We stayed here over Christmas 2015. The condo itself is simple but well appointed, clean and comfortable. In the sitting room there is a great view over the updated swimming pool and hot tub area, with of course mountains in the distance. It was literally a 2-3 minute walk to the lifts and totally walkable to all upper and lower village. The kitchen was well equipped (we made Christmas dinner). We had a few lights out and they were fixed in a flash. The owner was great to work with! If you are looking for fancy housecoats and slippers go elsewhere, otherwise this was great!

The Owner was speedy and accommodating, though only accept VISA - 4 stars

The unit is as expected, but lack kitchen-ware/utensils and the comfort of a home away from home, as the other units we've rented. There was one bed-maid service which we didn't expect. Glacier Lodge IS NOT A SKI-IN/SKI-OUT, a short walk to/from the lift is required.
Glacier Lodge facilities were disappointing: pool and hot tub were lukewarm at best, once it was fixed, we had only 2 nights left, and only one hot tub was fixed. Only one elevator (out of two) was working but broke down while we were in it, and there's no emergency phone. We had to pry the door open, luckily, it was still on the same floor and not in between. Hate to think if kids were stuck in it. - 1 star

The snow was awesome, the perfect storm, which brought up long lines - 4 stars

This condo was great!!! It fit with our family just perfect - having the twin beds upstairs was wonderful for our girls and allowed us some privacy downstairs. The location was great, easy to move around from Blackcomb to Whistler taking only minutes.
