. Also, the TV's (even though there were no good channels) are old-timey, which we liked. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot and had good water pressure. Air conditioning was good too.<br/><br/>However, when we arrived we noticed several problems. A few of the shades on the window were broken or bent. In the RIGHT upstairs room, the door carpentry was simply unbelievable. The lock on the bedroom door was on the OUTSIDE. My fiancee and I actually got locked inside the room and had to call the other family to unlock it. And, the bathroom door would not shut or lock. Overall the cabin was clean (beds, bathrooms, etc.) but the windows and things that don't get cleaned often could use a good spring scrubbing. The beds are very comfortable! The hot tub is really only for one person (extremely small) and when you get in the water spills over the sides and then it blows a fuse. We kept having to reset the fuse in the fuse box. There are no large bowls for cooking. One bathroom shower's head did NOT work. We had 4 adults and 2 kids staying and we all had to use one shower. Could really use some updating overall. We had fun but considering the cost of this cabin it was overpriced for its condition. We paid approx. $750 over the Labor Day weekend for 3 nights. I've stayed in much nicer cabins in the area for much less. We only selected this cabin and paid a bit more because it was pet friendly and we have a small dog. The last curve up the mountain to get to it is a doozy and the road needs to be fixed. We had a great time overall but I would not stay here again unle

I looked at lots of rental options before renting this cabin. Since these photos were taken, a lot of decor has been added which does not enhance its appeal. If clutter bothers you - it isn't for you. We were thrilled with the service from Aunt Bugs but this cabin is not well maintained and was a large disappointment. As mentioned in other reviews the blinds need replacement (can't open or close properly in either bedroom). Bigger issues we found were: only 3 dining room chairs - and two of them are broken and unsafe. Hot tub kicks off breaker even when jets aren't running making us wonder about the safety of using it. Broken headboard/drywall in bedroom, hole/stain in ceiling froml leak. The bedding for the sofa bed was in a huge pile in the closet - not neatly and cleanly placed - flung on top of a mop and other items stored in there -- would have hated it if we had to use it. No hangers in closets and on closet shelves was more decor stored and owners items. There are only 3 bowls, and other items

In general we had a great time. My only complaints were 3.<br/>-For a nice rental such as this, having flat screen TV would be appropriate. Luckily, we brought our 42 inch with, otherwise we would have had a 19 inch tube TV in the living room, and two 10 inchers in the bedrooms.<br/>-We love to cook, and more pots and cookie sheets would be in order.<br/>-The description really needs to describe that drive way. We have a 4 wheel drive pathfinder, and it struggled to get up that hill when it was dry. If there was any snow or ice, you would be parking at the bottom of the hill, and carrying your stuff! At least if people know, they can borrow a friends 4-wheeler.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen could have used some mixing bowls, measuring spoons, ice cream scoop, and baking pans. ( We like to cook in the cabin as well as eat some meals out.) The hot tub was great for 2 but would have been small for more than that. The access to the swimming pool was a real plus. We like to hike in the Smokies so being close to the entrance to the Park was great.

Online photos were accurate, however cleanliness left something to be desired. Couch cushions were on upside down and when we went to fix them, we found undergarments under the cushions! Leftover straw paper on the end table - good indication that it wasn't actually dusted recently. The frig handle has never been cleaned (magic eraser would do wonders), the kitchen trash can is filthy as were the drain traps on both sides of the kitchen sink (comet). Then, as we traveled home we began to itch with bites on your arms and legs - bed bugs! So we've sterilized all of our belongings, thrown out our suit cases and the pillow we brought with us. And, during our stay, our water was shut off due to lack of paying the bill (water bill, not rental fee). It was taken care of, but what a hassle. If we hadn't come home to change clothing, the situation would not have been corrected until sometime the following day. Overall experience was great, but did have a hard time locating rental property on arrival. Housekeeping average. Problem with lady bug invasion in guest bedroom. View obstructed by trees.

Very nice and overall comfortable experience. Lots to do with the family in Pigeon Forge annd Gatlinburg. The only hiccup was that we were initially given the wrong address to the cabin. It was late at night and there are a couple of street names that are all similar so it was confusing since the map they gave us didn't have the surrounding street names so there was no way to tell if we had passed it or hadn't reached it yet. The gentleman who answered the after hours line was short and essentially told us to figure it out! The street name post sign is different than the address they give you.

I was disappointed about the hot tub. it was a two bedroom chalet with only a two person hot tub. everything else was great.

The Cabin was infested with roaches we spent one of our 2 days moving to a cabin that didnt have near the amenities I purchased. There was almost nothing offered for our troubles and wasted time. I was basically told I would take it and like it. I have a video of the cabin with the infestation and I plan on sharing it on any social media sites I can.

The cabin was okay, it just wasn't elder friendly. Both restroom and bedrooms were on the 2nd floor. There wasn't anyway to blow up the air mattress. the floors are terrible, they popped with the slightest pressure.
