Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2021/2022 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 262.50 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

This Grandview Upper suite is a great 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located in the much sought after Grandview complex. This condo is a popular one being on the quiet top (3rd floor), having extra windows and larger patio (with a BBQ) because it’s a corner unit and has a washer and dryer right within the unit too.

Highlights include: free outdoor parking, free wi-fi, free cable and a lovely deck for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery in winter or summer. You can walk up the stairs or take the elevator for easier access and for quick unloading when you arrive.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite washroom. Take in the mountain views right from bed.

The second bedroom has a double lower and single upper bunk bed.

The living room is very bright with lots of windows and nine-foot ceilings give it the extra touch of luxury. It also has a double pullout couch that sleeps 2.

This is an open concept condo with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room opens to the living room.

Ski directly out from the ground floor private ski locker room complete with waxing table. To ski back home – ski to the top of the Silver Queen chair and a short 2-minute walk across the street will get you back home.

There are two outdoor parking spots available for your stay.

The shared hot tub is open for the winter seasons only and is not open during the shoulder or summer seasons.
