Description
This was our home in the 70's and is now our vacation home. We are only looking to share this completely remodeled unit with a few select clients so that it stays fresh for our use. You cannot get any closer to a beautiful, sandy, secluded, protected beach. We have furnished our unit for our use not as a rental. This is truly "Old Hawaii" but you can return to the excitement of Waikiki in less than an hour by a scenic drive along the beach and through the tunnels to the "city" side. Stay in "the country" for a Hawaiian vacation that you will never forget. Life is slower here. Feel the ALOHA!!! The exercise room is very limited, but it is on the ground level and looks out onto the beach. The sauna is also located on ground floor in exercise room.

Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at any time, payment less $150 USD administration fee are refunded if the property is re-rented. If the property does not get re-rented and the guest cancels 60 or more days in advance, payments minus $150 are refunded. If the property is not re-rented and the cancellation is within the 60 days, there is no refund.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay. Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of 30.00 - 50.00.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Maximum of 4 Adults., Maximum of 3 Children.
