This spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment is located on the 5th floor ( lifts available) and is centrally located to all South Coast Amenities. The beach is a few steps across the road, as well as Blakeys Bar & Restaurant. The living and dining room leads out to a balcony with seating area and wonderful sea views. The apartment is very breezy throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses including crystals, cutlery, pots pans etc. The master bedroom has a king bed and lots of storage space and is en suite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a double and a twin bed. Storage cupboards, and a separate full bathroom adjacent to it. There is also a balcony attached to this bedroom where one can enjoy the lovely Caribbean breeze. The UN is 7minutes walk. The Fertility Clinic is 1 minute walk, as well as the Art Splash Cafe and market!

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 35.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks)

Security or Damage Deposit

When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 300 USD
