Prices, amenities,specials, seasons, minimum stay requirements, descriptions and locations may change from time to time without notice. Every effort has been made to assure that the printed descriptions are accurate. The Property Manager & our property owners make every effort to assure that all descriptions & representations in all media are accurate. However, we are not responsible for any errors or changes made by owners in the furnishings or amenities of the properties

The Property Manager has adopted the following Rules and Regulations pertaining to the use of the cabins in order to enable the guests to obtain the maximum enjoyment from the use, as well as securing the investment of the owner's property.



1. Management Notes:

Our office hours are 9 AM – 9PM, Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6PM Sat-Sun.
We accept cash, cashier checks, traveler's checks, money orders and all major credit cards. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Cabins must be paid in full before keys/keycodes are given out or left out for late arrivals.


2. General Housekeeping Rules:

Check in is at 3 PM or after, Check out is by 10 AM. For keys taken from the cabin and not left inside a charge of $12.00 will be assessed for each unreturned or broken key. The lock box key must stay in the lock box at all times. If for any reason the key is removed a fine of $100.00 will be assessed. No exceptions. Anyone not approved, that checks out after 10 am will be charged a late fee which will be the cost of another day.
Dispose of all garbage in outside garbage receptacles or a housekeeping charge will apply. If your bins are full, please call and housekeeping will be glad to come by and pick it up. When checking out please turn off all lights, fans and set thermostat to 65 in winter and 75 in summer. It is not necessary to strip linens off beds or wash towels. Make sure all towels are left in the bathtubs and not on the floors when checking out.
Wash all dirty dishes and put back in the cabinets or a housekeeping charge of $35 will apply. Do not put plastic object (ex. Blender of coffee pot) in lower part of dishwasher. If you use the air mattress please put away before you leave. If you use the pull out couch make sure you put away before you leave. $50 if housekeeping has to put away extra bedding.
If mattress pads are missing you will be charged $100.
Do not MOVE OR REMOVE any furnishings, accessories or linens from your cabin for any reason, or you will be charged. TV, DVD, VCR or satellite are found disconnected a fee to you of $100.00 to reconnect.
Fireplaces are open October 1 – March 31, but firewood is not provided. All fireplaces, gas or wood are closed April 1 – September 30 (Fireplaces not to be used during these dates). Do not leave the cabin if there is a fire burning in the fireplace. Make sure the damper is fully open before building a fire and the firewood is dry. Keep the screen closed at all times. If your fireplace is gas, DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN THE FIREPLACE AND DO NOT MOVE LOG CONFIGURATION or there will be a replacement charge.
Housekeeping services will not be provided during your stay unless requested; there will be an additional charge for various services. If additional housekeeping services are needed, please request a price sheet prior to check in.
Use only toilet paper in commode to prevent stoppage. There will be a $25 charge by maintenance to unstop commodes.

The Property Manager will not be responsible for personal items left behind in the unit. If you request us to pick items up and mail to you, they will be mailed COD.
If needed, an iron may be checked out at the office and must be returned at check out. A deposit of $10.00 is required to check an iron out at the office. Irons are on a first come first serve basis.
Suggestions of items to bring: coffee filters, iron, paper towels, sponge, Kleenex, charcoal and lighter fluid if grill is charcoal, beach towels or extra towels, laundry detergent and fabric softener for washer and dryer in cabin, starter wood for wood burning fireplaces in season, extra toilet tissue, hair dryer, bars of soap, trash bags and dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tabs. YOU ARE PROVIDED A COURTESY SUPPLY OF SELECT ITEMS THAT WILL ASSIST YOU THROUGH THE FIRST DAY ONLY.


3. General Rules and Regulations:

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Fireworks are prohibited at all times. No guests will be permitted to disturb the peaceful quiet of other guests; if you disrupt others, you will be evicted with no refund.
Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit including children, which will be enforced. Prices are based on 2 people per bedroom. Each additional person is $12.50/night. If guests misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund. No house parties are allowed. Some minimum stay requirements during holidays, peak periods, etc.
N o pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If smoking has occurred or a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund. For a pet approved cabin, a non-refundable PER PET of $50.00 will be charged. Our cabins permit small dogs only in pet approved cabins !
Under no circumstances should any long distance calls or movies be charged to the cabin. Phones allow incoming and outgoing local calls.
We require 50% of the total amount due in order to make the reservation. The other half is due 30 days prior to arrival. All stays within 30 days will require full payment at the time of reservation. We require a Damage Security Hold if your stay is paid entirely in cash; if damage or extra cleaning charges apply you will be notified in writing. When you check in your cabin, you are required to inspect the cabin and report any damages within the first two hours. If there are unreported damages after you check out, your damage deposit may be forfeited. A housekeeping/linen fee is charged based on the size of the cabin. Trip insurance is available for 7% of your total stay through TravelGuard.
During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
Hot tubs and Jacuzzis should be entered at your own risk. Hot tubs have bromine tablets in them. We are not responsible for any jewelry or clothing damage if worn in the hot tubs. A shower should be taken before and after entering a hot tub per guide lines of Sevier County Health Department.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be made for breakdown or malfunctions of appliances (TV, VCR, air conditioner, heater, Jacuzzi, hot tub, etc.), acts of God, and no refunds will be made (because of weather) due to electrical power, water, cable outages, location of cabin, presence of insects, type of roadways or driveways leading to your cabin or in climate weather. No refunds will be made after you check in and/or take possession of the key code packet for any reason.
Liability: This rental program is under the management of the Property Manager who acts only as an agent for the owners. Under no circumstances will management be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim injury, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise caused or incurred, as a result of any delays, substitutions, rescheduling, or changes in the provisions of accommodations by the Property Manager or by reason of acts of God, or by agents, employees, subcontractors, third parties, or as substitute. The Property Manager reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person and/or rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. All properties are privately owned: management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. If the Property Manager must seek remedy in court for any reason, all attorney fees and court costs will be paid by the customer.
I have read and understand the rules and regulations. I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and that I will be held responsible for the care of the property being rented under my name. I accept full responsibility for the damage or extra cleaning charge assessed during or those discovered after departure from the above rental. I authorize these charges to be debited from my credit card or subtracted from my cash security deposit.

Not Worth The Money Just wanted to let you know that whomever cleaned the cabin really didn't do a very good job. Was going to use the tub jacuzzi but when I turned the jets on black crud came out, there's also what looks to be dead skin floating in hot tub & I had to get a dog toy from under the bed found it nasty under the bed. Disappointed in this considering we paid almost $500 for 2 nights. Unfortunately I don't think we'll be staying with you guys again.

Great Weekend Getaway The cabin was so cute, cozy and a good location. The only issue was the terribly uncomfortable bed. The cabin was neat. The amenities was plentiful however the furniture can use a little updating but nothing major.

Received as described Though it is very close to Gatlinburg city, still feel like in the middle of the forest. I even had an encounter with a real bear at night, that was about 100 feet away, looking for food. Great Accommodation When I decided to take a road trip to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area at the last minute, I began looking for good value accommodations. Cabin review Overall, we were pleased with the cabin. It was a little difficult for us to find initially, however we quickly grew to appreciate the seclusion. The cabin was well equipped and clean. However, the hot tub appeared nasty and the water was murky and had an odor. We would have enjoyed it late in the evening but we're not comfortable at all using it. Second thing is that we could never connect to the internet using the info provided at check in. Overall an acceptable experience.

Rental did not meet our expectations. Bedspread had been chewed by a dog on all four corners. All other aspects of the cabin were worn and outdated. Driveway and entryway were both very steep, difficult to carry luggage. This cabin is not within walking distance to anything. Steep narrow winding road is not walkable. Neither is an overgrown back yard that is so steep you could not take a short cut.

Linger Longer We love staying here! It was a nice romantic get away from our first anniversary. The location was great. You had to travel a little ways up the mountain, but the ride and directions were clear and easy. We were able to experience living in a cabin on the mountain with out the tedious twists, turns and incline. We would definitely recommend! Would not recomend The cabin was musty smelling, as if it had not been occupied in quite some time. There was a welcome note from the cleaners but i could have sworn nothing was cleaned. There were spider webs all over the place, above the fire place, in the shower, and in the kitchen, and the toilet would not flush properly. There was no plunger and the toilet brush for “cleaning” was covered in I don’t want to say what. I had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning bleach and a new toilet brush, as well as a scrubber for the tub and a plunger. The hot tub smelled like the reptile exhibit at the zoo and I did not feel comfortable getting in it. The cabin had no insulation, I had to keep the heat at 75 the whole time and it would get warm while the heat was on but then as soon as it kicked off, it got chilly quick.

Cosy but not so private Late arrival, they have a good system in place to accommodate. The picture name it seem secluded and private, it's not there's a cabin within 20ft to the left and more like a house to the right. Also other rentals can be seen and heard close by from the balcony. The price was a bit high for a 1br, forced to take travel insurance that I didn't need, 3 days for $600 the only amenity was the hot tub. The indoor tub wouldn't even fill up before running out of hot water. The bed was squeaky, cob webs along the ceiling beams, trash below the balcony, and the oven temp dial is unreadable. I expected more considering 3 previous cabin rentals in the area.

Not so good vacation At the cabin we rented, the hot tub was not working and there were bugs in the cabin. The company did send people out to spray for the bugs, although I still saw some bugs after they sprayed. Another person was sent out to fix the hot tub. These things should be taken care of before a guest arrives. I was not satisified with my stay. Close to town but feels far away Nice cabin. Great hot tub and rocking chairs. The bed was comfortable. Need some hooks or more places to hang towels in the bathroom. Thermostat knob on the stove needs to be replaced. All the numbers are worn off. No way to know the temperature of the oven. Cabin Adventure We had not stayed in a cabin before in Gatlinburg and this was a winner. Nice clean cabin, quiet. Best of all we could take our pets. We will do it again. Cabin in the woods The reason for my title is I had to keep reminding myself. There were quite a few places you could see daylight coming through the walls and at night there were quite a few rather large bugs that came in and out of the walls. My husband is a huge camper/hunter and even got a little uncomfortable sleeping after seeing them. The place wasn't dirty but it also wasn't as clean as I like. The only other thing was the tub was outdated and when you ran the jets and laid along the back it was so loud like you were laying on the motor and the hot tub wasn't private. It was in a great location though. The staff was also friendly and accommodating and I wrote this review without consulting them about any of these issues. Overall it could have been better but it also could have been much worse. Linger longer We decided to go to the smokeys for our honeymoon and Im so glad we did! My husband and i loved our stay at Linger Longer. It is a simple little cabin in the woods just right for two people. There is a deck with a swing with an electric grill and hot tub on the deck. Very nice. There is so much to do in towm ..you will never get bored. Impromptu weekend getaway We decided at last minute to go to Gatlinburg TN WITHOUT reservations on the last weekend before school started. We found Aunt Bugs online, called at 8:55 pm (they close at 9:00) and they were gracious and understanding. Took very good care of us. Cabin was clean, and perfect for the weekend. Saw two bears too! one literally right out the door! Can't beat that! Linger Longer Cabin Review We really enjoyed out vacation stay. Would definitely come back again. Property was well-maintained. Only recommendation would be to maybe have a drying rack or towel holders to put wet towels, bathing suits, etc on for people staying more than 1 night. <br/>1 night. A nice relaxing get away on a moments notice The cabin was nice and comfy. Loved the hot tub. It was a spur of the moment trip for Christmas. The Mountains are simply breath taking. Never wanted to leave It was perfect the second we walked in. Everything we needed was there. Everything was clean and welcoming. The only thing I would've changed was more pillows on the bed and extra blankets. Other than that I basically cried when we had to leave. I will for sure be back! Dead on Arrival! Insufficient signage. We could not locate the office. We rode up and down the street and finally called for more information. It would help if the actual building had a sign on it.<br/><br/>The young man, that checked us in, did not introduce himself to us and was very rude to me after I inquired about military discount. We were perplexed about his nasty response and the mean look he gave me and the tone of his voice. He was very disrespectful. However, we decided not to allow that very negative encounter spoil our trip.<br/><br/>All information indicated our cabin number as 1607 and we spent at least 40 minutes looking for 1607. None of the cabins had 4-digit numbers. We finally spotted 607 and decided that it had to be it and also because it looked like the internet picture. We were not instructed to look for 607 instead of 1607.<br/><br/>The cabin was nice; however the place was too dark. The ceiling fan light was out and a request was made to replace the bulb and it was replaced (only one bulb). Later we realized that that the light over the sink didn’t work. There was also a light in the closet that did not work either and one bulb was out over the vanity.<br/><br/>There was a huge spider and web in the corner ceiling in the shower. Don’t know how housekeeping could have missed it. Moreover, the cabin was filled with spiders. My husband killed spiders on a daily basis up until the day of our departure.<br/><br/>Instructions for disposing garbage states to place garbage in can outside. We looked and looked for an outside garbage can and finally called services and were informed that there was a centrally located garbage bin and that if it was full to inform the office and it would be emptied. However, we checked out at 8AM with the intent of dropping the trash off on our way out, but the bin was full. Cute Cabin, Not Crazy About the Location The staff at Aunt Bug's was great and check in was easy. They were very accommodating and let us pay our pet deposit once we arrived. The cabin was difficult to locate in the dark as signage was not great. We drove around the neighborhood a few times before we realized the cabin was off to the right of a dead-end in a cul-de-sac with three other cabins. Driving into town was very difficult with the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg traffic. Trying to turn out of the neighborhood onto the Parkway was a nightmare every time. There was also a lot of outdoor noise when sitting on the porch. It sounded like someone talking on a loud speaker across the street at the putt-putt place all day long. I would still use Aunt Bug's again but I would probably ask for a more secluded cabin that is easier to access. Disappointed Spider webs, deck dirty drains with grill grease and no wi fi. We left one day early because we did no like the accommodation. Steps were hard getting up and down (front entrance) and hump at base of steps coming from parking space made it difficult to unpack luggage. Why do I have to give it a title? The overall look of the cabin was good. Our coffee pot randomly quit working. Also, the non slip stuff on the bottom of the bathtub was completely worn off. I fell getting out of the tub and now i have a large black bruise on my leg. There was dirt in the tub and I had to clean it myself before getting in. Also, something in the bed caused me to break out in hives. I'm severely allergic to dogs, so I think the last guest brought a dog and the bed was not sufficiently cleaned afterwards. The maintenance guy came twice to fix a light that wasn't working. The socket had went out. This place needs to be cleaned/cared for more thoroughly than it is. Not what i expected The check in and check out process was great but they did a REALLY bad job in describing the layout of the cabin and it's surrounding property layout. The pictures that they post are very miss leading for me. The TV was way too small and far away that it made it difficult to watch. Should have a 360 video view of how the setup is. Also should have stated that it's a studio cabin. No internet. Nice place to Linger Longer We were a bit skeptical when we pulled up because the picture looks isolated, but the cabin is actually right next to many others. However, it ended up being a nice, quiet place. The deck on back had a hot tub we were able to enjoy peacefully because the cabin is set in such a way that it's still mostly private. After a day of hiking in the mountains, we were able to linger as long as we wanted in that tub. They even provided robes for us. It was very nice. The only thing we would have liked was a few hooks or something on the walls for the robes and towels. Overall, we were pleased with the cabin. It was a little difficult for us to find initially, however we quickly grew to appreciate the seclusion. The cabin was well equipped and clean. However, the hot tub appeared nasty and the water was murky and had an odor. We would have enjoyed it late in the evening but we're not comfortable at all using it. Second thing is that we could never connect to the internet using the info provided at check in. Overall an acceptable experience.

The reason for my title is I had to keep reminding myself. There were quite a few places you could see daylight coming through the walls and at night there were quite a few rather large bugs that came in and out of the walls. My husband is a huge camper/hunter and even got a little uncomfortable sleeping after seeing them. The place wasn't dirty but it also wasn't as clean as I like. The only other thing was the tub was outdated and when you ran the jets and laid along the back it was so loud like you were laying on the motor and the hot tub wasn't private. It was in a great location though. The staff was also friendly and accommodating and I wrote this review without consulting them about any of these issues. Overall it could have been better but it also could have been much worse.

At the cabin we rented, the hot tub was not working and there were bugs in the cabin. The company did send people out to spray for the bugs, although I still saw some bugs after they sprayed. Another person was sent out to fix the hot tub. These things should be taken care of before a guest arrives. I was not satisified with my stay.

Nice cabin. Great hot tub and rocking chairs. The bed was comfortable. Need some hooks or more places to hang towels in the bathroom. Thermostat knob on the stove needs to be replaced. All the numbers are worn off. No way to know the temperature of the oven.
