The resort is located in “Brisas del Mar”, a very quiet and pleasant area situated in the coastal strip of Havana del Este, within a group of beaches formed by “Guanabo”, “La veneciana”, ”Brisas” and “ El Rincon de Brisas”, 20 Km away from La Habana. Guanabo city, located 5 minutes away from the “resort”, offers several leisure centres such as restaurants, coffee shops and discos. We also provide taxi service driving an American car from 1955. During the preparation of your trip through Owner Direct or during the stay in the house, we will be pleased to offer advice about everything you need, like for example transport or the different activities you wish to carry out. The residential complex is composed of four apartments. All the apartments are located on the first floor, above the house were the owner lives. Each apartment has its own independent access by steps placed on the backyard and the house garden. One Group comprises two apartments North, West and East oriented. One has one bedroom and the other has two bedroom. The access is made from a garden terrace situated on the first floor, fitted out as living and open-air dining room. A small spiral staircase provides access to the terrace-solarium where you can rest and enjoy the beautiful landscape. These apartments can be rented individually as well. Property 247605: Surrounded by a balcony overlooking the sea, the apartment has in a single space one double room, living room with a sofa-bed, kitchen and a complete bathroom. Fully air-conditioned (cold - hot) it is also equipped with TV, fan, fridge and microwave. Property 248172: The apartment has two double rooms with balcony, living area with open-planned kitchen and a complete bathroom. Fully air-conditioned (cold - hot) it is also equipped with TV, fan, fridge, gas-stove, oven and microwave. The second Group has two apartments North, East and South oriented; one with two bedrooms and the other one with one bedroom. The entrance is through a garden terrace located on the first floor, also fitted out as a solarium and open-air dining room where it is possible to organize events. Property 248173: The apartment has a double room, kitchen and a bathroom. It is also provided air conditioning, TV, fan, fridge and microwave. Property 248175: The apartment has two double rooms, living area with an integrated kitchen and one bathroom. It has air conditioning (hot - cold), TV, stereo, fan, gas-stove, oven and microwave.
