If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

- Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice or more (75 days for Christmas and New Year) are completely refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. - Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are completely non-refundable. If the days of your original rental can however be rebooked, you will receive a refund for the days rented less a $150.00 cancellation fee. You will forfeit all monies paid for any part of the rental period that cannot be rebooked. - Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival are completely non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

This high end town home is the perfect getaway spot for 2 families or 1 large family travelling to Big White Ski Resort. Leave your car in the private garage as the village is a short 10 minute walk away on a lit pathway or the Big White Shuttle bus stops a short 2 minute walk from the town home.
