This wonderful property is a 4 Star Canada Select Cottage in scenic Greenwich,PEI boasting panoramic views of the Bay and just 4 minutes to one of PEI's most beautiful beaches at Greenwich PEI National Park In addition to the beautiful Greenwich Beach this National Park also has three glorious walking trails with stunning views and are must sees - bring your camera. Confederation Trail is 5 minutes away. Seasonal dining options - 5 minutes away. Great Golf - about 20 minutes away. Set back from the road, the cottage is located on a quiet, private and large yard. There is a spacious water facing front deck where you can gaze at peaceful surroundings & picturesque views of St. Peter's Bay. Step inside the warm & inviting cottage & be wrapped in the calming colors of nature: sandy beaches, blue sky, aqua water and the red soil of PEI. This cottage has spacious living areas: two bedrooms ( 1 queen & 1 double) plus sleeper sofa, living room w - lazy boy sofa, electric fireplace, chairs, side tables wlamps, well equipped kitchen, sunroom - dining area - sitting area, full bath ( newly renovated) and laundry facilities. Enjoy meals at the handcrafted oak dining room set in the sun-room while gazing at the amazing waterviews. Relax in the comfy living room to read, watch TV, chat or have a rest. Watch the spectacular sunsets each night and perhaps also enjoy a bonfire in the front yard. Alternate arrangements for storage & outdoor cooking is provided. Guests must be >25 years of age to book the property. Home is meant for quiet guests & is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, bachelor or bachelorette parties. Only registered guests can stay at the cottage The renowned Greenwich PEI National Park Beach is peaceful & relaxing with white sand, warm water, a supervised swimming area, changing areas with bathrooms & showers, surrounded by majestic sand dunes. Indulge in long walks on the beach & watch the landscape change from from white sand beaches & spectacular sand dunes to rocky shores & steep red cliffs. Take a beautifuk walk on one of three scenic walking trails in the Greenwich National Park. A must see is the Greenwich Dunes Trail. The home is suitable for enjoyment in many seasons as the house is heated. A heat pump & electric heat provide year round comfort. An electric fireplace in the living room will keep you warm & cozy in cooler seasons. In summer air conditioning is available to keep the cottage cool.

Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 4 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
