Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Check-in is not possible after 10 pm.
Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM
This property is not suitable for party groups. Please observe all noise bylaws and rules of the local jurisdiction and the Strata Corporation (resort). There is zero tolerance for noise occuring in both inside and outside areas during the quiet time. Guests and visitors shall refrain from using loud and abusive language and noise levels at all hours of the day. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Visitors of guests must leave the resort property before 11:00PM. Outdoor activities are not permitted after 11:00 PM. If unreasonaly noisy, Guests may be fined. If a warning is not adhered to, the Guest will be evicted without a refund.

Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.
For long stays, a payment processing surcharge may apply.
At the time of payment, the current exchange rate will apply. Discuss with owner.
Money orders & bank drafts must be in Canadian funds.
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Damage deposit is required to secure the rental. Owner requires 50% of payment at 60 days prior to arrival and the remaining 50% at 30 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit must be paid by eTransfer (International travellers should discuss payment options with the owner in the Grace Period).
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 95 percent of all payments are refunded.
If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 50.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.

Our basement suite is fully furnished and outfitted to accommodate 6 people comfortably with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in the other bedrooms, a large sectional in the living room and 1 bathroom. Included are FREE INTERNET, flat screen HDTVs, kitchenware, hotel-quality linens and towels, bath necessities, shared laundry machines, shared BBQ on the balcony & more. Newly renovated and furnished, our guest suite boasts modern cabinets, carpeting, and comfortable decor.

This property is NEWLY RENOVATED, and located in desirable Wilden (north Glenmore).

We have provided many thoughtful extras for your convenience and comfort. We think you will love what we have done. Beautifully appointed, the suite has a well-equipped kitchenette, stove top, toaster oven (sorry, no oven), microwave, toaster and more. Our balcony offers a beautiful view of our mountains and the city of Kelowna. There is on-site parking on the driveway. Music channels, Netflix capability, and a large flat screen TV are provided for your entertainment. Movies and FREE wireless hi-speed Internet access are standard. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a non-allergenic duvet, and quality, high-thread-count sheets. The other bedrooms are similar, with queen-size beds. All bedrooms have lamps, side tables and dressers, some with TV's.
