This was our home, so you are getting so much more than a purpose-built and furnished rental property. The kitchen is fully equipped with several appliances at your disposal. Central air conditioning provides the utmost comfort during your stay, no matter how hot it gets outside!

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Email Money Transfer, Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Lock box code supplied by owner upon receipt of full payment.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
