Welcome to our luxurious executive 5 bed - 3.5 bath home located in a tranquil haven within minutes of Disney World and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer. It is situated on a wonderful vacation resort - Glenbrook - which has its own clubhouse with air-conditioned gym, large resort pool, tennis court, volleyball court, children's play area, snooker, air hockey, computer with free Internet access and a huge TV in the lounge area. Social events, from card making for children to coffee mornings and evening drinks, take place in the Clubhouse. Glenbrook also boasts a lake in which you can fish. All sports equipment can be rented. The house itself is very spacious & sleeps 10 people plus a baby in a crib (provided). It has its own private large screened south-facing swimming pool with adjoining in-ground spa, with safety fencing and outside lighting so you can enjoy this area after sunset. The pool itself has colour change lighting, which creates an amazing atmosphere at night. There are flatscreen TVs & DVD players (some Blueray) in the family room & all bedrooms, iHome bluetooth alarm stereo clock radios with dual USB charging in both suites, music centre in the formal lounge, as well as a Kidz Den which has its own: foosball table, table tennis table, lovely squishy sofas, huge 53' TV, PS2, Xbox, books, puzzles, games compendium and cards. There are 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite facilities, a further double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a half bathroom. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Free broadband. Welcome packs are available: we have a selection of commonly used welcome grocery packs, or we can tailor pack to suit individual requirements. Special surprises for things such as birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, etc, are no problem at all - just tell us what you want (all subject to additional charge - details available on request)! All prices are quoted in British Pounds (please check current conversion rates for price in US$). Prices are fully inclusive of: all local & US taxes, utilities & end of stay clean, wireless broadband & free US calls, bed linen, cot linen, towels, pool towels, cot, highchair, buggy & stroller, use of Glenbrook Resort facilities. We also provide, upon your arrival: BATHROOMS: toilet roll and hand soap in each bathroom, KITCHEN: hand soap, 1 roll of kitchen towel, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 cleaning cloth, bin bags in all waste bins, 1 spare kitchen bin bag, 1 black bin bag & a little laundry detergent.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 GBP. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 400 GBP.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 50 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 51 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 GBP cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 GBP is due 50 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
