Great location and great weather!

Great Place to Stay
This is my second time staying in this unit and the upgrades are really nice! Although the unit is surface clean, it could use a really good deep clean of the baseboards, fans, light fixtures and crown molding in the bathroom. Those were all really dusty. The kitchen was well stocked, but I will say that it would be nice to have more than 2 packs of dish washing detergent and also some sort of sponge to scrub dishes and pots and pans with. I was also surprised that there was not a broom and dust pan in the unit to use to clean up messes especially crumbs from young kids. Please consider adding one this to the unit. We were also left without sheets for the pull out sofa and no real blanket for the sofa either, as well as only two washcloths.

Beautiful Condo in need of Dusting!
The condo was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in a quiet complex with a close walk to the ocean. The neighborhood and island location were incredible! It was surface clean however, a deep clean dusting is needed; the top of the televisions, headboard, lamps and ceiling fan blades were extremely dusty. I have stayed at other VRBO locations where such items as coffee filters, salt/pepper, extra trash bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil were provided; these would be a welcome addition. A few beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels would also be very nice to provide considering the proximity to the ocean.

Ocean Dunes Villa 102
well decorated, good use of space. comfy couch. Beach is beautiful and convenient, heated pool is nice. Negative - not deeply cleaned, some disrepair, hard mattress. Long walk to beach, stairs.

We had a nice time
The Vacation Rental was a disappointment.<br/>It is falling apart, neglected and dirty.<br/>We had No access to any pool at any time even though we overlooked one.<br/>Your management Company would not even provide us with extra towels.<br/>Very upsetting.<br/>All the access codes provided were incorrect also

Good place, but uncomfortable bed
Overall good experience. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The place could invest in a better mattress. I would prefer when I spend a good amount of money to not have to sleep on a hard mattress.

Hilton Head VRBO
The property was very nice on the inside but I was not happy with the bed and sofa bed. Both mattresses were old, hard, lumpy and very uncomfortable. Even our son, who can sleep anywhere, was very uncomfortable on the sofa bed. I was made aware that there was construction going on outside of the property. We had to keep the blinds closed all the time bc of construction workers and work debris. This property is very convenient to the beach. So if mattress comfort and view is not important to you then you will be fine staying here.

GREAT VACATION
THE VACATION RENTAL WAS AS PICTURED, VERY CLEAN, WELL-EQUIPPED AND WITH EASY ACCESS TO POOL AND BEACH. WE KNEW IN ADVANCE THAT THE UNIT CURRENTLY OVERLOOKS A CONSTRUCTION SITE, AND IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. NO NOISE DISTURBED US. WHEN THAT PROJECT IS COMPLETE, I EXPECT THAT THE VIEW WILL BE LOVELY. WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Another great stay.
We had a great time again in Hilton Head, with the line exception of the Corona Virus. The last few days were rough what with all the restaurants being forced to go to carry out meals. But if you are going to be "sheltered in place" this is the place.

Just what I Was Looking For
This unit was exactly what I was looking for. Nice and clean, right on the beach, first floor, and the bedroom was as dark as a cave. I will definitely rent this unit again.

A Great Beach Getaway
This rental was exactly what we were looking for. It's like 1 minute from the beach! Can't beat that. Easy check-in/check-out procedure. Nice kitchen that is fully stocked with cookware and utensils so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. We liked the coastal decor a lot. I generally don't like staying on the first floor for safety reasons, but I was pleased to find out that the first floor is actually 5-ish feet above ground and the balcony has a large hedge next to it that would prevent anyone from bothering your stuff. The only weird thing about this unit is that the bathroom has a literal ceiling fan that's half above the shower and half above the rest of the room. Not a deal breaker by any means, but I've never seen that before. Overall, I would stay here again if I had the choice, for sure.

Good Experience
Stayed in 102. Clean and offered everything we needed. Air Conditioning worked great plus 3 ceiling fans to keep every room cool. Bedding was comfortable. First floor is always a plus. Easy access to Pool, Beach and Parking. The Staff at the rental office across the street were more than accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Nice Place
Cooking meals was an adventure. Place could use some pots! It was amazing how much improvising we did to use what we had. Other than that, place was modern (recently remodeled), clean, and very convenient to everything! Great vacation!!!

Newly Remodeled Villa with a Great Location
This is a beautiful villa on the inside, newly remodeled, however the outside of the building looks very dated. We loved the location to the beach. It is not an oceanfront view but it is beachfront. This villa is also about 5 minutes on bike to Coligny Plaza, where you can find awesome restaurants and shops. The only complaint I have about our stay is that something was causing me to have an allergic reaction, possibly mold or a dirty air conditioning filter. I had itchy, watery eyes, nasal congestion and sneezing when we spent any amount of time in the villa. Luckily we were outside most of the time. There were also a couple of dead cockroaches in the entryway when we arrived and a live one that we had to kill on the first night. It seems they had just exterminated the place since we didn't have any other issues after the first night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and feel that this villa is a great value for the location and the amenities.

Ocean Dunes Villa 102
We really enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Dunes Villas. As we had never rented thru a realator I was worried what we would find upon arrival. The property description and photos were accurate, everything was clean and well maintained.The realtors were great to work and friendly. We are likely to return! Just a short walk to Coligny Plaza where there are many shops and resturants. We were on the first floor with a side view of the pool, could not really see the ocean, just the palm trees and sea oats that lined the dunes.

GREAT ONE BEDROOM CONDO
I have had the good fortune to stay 3 times in this unit. Since I never go down to the beach and<br/>love sitting by the pool, this is a great unit. <br/>I liked having everything available to me but the one thing missing was coffee filters. Since I was only staying in this unit 5 days it would have been nice to have the coffee filters available to me. Otherwise, I would stay in this unit again and again.<br/>

Cute condo!
Great place to stay! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping! Short walk to beach. Condo was nicely renovated! My only complaints are that it could use a good deep cleaning (dust, wipe down baseboards, doors, light switches etc). Also the bed was rather uncomfortable. The mattress could use a good pillow top. I felt like I was sleeping directly on the box springs, and spent most nights on the couch.

Great location!
We loved this place! So close to the beach, and only half a mile from Coligny. We rode bikes just about every day around town and down the beach. Everything about this tiny condo was great for our getaway. If I HAD to give negative feedback, the only thing I would say is the mattress on the bed is a bit uncomfortable. But my husband and I just used the comforter as extra cushion and slept under a thin blanket. That's it though! We loved our stay!

Clean condo, view is not as described
The condo was very clean and updated, but the view from the balcony is not at all as described. The pool in the pictures is drained and being demolished, they are building a new resort next door, so that is all you get to look at. You cannot see the ocean at all because of a mound of sand for the construction. If you are fine with no view, then it's not bad, just not currently as described.

Special
We had a blessed experience this time at vacation time. One we will treasure always. It was a week and a half in the aftermath of hurricane Matthew. We were able to volunteer some and relax some at a beautifully accommodating place. This was our 10th visit and second time in this condo which we loved. I can not say enough about the staff at vacation time. I hold them as family and i am always thankful they are part of our vacation. Our h5ime away from home. The properties and pools were exceptional, you would never have known a natural disaster had just blown through. Looking forward to our next visit.

Enjoyable week
We stayed in Ocean Dunes Villa #102. It is a very nice, clean and well maintained unit. The furnishings are updated and the decor is well thought out and very nice. I liked that there was a t.v. in both the living area and the bedroom. The addition of hooks in the hallway and bedroom were very convinient as they provided a place to hang towels and wet suits. Our unit was not facing the ocean but we found it to be a good location as it faced a courtyard area and close to walkways and not many steps. It was a very good stay and hope to vacation here again.

Beautiful and Recently Renovated

Hilton Head
The condo was accurately photographed. The beach was in great condition and a couple of minutes walk from the condo. The only drawback to the condo was the bedroom. The security lights on the outside of the building illuminated the bedroom as if you had a regular lamp turned on all night.

Best. Vacation. Ever.
Everything exceeded our expectations! The unit couldn't have been in a more convenient location (patio overlooked the pool and roughly a 100 yard walk to the beach). It was BEAUTIFUL! Clean and equipped with everything you could imagine down to a crock pot and extra light bulbs! We have already recommended this unit to TWO friends and can't wait to return ourselves!

Just OK
The property was OK for the price we paid. The inside had been remodeled recently and was nice. However, the outside is very dated. One other note about the inside... when we first got to the villa there were 4 dead cockroaches on the floor and the bathroom (near the mirror/ceiling) was very dusty. It appeared it had not been fully cleaned before our arrival. Overall our experience with the property was OK. We will likely plan to pay the little extra for a nicer place such as Palmetto Dunes next time.

We had two issues with our stay, viz<br/>There were no cleaning utensils available in the apartment (no vacuum or dustpan and brush)<br/>We did not get any change to our linen after the first week (this was promised on our arrival)

Small and relaxing.
The villa was charming and perfect for 2 (a 3rd person for a weekend was ok); proximity to beach was nice, even when the weather turned rainy and cool. We chose this unit for 1st floor location and shower without a tub, although it could have used a safety bar. Would definitely come again.

Nice stay on the ocean
My friend and I stayed at Ocean Dunes Villa and it was pleasant other than trying to check out. The office said they would be open at 8 am on Sunday for check out and we waited around till 9 and no one had shown up putting us an hour behind to leave. Other than that our short weekend was great, our room was exactly how it was described but warning the bed is not comfortable.

Cozy and perfect

Cooking meals was an adventure. Place could use some pots! It was amazing how much improvising we did to use what we had. Other than that, place was modern (recently remodeled), clean, and very convenient to everything! Great vacation!!!

We've stayed at Ocean Dunes many many times and always enjoy coming back. This trip was for my husband and I to get away just the two of us. This unit was perfect for us.

My friend and I stayed at Ocean Dunes Villa and it was pleasant other than trying to check out. The office said they would be open at 8 am on Sunday for check out and we waited around till 9 and no one had shown up putting us an hour behind to leave. Other than that our short weekend was great, our room was exactly how it was described but warning the bed is not comfortable.

The villa was charming and perfect for 2 (a 3rd person for a weekend was ok); proximity to beach was nice, even when the weather turned rainy and cool. We chose this unit for 1st floor location and shower without a tub, although it could have used a safety bar. Would definitely come again.

We had two issues with our stay, viz<br/>There were no cleaning utensils available in the apartment (no vacuum or dustpan and brush)<br/>We did not get any change to our linen after the first week (this was promised on our arrival)

Everything exceeded our expectations! The unit couldn't have been in a more convenient location (patio overlooked the pool and roughly a 100 yard walk to the beach). It was BEAUTIFUL! Clean and equipped with everything you could imagine down to a crock pot and extra light bulbs! We have already recommended this unit to TWO friends and can't wait to return ourselves!

The property was OK for the price we paid. The inside had been remodeled recently and was nice. However, the outside is very dated. One other note about the inside... when we first got to the villa there were 4 dead cockroaches on the floor and the bathroom (near the mirror/ceiling) was very dusty. It appeared it had not been fully cleaned before our arrival. Overall our experience with the property was OK. We will likely plan to pay the little extra for a nicer place such as Palmetto Dunes next time.

It was a perfect location for our stay . We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The condo was just like picture. The only inconvenience we noticed was that an ironing board was not present. We would love to stay agin next fall!

The condo was accurately photographed. The beach was in great condition and a couple of minutes walk from the condo. The only drawback to the condo was the bedroom. The security lights on the outside of the building illuminated the bedroom as if you had a regular lamp turned on all night.
