They are also expected to lock all the doors and windows prior to leaving. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $30+tax/hour.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

There is a 30-day cancellation policy for most of the year and a 75-day cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year’s bookings. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more (75 days notice or more for Christmas and New Year’s bookings), your deposit less a 10% of the accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be refunded to you. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (75 days for Christmas and New Year’s bookings) are non refundable. However, a credit for the full amount less a 10% of accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be held for you and can be applied to another reservation anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

This condo features an open concept fully equipped kitchen, dining space and Living room. The living area is cosy with a gas fireplace, flat screen television and DVD player. Guests have use of the in suite washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double/single bunk bed and a television.

This 3rd floor suite has a south facing deck offering amazing lake views. The deck has a private BBQ and patio furniture.

Guests staying at Heron Point will have full access to the fitness room and hot tub open year round and to the heated outdoor pool during the summer months.

This property has a wireless internet connection.

Kinsmen Beach is found just down the road from this complex. This Invermere hot spot has a Splash & Spray Park, beach volleyball and a well laid out park for kids. In the summer months, enjoy the water slides and swimmers dock which are located in the lake and in the winter months, enjoy pond hockey, skating and/or cross country skiing at this location.
