The weather was bad and we couldn’t change our date of arrival.
The cabin itself was great. The fact that I tried to get my arrival dates changed due to the weather and our drive was three hours away. We were told no. So once we arrived, the ice on the road was so bad we had to park our car at the bottom of a hill and walk up a hill to our cabin.

Annual Gatlinburg Getaway
We were very pleased with this cabin. We have stayed in many different cabins with Elk Springs Resort. Excellent amenities, one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in. Definitely would stay at this cabin again. Loved all the extra touches.

Forever Young
We had a wonderful time staying here! The loved morning coffee around the fire bowl! The only thing that would be helpful is if these units had good lighting on both sides of the couches for reading! The view of the mountains & the landscaping was awesome only wish you didn’t hear the road noise. We had perfect weather&enjoyed a lot of hiking! We definitely look forward to returning!

Great views
Exceptionally nice rental. My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed ourselves and will hopefully be back. The property is close to hiking and Gatlinburg. Only negative was the gas grill. It had about 2" of grease inside the grill and under the grill. Seems like something a bear would be interested in. The grill turned into a grease fire and I had to shut the gas off. Even with the gas off that thing was still burning! I texted the staff but never heard back. This was 2 months ago so hopefully it's been cleaned.

Elk Springs - Fabulous
We holidayed at Elk Springs from the U.K. and had the most wonderful time. The lodge was just perfect and we could have sat on the balcony all day just watching the stunning view. We only wished we could have stayed longer and would highly commend this stunning lodge.

Top notch
We will be back. Cabin was immaculate and service was awesome. Hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived. Within an hour they had someone there and got it fixed. Check in and check out were 100% contactless and very smooth. Will not hesitate to rent again.

Surpassed our expectations
We are a family of four with a 19 year-old son and a twelve year-old daughter.<br/><br/>This cabin absolutely beat any hotel in the area in our opinion and we couldn’t think of how a cabin could have been better either.<br/><br/>The view was fantastic an\d different enough on all three of well-equipped decks to be meaningful. Also the decks offered different things and made for a compelling trade off if two couples were to have rented the cabin. The upper deck from one of the bedroom room suites had a tremendous view that went for many miles. The second deck outside the kitchen has a mini fireplace, pool table and bbq. The lowest desk, also outside a bedroom suite, has a hot tub.<br/><br/>Many times families going back to the hotel room signals the end of the night . Not here. After getting tired from hiking or other activities it was very satisfying to have the kids and us relax, play old school arcade games, shoot pool, grill and have a drink watching a beautiful sunset, and settle in for a movie in thE THEater room. The kids loved it!<br/><br/>The bedding, showers, fully- equipped kitchen and other aspects of the house were all first rate.<br/><br/>Lastly, the cabin is located just far enough outside of Gatlinburg as to avoid traffic, but a ton of hikes, fishing, Gatlinburg itself, etc... are easily accessible.<br/><br/>In short I whole heartedly recommend this cabin for both families with kids or a couple couples looking to get away!<br/>

3rd TIme!
Love this cabin! We have stayed here 3 times now, and we always have a nice time. The view is breathtaking, and the location is perfect. 10 miles from the Gatlinburg strip, and easy access to the back roads to Pigeon Forge/Seveirville. The team at Elks Springs are always friendly and professional.

Forever Young cabin
The only issue i had was that the upstairs A/C wasn’t working well it wouldn’t go any lower that 74 & somedays 75 and some would figure that it was due to the high temperature outside but the hottest day we had while there was 91 the rest of the time it was just in the high 80s. I called the maintenance number and spoke with someone about this issue but no one reached back out to me. However the cabin itself was amazing, very beautiful cabin and i would definitely stay again as long as the upstairs a/c is fixed.

Review of FOREVER YOUNG
I stayed in Forever Young for 2 nights in May 2022 This was my first time in an cabin.<br/><br/>I will give you the pros and the cons<br/><br/>Let's start with the pros<br/>Beautiful view,beautiful house,alot of amenities,peace and quite at all times,very romantic, theater room was amazing, love the bar next to the theater room.Huge refrigerator and beautiful kitchen,and firepit was awesome.<br/> CONS<br/>1.I booked house through a site which overcharged me by 340$ for my stay. Please book through Elksprings website are you will get screwed trust me.<br/>2.Once I arrived the deadbolt on front door malfunctioned with had my family trapped in house for 4 hours and we lost half a day which they did not compensate me for which was clearly their fault. Maintenance man was very nice thou. I had to jump back rail and climb mountain just to get out of house smh.<br/>3.This house is too big not to have and alarm so if you have small kids you definitely want be comfortable leaving them unattended.<br/>4.A bear climbed the tree all the way to the 3rd floor and I was cooking on the BBQ pit at the time and he easily could have got on porch. Also all doors are sliding glass doors which a bear can easily destroy just saying.<br/>5.After bear siting I was scared to use hot tub because it located on first floor of deck an only thing separating you from a bear is a flimsy rail and it's a hill right behind it which I know a bear can easily climb over just saying.<br/>6.House was clean but all windows and entry ways was full of dead bugs.<br/>7.Not enough lighting outside.<br/>8.Downstairs water was ice cold but upstairs water was boiling hot smh so don't pick downstairs if it's you and another couple lol.<br/>9.Batteries in some remotes were dead which made me have to get batteries.<br/>10.Jet tube downstairs had black specs coming out once i cut jets on.<br/>With all that being said I would definitely recommend this house to stay in but just be aware of my warnings which aren't extr

We do see the issue with the door lock was reported, however, the door lock was checked and a new one installed within just a little over 2 hours from the report. We can understand this is frustrating, however, due to the technician arriving within an hour and 15 minutes, allowing access to leave, from the initial report, and the fact that everyone was safely inside, we did not feel that compensation was warranted. We can understand it can be scary seeing bears. We do provide information in the confirmation emails, in a text message on the day of arrival and inside the cabin with safety information should you see a bear. This is their natural habitat, as explained. This is a large home, but we must stress, please do not leave your children unattended at any time. They are not familiar with the properties and as expressed in our information, young children must be supervised at all times. We appreciate your recommendations with this property and will share this with our team. We are always looking for ways to make these exceptional properties even better. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced and hope you enjoyed your time spent in our area.

Luxurious Cabin With The Perfect View
Forever Young is an amazing Elk Springs Resort cabin to stay in while visiting the Gatlinburg area. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the cabin includes a deck on all three levels that faces the smoky mountains. We were told that Forever Young is a fairly new construction (as of our visit in 2021 anyway), and that can clearly be seen by the condition of everything inside and outside of the cabin. Everything looks great, and all of the amenities worked as expected. The beds are extremely comfortable (although I suggest bringing your own pillows), and the place is fully stocked with dishes, linens, and most anything you will need during your stay. We I stay somewhere, I can usually spot something the cleaning crew missed, but not at Forever Young. Everything was spotless, and in this day and age of COVID-19, my wife and I felt very safe staying there. Did I mention the breathtaking view of the mountains?<br/><br/>This cabin is located roughly 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and makes for a short drive to the Pigeon Forge area as well. My only complaint about Forever Young is that the driveway is a little small and tricky to navigate. The cabin is on a very steep hill, and the drive is a very small circle, which you cannot really see from the main road, and even as you drive in you are at such a steep upward angle that you cannot see well where you are going. I suggest going up the road, past the cabin, then turn around at the maintenance building just a few yards away, to access the cabin's driveway at a downward angle. My wife and I also didn't care much for the location of the hut tub, but it isn't a major complaint. Overall we found the cabin and the location to both be perfect for our visit, and highly recommend Forever Young to anyone looking for a private and luxurious place to stay during a visit to the Gatlinburg area. Oh, and did I ever mention how amazing the mountain views are? ��

Phenomenal cabin
Easy check in. More amenities than listed. We had trouble with the hot tub and they came out right away to fix it. Cabin is so nice and crazy great views

Great Cabin
Cabin was exactly as described, Views from this Cabin were perfect. All Amenities worked as they should. I would definitely stay at this Cabin again or another at Elk Springs. The very few times we did talk to Elk Springs workers they were very polite and professional. Loved getting up in the morning and watching the Sun rise over the mountains while Drinking my Coffee, the view from the decks are even better than the pictures. You will not regret staying here. Only thing I can recommend for anyone staying at this Cabin is make sure you have a vehicle that sits up a little higher, driveway pulling into Cabin dips down and the exit side there is a good chance you will bottom out with most cars. Glad I did not bring my Challenger, Suv had no issues.

Spring break stay
The amenities were good. The downfall was the cabin was dusty and lots of dead bugs in the windows. On the surface it looked clean, but it was actually dirty.

Not worth the money
Where do I start? Here's a list of issues. We had to call for a firewood delivery. Fireplace ash can was full and the screen was broken. 3 light bulbs out. broken lampshade. 1 light can hanging from ceiling. Smoking bins full. Hot tub jets broken. Laundry room light only worked randomly. Stove exhaust fan dripping grease. I had to clean it. Bathroom sink clogged. I had to use a plunger. No safety gate at bottom outside staircase. Only certain chairs were bolted to the deck. No need for this. Grill held together by a bungy cord and left dirty. I had to clean it. Only 1 already opened box of tissues in the entire cabin. REALLY? I could go on. For the $ none of this is acceptable. For half to price, Maybe. Now I know why they charged administration fees twice(we had to postpone last year for COVID). They need the money. Never again!

great stay
everything was perfect with this stay except the fire pit on the porch ran out on of propane on the last night of our stay so we couldnt enjoy it much on our last night but other than that we enjoyed this rental

Simply Outstanding

Family reunion after year and a half of Isolation
We met my sister and her husband for a long overdue get together. The cabin was perfect. It was clean, well equipped and the management was exceptional. The views were fantastic. We loved having a cocktail hour each afternoon and eating our meals on the deck. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee around the fire table. Spectacular Views!

Forever Young...our favorite cabin
This was our second time staying in Forever Young<br/>And we absolutely fell in love with it all over again. The mountain views are spectacular. We just love the layout of Forever Young. The cabin accommodates four people very well, and gives everyone their private space and has a large gathering area on the main floor and an outside deck which includes a fire table.<br/><br/>The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.<br/><br/>This is our fourteenth stay with Elk Springs. We have found their customer service to be excellent. Their staff calls to make sure <br/>Everything is satisfactory. A huge shout out to Jeremy for taking care of any maintenance issues we have had . And thanks to Dan for helping us with our choice of cabins and our reservation. <br/><br/>We were not ready to leave this beautiful cabin, especially after a mama bear and two cubs visited on our last day. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again.

Girls Trip
Amazing experience and we will definitely be repeat customers! The cabin was perfect in every way! The view from the back porch, where we spent most of our time, was breathtaking!! We ran out of propane in the fire pit and they had it replaced in no time at all. I would highly recommend this cabin and this company!

Second Stay!
We love staying at the forever young cabin. The drive is so close to almost everything and the people at Elks Springs are always quick to make everything perfect. Our only concern this trip was that we arrived at the cabin at 2pm, an hour early, but the cabin had not been cleaned yet. After we made them aware we were there a cleaning crew arrived ASAP, and one of the ladies was very rude, but the other two were really nice. Our concern was that with all this Covid cleaning going on would they have cleaned the cabin before 3pm to the level that is expected? We will still rent this cabin for years to come!!

Great time with husband and family
This was a repeat stay because the cabin is incredible! It isn’t so high up you need a heavy duty vehicle but has an awesome view. The 3 levels gives great privacy to stay with another couple. Loved the addition of the bean bags in the theatre room.

Gorgeous View
Our stay was nothing but magical. The view was spectacular, and better than we could have anticipated. There was plenty of towels and kitchen utensils available, as well as toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. the check in/check out was very easy. The location is about 25 min from the town of Gatlinburg and about 30-35 min from the National Park, which we didn’t know how previously, so that was a bummer if we had to go back to get something. One thing that could definitely be improved on is the cleanliness under furniture. My husband was checking the rooms to make sure we had everything and there was various different things under the bed that weren’t ours. In the family room (we only know because we have a daughter that played on the floor), I looked like under the couches had never been much dust and food from other people. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Enjoy the view as much as possible!

Relax in luxury and privacy.
This was our first time to stay in an Elks Springs cabin and now we are hooked.<br/>The cabin was far more superior than any other cabins that we have been in during past vacations.<br/>The experience was excellent.<br/>We were able to check in about 2 hours early and the cabin was very clean and like new.<br/>Beds very comfortable, hot tub clean and relaxing. We cooked steaks on the grill, drank beer by the fire bowl on deck. Mountain View was perfect.<br/>We are ready for our next visit.

Best Weekend Getaway

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
We experienced the best vacation! Cabin was clean and well cared for. During our stay we needed the firewood and outdoor fire pit gas replaced, certainly not emergency items. The response was within an amazing 30 minute window! Friendly and super efficient! This was our second year with ELK SPRINGS, can’t see us renting from anyone else.

Our Family Loved It

Beautiful Views!
The views were amazing, some of the best I have had at a stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. We loved hanging out on the deck, eating every meal out there and playing pool. We had bears visit our yard and got to watch them from the balcony. We had one issue with the water going off on our last day but maintenance had it back on within 45 minutes of us calling. We have stayed with Elk Springs the last two years now and love their friendly staff and great service! Highly recommend this group and this cabin!

A fun, clean, and beautiful place to stay!
We stayed a Wednesday through Sunday. We arrived to a very clean and updated cabin. The views were amazing and the entire family loved playing pool while grilling overlooking the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. On our last night the hot tub jets wouldn't turn on, I texted the resort and was amazed at their quick response for a late Saturday night. They had someone call quickly and the problem was fixed. Outstanding customer service. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing Cabin!!
The cabin was absolutely stunning, it was perfect, had everything. We grilled, used the jacuzzi, enjoyed the theater room, firepit and played pool. The views were amazing, the only negative was that it was too close to the main road and you heard the traffic noise when you were relaxing on the balcony.

Awesome Forever Young Cabin
Second time renting from Elk Springs Resort! All I can say is Perfect X2! Forever Young is the perfect cabin for two couples, it has all the conveniances needed to qualify as a Luxury Cabin. Upper and lower master bedrooms an baths are excactly alike, bottom floor includes wet bar and theater room along with master bedroom, upper master bedroom incudes game rm with electronic games. This was the most amazing cabin I have ever seen. It was better than the pictures and it was immaculate. Check in was easy, check out was easy. BEST CABIN EVER
Forever Young is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. The views are absolutely stunning. Beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and walk-in pantry. There is a half bath on the main level which is not mentioned in the description. For a two bedroom cabin, it is very spacious. Beds are comfortable, showers are huge and washer and dryer are amazing. We rent from Elks Springs a lot. We particularly like the cleanliness of their cabins and their check-in/check-out procedures. We would definitely rent this cabin again. If you are looking for the perfect cabin, rent Forever Young. It truly is amazing!

NICEST CABIN EVER (coming from a real estate agent ;-)
I sell cabins in the Smokies for a living. It is SO nice, with every detail thought of and provided. Large rooms, and the biggest commercial refrigerator I've ever seen in a residence. The view was great. Did hot tub in the snow! Watched the Patriots game on the big screen. I want to BUY this cabin!!!

Perfect Cabin For Our Stay
We stayed in the middle of July 2018 had our small wedding ceremony at this cabin outside on the deck with the best views we've ever seen from a Gatlinburg cabin. It had a spacious kitchen, an amazing movie room, and the bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us and our kids. We had everything we needed to cook in the cabin. Not far from local attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We definitely would love to make this our cabin to stay at for our future trips and we definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg. Thanks for making our stay so special.

Beautiful, But Disappointed
We have rented with Eli Springs Resort in the past and even stayed in this cabin 4 months prior. Unfortunately, this time the cabin was not cleaned well. There was food debris left in the sink and food spilled on the cabinets and stove. This made me suspect that other areas perhaps were not cleaned well either. It was late afternoon when we arrived and i had already unpacked all of our be belongings, and we still needed food for our stay. I did not call housekeeping until the next day. I just went ahead and cleaned the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and washed and changed the sheets myself because I didn't want to have to have someone in when we were already tired from traveling. I did call housekeeping the following day to let them know, but by that point I had already taken care of it myself. This is a beautiful cabin and if I were the only I would be very disappointed to know that this is the way it is being cared for. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip in the provided envelope for the cleaning ladies. I should have left one for them to tip me ��

20th Annivesary at Forever Young Review
We loved our stay at Forever Young and hope to return someday. The view was amazing, and we loved all three decks. My husband especially loved the theater room. I loved the fully stocked kitchen and very nice bathrooms too. The cabin was very nice, updated, and clean. The only negative was not being able to lower the thermostat on the lower floors. The very steep driveway was a little unexpected, but manageable. I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and watching the fireflies at night. This was the nicest cabin we've ever stayed in. Customer service was very prompt in answering any questions I had. Loved having meals on the deck. We enjoyed this cabin very much.

WOW!!!!!
We had a wonderful stay in Forever Young! The cabin is AMAZING!!!! The cabin is clean, spacious, and has everything you can think of! The weather was bad while we were there, and it didn’t even bother us because we didn’t want to leave the cabin anyway! Check-in/check-out was a breeze! Maintainence came right away to fix a very minor issue we had (empty propane tank for fireplace). Location is great! This cabin was just perfect! We 100% will be back! Can’t wait! Thank you!!!!

Beauriful Forever Young
Our tenth stay with Elk Springs was in Forever Young. The cabin is charming and very welcoming, with a spectacular view of the mountains and plenty of room for four people to enjoy.<br/><br/>The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and even includes a crock pot and a Keurig, which was a nice touch.<br/><br/>The cabin has three levels. Not mentioned in the description is a half bath on the main level which was really convenient. The two bedrooms and baths are spacious with high quality linens and furnishings. We loved every minute of our stay here, from the comfy beds and furnishings to the spacious decks that included loungers and fire table<br/>where we spent many hours sharing special times with family.<br/><br/>The staff at Elk Springs are wonderful. Thank you again Dan, and a special thanks to Jeremy who is always accommodating. Thank you, and we will be back.

The cabin was very spacious
Cabin was very spacious and nice for 2 couples. The view of the Smoky Mountains was great! Movie theatre was nice too. There are some things I would suggest for the owner to do: PUT HOOKS OR A TOWEL RACK NEAR THE SINKS IN THE BATHROOMS.Put a full size ironing board in the laundry room as there is plenty of room.Put a few more dish towels in the drawer.The hot tub was ok for 2 people, but crowded for 4 people. It was a nice cabin. I am giving the 4 stars for certain things instead of 5 for the things mentioned above.

Exceptionally AMAZING Cabin in the Smokies!!
What else to say but the best cabin we ever stayed! From the minute you walk-in the cabin you'll be amazed and wowed with every amenities this cabin is to offer. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner in the gourmet kitchen every day. Save us money in return. The only thing missing in the kitchen is a blender but other than that everything is perfect. My teenage kid and her friend enjoyed the theater, pool table and game upstairs. I just love, love the amazing view of the mountains which you can see from every floors of the house and yes there are 3 floors in this cabin. It’s a bit far from town about 17-20 minute drive but we didn’t mind. We like the remote location. We even took a nice back road going towards Pigeon Forge. And the two youngsters love the go-carts and the alpine roller coaster by the way. That was really fun I might add! Maybe next time zip-lining but just being in the cabin and spending time with the family and relaxing is truly a blessing. The most amazing is the check-in and check-out process. Elk Springs really made it easy for their guest. You don’t have to stop by any rental office to get or return your key or sign any paperwork. You basically just go straight to your cabin. What a great idea! Saves you some travel time....We can’t wait to go back. I’ll rent the same cabin if I can or another cabin from Elk Springs. Overall, I would definitely recommend renting this cabin to everyone. You’ll be AMAZED!!!
