Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

There is a 30-day cancellation policy for most of the year and a 75-day cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year’s bookings. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more (75 days notice or more for Christmas and New Year’s bookings), your deposit less a 10% of the accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be refunded to you. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (75 days for Christmas and New Year’s bookings) are non refundable. However, a credit for the full amount less a 10% of accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be held for you and can be applied to another reservation anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

This 4 bedroom luxury home is divided onto 3 floors. Your entrance features your boot room which includes a laundry room and drying racks for your gear. From here, a few stairs will lead guests to the lower floor. The lower floor features the media room with 42 inch plasma TV. This floor also features the 4th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. A bathroom with tub/shower can be found on this level.

A flight of stairs will take guests up to the main floor with an open concept fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stone accented breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up onto the dining space and living room which features a flat screen television, gas fireplace, leather furniture and vaulted ceilings. The front deck from this floor offers amazing views of the ski hill. The master bedroom with king bed is located on the main floor and has a soaker tub and walk in shower.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are located on the top level. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.

This property features a sauna which is located on the main floor. Guests can also relax in the private hot tub which is on the back deck. The front deck has a BBQ and patio furniture.

Guests staying in this home will have full access to the garage and the Panorama Springs Pool area.

This home has free access to wireless internet.

Please Note: Maximum occupancy for adult groups is 8 people. All registered occupants (I.E.Adult groups) must be 30 years of age.
