The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a 20% fee; 80% will be refunded if the Unit is re-rented. Cancellation greater than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund of rental fees.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.

What a great condo! At the end of Main Street you can walk to almost anything in town. Bakery, pharmacy, liquor store, and great dining! There's a seasonal pool and a year round hot tub too! Not only that, but you are walking distance to the beach, art gallery and play area for the kids, There's a nice walking path around the little lake that we took advantage of daily. Beautiful hewn wood beds and double bunks in one room so the kids can bring friends - each bedroom has its own bathroom, too. I certainly recommend this condo for your next visit to the valley! Oh, and with it being on the ground floor - loading in and out is a snap!

We hadn’t spent significant time in Invermere but were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed our time. Great location that is an easy walk into town for ice cream, coffee, or even groceries. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and lots of great toys, games, and puzzles for kids! There are also beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to make everything easy at the beach or pool.

We were three adults having a late summer getaway. The condo is well laid out, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of being on the main floor and being able to go in and out through the patio door. The owner is friendly and helpful. Heron Point is a great location, since you can easily walk to downtown or the beach. We would definitely return to this condo.

This is the second year our family has stayed at Heron Point. The location is perfect for all your needs... pool, beach, town, nature... all a short walk away. The condo was fit with all the necessities needed and more. Plenty of room and heavenly beds. The owners were so accommodating with our dates requested and early check in if possible. Will most definitely book again!

We absolutely loved this spot in Invermere. We stayed with our four children and found the layout of the 1000 sq ft accommodation to be very spacious. Everything we could have possibly needed was thought of and accounted for. Loved the ground floor location with the lawn out front for the kids to play. Minutes to walk to the lake or downtown made it very accessible. Lots of wildlife around. Clean and very well maintained. Can't wait to go back next year!

We absolutely loved the pool. In fact, we only went to the beach once all week. Loads of shops nearby, a couple of neat pubs. The condo itself was perfect for our needs and was equipped beyond our expectations. There were even sand toys for the beach! We will likely go back next year and maybe even this winter to try out the skiing!
