If you want to know the true Habana, its people, its bustle, its day to day, this is the site you are looking for; Located in the neighborhood of "10 de Octubre", the heart of Havana, near one of the oldest thoroughfares and communicated with the rest of the city. Large townhouse (52 m² - 558 ft²) with independent access; It includes a living room, kitchen-dining room, bathroom, bedroom (two double bed and a personal bed if requested), all amenities (hot water, mini bar, air conditioning, etc)

Excellent accommodation for couples, businessmen, teachers, students, and anyone who seeks tranquility for rest or concentration in recreational, intellectual or educational activities, but at the same time inserted in the area with the largest population in Cuba and sharing day-to-day of today's Cuban.

There are no common areas with the private area of the house, but many of our clients come to talk and share with us a good Cuban coffee. When requested in advance, laundry services are offered (5 cuc); continental breakfast (5 cuc per person / day); and garage (5 cuc per day).

In case you need help, you can count on the hospitality that characterizes not only this Casa, in particular, but Cubans in general. Please contact us for any problems you have; or questions about places of interest to visit (we can also contact with rental homes in other Cuban provinces) or other help you need.

Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. There will always be a person waiting for you regardless of the time of arrival. Key is provided at check in, and a map of the surrounding area to guide you. There is no Internet, but there are two Wi-Fi areas in the immediate vicinity, which is currently the most common procedure in Cuba to connect to the network.

We are inserted in the populous neighborhood of 10 de Octubre, founded in the middle of the XVII century and with the largest population of Cuba. In addition to the old mansions that populate the neighborhood, perhaps its mandatory reference points are: the Catholic Church of the Passionists, the "Calzada de 10 de Octubre" (Jesus del Monte) and the Parish Church of Jesus del Monte, among others. Around us are the historical center of Old Havana, the beaches of East Havana, the Revolution Square, Havana University, the airport and many other places of historical and cultural interest.

Casa is located near the "Calzada de 10 de Octubre" and other main roads, connected to any place in Havana by conventional and old taxis, as well as public transportation. In addition, we can help you rent a taxi, or tell you how to travel within the city or the country.

If the customer has a rental car, the garage is offered when requested in advance (5 CUC per day of occupancy).
