Description
This spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment is located on the 3rd floor ( lifts available) and is centrally located to all South Coast Amenities. The living and dining room leads out to a balcony with seating area and wonderful sea views. The apartment is very breezy throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots pans etc. The master bedroom has a king bed and lots of storage space and is en suite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a double and a twin bed. Storage cupboards, and a separate full bathroom adjacent to it. There is also a balcony attached to this bedroom where one can enjoy the lovely Caribbean breeze. The UN is 7minutes walk. The Fertility Clinic is 1 minute walk, as well as the Art Splash Cafe and market!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 35.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks)

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due immediately. Please note: Electricity usage is capped at $40 USD per week. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 300 USD
