Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent
Guests are expected to take out their own garbage, start their dishwasher with any dirty dishes and clean the BBQ prior to departure. They are also expected to lock all the doors and windows prior to leaving. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $30+tax/hour.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

There is a 30-day cancellation policy for most of the year and a 75-day cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year’s bookings. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more (75 days notice or more for Christmas and New Year’s bookings), your deposit less a 10% of the accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be refunded to you. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (75 days for Christmas and New Year’s bookings) are non refundable. However, a credit for the full amount less a 10% of accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be held for you and can be applied to another reservation anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Home was Beautiful! Perfect for four couples ++! Would recommend to others. There were issues - minor cleanliness inside & outside that required some attention. Oven element was not working, but folks from High Country were quick to to have repair completed. Some light bulbs missing, stolen(? who does that?) At any rate great weekend would stay there again!

This 4 bedroom luxury home offers great views of Greywolf Golf Course and is close to the Sunbird Chair Lift. The main floor features a vaulted ceiling with timber beams. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The living area is accented by large rock gas fireplace and has satellite television and a DVD player. The gear drying rack and laundry room are also on the main floor. This floor also features a half bath.

The 2nd floor features the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite complete with steam shower. The master bedroom is also equipped with a satellite television. There is a game room with air hockey table and 1 full bathroom on the second level.

The lower level has living area with television with DVD player (no cable), gas fireplace, and offers access to the private hot tub. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the lower level. Bedroom 2 has two twins; bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two sets of bunks. This floor features 2 full bathrooms (one with tub/shower and the other with a stand up shower).

Guests staying in this property will have access to the garage and will also have full access to the Panorama Springs Pools.

This home has free access to wireless internet.

Please Note: Maximum occupancy for adult groups is 8 people. All registered occupants (I.E.Adult group) must be 30yrs old.
