Colwin's Place Condo # 4 is located less than a 15-30 minutesle ride from the beaches, attractions & restaurants. Sleeping arrangements include a queen size bed, and crib with all sleeping up to 3 guests (Maximum 2 adults or max 2 children, including a baby with 1 adult for the base rate). The beautiful gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture and a lovely lanai can seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just meeting and greeting.

Colwin's Place condo # 4 now has one bed (Queen bed sleeps 2 guests, crib sleeps 1 baby) that sleeps up to three (3) guests, including a baby. The nightly rate for each extra guest is $25.00 (A maximum of 2 extra guests may sleep on the living room sectional sleeper). The maximum number of guests, including a baby, Condo # 4 may sleep is five (5). Colwin's Place welcomes all guests, including Business Guests, Mid-term Guests, Digital Nomads and guests with babies.

Colwin's Place may assist guests with recommendations for scuba diving, available watersports, dining out, horseback riding, car rental, taxi, and other tourist-related activities available on the island. Importantly, for guests who book a stay with Colwin's Place and wish for Colwin's Place to assist guests with on-island wedding plans, catering for weddings and honeymoons Colwin's Place may assist provided guests give Colwin's Place several months' notice.

If you are a beachgoer, these condos are outfitted with FREE-TO-USE bicycles, beach umbrellas, and beach towels or if you just want to enjoy the open air and breathe in that cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze or just have a sun tan, the lanai is the best place to be; make sure you have a cold drink in hand as it pairs well with the cool tropical weather.

Guests are free to use the gazebo and lanai for relaxation whilst enjoying an afternoon tea or their favorite wine or cocktail while using the BBQ Grill, free of charge, to cook their eclectic or local cuisine.

AND CHECK OUT LATE UP TO THREE (3) HOURS AFTER THE REGULAR CHECKOUT TIME OF 11:00 A.M. PROVIDED NO GUESTS ARE CHECKING IN OR CHECKING OUT THAT SAME DAY AND THE LATE CHECKOUT FEE FOR ALL GUESTS IS $100.00 AND THE EARLY CHECK-IN FEE FOR ALL GUESTS IS $100.00.

COLWIN'S PLACE DOES NOT OFFER MAID/CLEANING SERVICES DURING GUESTS' STAY, BUT ONCE MIDTERM GUESTS GIVE COLWIN'S PLACE ADVANCE NOTICE OF THEIR NEED AND FREQUENCY OF MAID/CLEANING SERVICE COLWIN'S PLACE WILL ARRANGE THE MAID SERVICE AND MID-TERM GUESTS WILL NEGOTIATE AND PAY THE MAID DIRECTLY.

FOUR (4) BICYCLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS' USE, FREE OF CHARGE, TO GET AROUND THE ISLAND FOR TOURING, GROCERY SHOPPING, BANKING, AND FOR GENERAL TRANSPORTATION.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
