A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 GBP is due 70 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 70 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 100.00 GBP for stays that are 2 to 6 nights in duration.
