Payments & Deposit

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a one-time fee of 3.
PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 350.00 CAD is due on arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500.00 CAD
