The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 90 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Come join us and stay in our newly remodeled, contemporary one bedroom/ one bath unit in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood across from Three Tables Beach. The new kitchen has all new appliances and a quartz island for cooking and dining. There is a new, comfortable queen size mattress in the bedroom. There is also a split air AIR CONDITIONING unit in the bedroom. The bathroom has also been recently redone with contemporary high-end fixtures. Includes all linens, kitchen items, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc. Walking distance to Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove, Grocery Store & coffee shop. Close to bike path to Pipeline & Sunset. Bikes included. Outside deck for relaxing with BBQ . Fast, fiber Wifi for working remotely. This is a very green home with solar panels & home battery system.

2 person maximum occupancy (including infants/ children). Parking spot in driveway included. Non-smoking property. This is a 30+ day vacation rental. Occupant does not need to stay in the rental for the full 30 day period. (ie; one rental per 30 day period is allowable) Please inquire if you have questions.

**The Unit is completely cleaned and disinfected between Guests. Linens are washed with bleach and all surfaces cleaned with anti-bacterial products. Please see our Cleanliness Reviews and feel free to send us any questions related to our cleaning protocols.**
