If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee.
An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 49.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.

First..We get to the house the alarm is turned off, so the system is there but, its disconnected. Then we get in the room I didn't realize the master bathroom is shared by the other king size bedroom "I don't like that" never sharing a master bathroom AGAIN! There's TVs throughout the house but, NONE OF THEM WORK!!! CABLE WAS TURNED OFF!!!! It's Thanksgiving and we wanted to watch football and basketball. We watched Netflix in the living room during our stay REALLY!! I called management everyday NOBODY came out or called me. They told me I will put you on the list. Management SUCKS!!! The beds in both King rooms and twin bedrooms are hard as a rock the only mattress that was nice is the queen bedroom. The hot tub was filthy!!! The sliding glass door didn't lock we used a chair to prop up against it so no one can come in. The owner was called about these problems and after a few texts and email he said he contacted management "NOTHING'" was done. Finally, I was sitting at the desk and looked down on the floor there was dead bugs against the baseboards disgusting. NEVER RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN!!! I need a partial refund I NEVER GAVE A RENTAL HOME A HORRIBLE REVIEW!! Because I never had a bad experience and I rent homes all the time while in Central FL.

Overall the house was nice. We really enjoyed the open kitchen and family room. The only issue we had was the air conditioner. But that should not be a problem any more for anyone. At the beginning of our stay the AC would freeze up even with following the instructions in the house. We contacted the manager and they sent a tech out right away to get it resolved. He serviced it and it worked great for one night. The next day it quit again. Now the house has a brand new AC unit and it is much larger than the one that was previously installed. After that there were no issues with the house and we enjoyed our stay. We would go back to the house if available the next time we go to the Orlando area.
