Fun week at HHI!
The room itself was great. My family has been staying in Ocean Dunes for 25+ years. We have stayed in many of the 2 bedroom units and this one is a favorite. e never did figure out how to get the t.v. in the bedroom to work.

Excellent 2 Months
We stay in Hilton Head during the winter for 2 months - this year we moved to Ocean Dunes and found it to be a wonderful experience! The villa was excellent, extremely clean, well equipped and very comfortable! We only dealt with Vacation Time twice and both times they were responsive and easily solved our issue! Couldn’t be happier and anxious to return next January! Working with Jimmy Rollison has been a pleasure - very knowledgeable and a very congenial person! Thanks Jim!

Good Location
I love the location and have stayed at this complex before. Our condo was not very clean. There were stains on the pillows in the twin bedroom, the balcony was dirty and looked like it had never been swept. The door for the twin bedroom sticks and is very loud to open and shut. The sink in the kitchen seemed to have some issues with the faucet not working properly as well. Overall it was fine but I would probably stay at another unit next time.

Fabulous Family Vacation
The unit was perfect for our family of four. Great location and easy access to the beach, pool, food/drinks! Would definitely come back and stay here! Not far from Coligny or Sea Pines. Safe/secure parking. Highly recommend :)

No "wow!" factor
I don't want to bash the place, it's not terrible, just nothing fantastic, I should have thought it out more before renting that small of a place. It's small,no place to store food or eat as a family, outside patio not swept, outside furniture is uncomfortable. Lots of noise in hallways, Floorplan not great. Beach was fine, kids had fun.

Hilton Head summer 2018
The unit we rented was clean and in a great location. About a 10 minute walk to Coligny square. This was July 4th week and it was crowded on the beach but not as congested at our beach entrance. I noticed as I walked up the beach toward Coligny that it got very congested with beach goers just 5 minutes into the 10 minute walk. So I think our location was perfect, close to Coligny but just far enough to have the beach more open. The pool at our unit was a bit small but we spent most of our time at the beach. Also, only around an hour to Savanna so we did that one day to site. Well worth the trip. I would stay in this unit again.

Labor Day Weekend 2018
We really enjoyed staying in room 304 for our little getaway. WE stayed with our family for three nights. It is close to the beach and in walking distance of shops. The place was very clean and the staff was super nice. We LOVED our room!! I recommend staying in this condo or in this building to anyone. We can't wait to stay again next year!

Perfect beach condo for families
We had a great time at Ocean Dunes- this condo was perfect size for our family. I hope to be able to book it again for next Summer. It had everything we needed. I would make a few recommendations- maybe a larger wall mounted tv in the living room- and the twin bedroom tv, the audio is broken, so it should be replaced. The house keepers should use vinegar or CLR to clean the soap film off both shower doors- and clean the baseboards as well. I’m only pointing this out because we own a VRBO as well, and I would want to know if some things could use a little more attention. <br/>I always love working with Vacation Time of Hilton Head too. Thanks for a great week.

Unit was fine....
Very small 2nd bedroom. Two twin beds, one that you just about walk into when entering the room. I would recommend rearranging the furniture in there. Please NOTE they do NOT have any beach towels or beach chairs in this unit:( Wish I would've know so I could've packed our own. As many times as I've rented beach condos/units, there has always been beach supplies either in the unit/home or at the pool. In either event, we checked in on Friday and back out on Saturday due to the terrible weather, which we were told had nothing to do with Hurricane Dorian. We were not able to enjoy the large open beach area, and hope to return to Hilton Head soon.

Ocean Dunes 304
Oceans Dunes 304 was a clean condo however very dated. For the money being spent, I expected more from the condo. From the 24” TV in the main living area to the vertical slat blinds, the entire condo needs to remodeled. The microwave stopped working. I had to unplug microwave to feel safe with it.

Ocean Dunes Villa #304
Enjoyed our 2nd visit in Ocean Dunes #304. Villa is really nice except for parts of the bathrooms. Tubs/showers need to be upgraded. Shower doors were in need of repair in the master bath. Also found dead roaches in the villa & lots of dirt in sofa bed. Otherwise, the villa is really nice. Did notice the sofa rug was missing this visit (see photo).

Ocean Dunes Villa 304
Great location. Nicely decorated unit. Convenient to pool/ocean. It would be great if they could clean the pool more than once per week, and the unit could have been vacuumed more thoroughly before renting (minor issue). Nice condo and nice building. I would recommend to anyone.

Ocean Dunes visit
This was our first vacation in Hilton Head and the Ocean Dunes. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the community. Great shopping and restaurants. We felt safe, the people were friendly and helpful, the beach was spectacular.

Future Uncertain
This was our second time staying in this condo. It was lovely as usual, but there is a lot of construction going on during our stay. We have found out that they are in the process of building a new pool. While the current pool was still open during our stay, the new pool is MUCH smaller and a huge disappointment. The Hilton has purchased the lot next door and is building two huge pools and cabana that this property will not have access to. I don't think we will re-rent for a third time because of this.

Beautiful unit
The interior of this unit was great! Comfortable, well equipped and nicely updated. All modern conveniences made for a very comfortable stay. The view would have been awesome had there not been massive construction going on all around the property. Not too much of an inconvenience - just loud and couldn't sit on the porch or the pool during the day since it was so loud. The beach, however, was perfect!

Great Fun
Our stay was for fun and relaxation. It worked out just that way. We brought friends who had not been there and they really enjoyed themselves. We have stayed in this unit several times and like the location and how well equipped <br/>It is. We are looking forward to returning in June.

Ocean Dunes Villas#304
The rental property was very clean and was equipped with the necessary essentials to have an enjoyable stay. The beach, pool and restaurants were close, which made walking pleasant. The kitchen could have used a little more lighting, but other than that, great stay.

Ocean pipe
The swimming area in the ocean needs to be roped off where the sand pipe lies. My daughter and her friend were pulled near it by the undertoe and both kids cut their legs in 2 places. Lifeguard was busy working on her tan and not keeping people away from it.

Labor Day Weekend
We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was updated and loved the bathrooms. The only drawback was the construction going on next door, however, we spent most of our time on the beach and they were gone by the time we got back to the villa. We will go aback again.

Dirty!!
At first glance the property looks great.but as time past we began to realise how f dirty the villa was. The living room furniture is very soiled and we covered it with blankets that even sit on it. The floors throughout were so filthy that we had to wear shoes all the time because our feet would get black with dirt in minutes. It was obvious that there had been no cleaning done under the furniture for weeks or perhaps years.

Had a great first-time experience at Hilton Head Island Beach!
This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island Beach. We really enjoyed our vacation here. Everything was beautiful! Ocean Dunes was a very nice property. Our condo 304 was as pictured and was very comfortable and fit our needs very well. Everything looked updated and the furnishings were very nice. The unit is kind of small, with the exception of the master bedroom, which was a good size, but overall was still comfortable for myself, my husband, my daughter and her three year old. There was construction going on next door, but honestly it wasn't a big distraction. With the doors closed we couldn't even hear anything going on and since we spent most of our time on the beach, it wasn't a big deal at all. I will say that the view from our balcony was very nice, however the pool that is in the picture is NOT the pool we were to use. This pool belonged to the Hilton property next door. We were a little disappointed because we thought this was our pool. But Ocean Dunes pool was very nice, just smaller. We did not arrive in time to actually check-in at the office, but we called ahead and everything was left in the box at Vacation Time's office for us. When we checked out, we left before the office was opened, so we just dropped off our keys in the key box outside the office. Not any problems at all. The only thing that was missing, was a washer and dryer in the unit. I missed this very much. There are washer/dryers on the floors next to the elevator, which I did use, but it would have been so much handier to have them in the unit. Just be sure to bring extra towels and wash cloths to avoid having to use the coin operated washer/dryers. Overall, our trip was great! We plan to visit Hilton Head Island Beach again and would definitely rent at Ocean Dunes Villas again!

This rental location is above the pool and views of the ocean - beautiful spot. The owners thought of everything you would need for the comforts of home. Lots of hangers, new appliances, every kitchen utensil needed. Definitely would stay at this location again.

WOD34 Jul27-Aug3 stay
We just returned from our first ever visit to HHI. We found this property online and decided to give it a try based on the good ratings and photos listed. Never booking a condo before, we were a bit nervous upon arrival. The place was GREAT!! All photos listed were exactly what it looked like. The condo was spotless and everthing was provided. Our only negative was the shower conditions (a bit dated and worn down) and the lack of a food pantry. Everything else was perfect. The balcony over the pool and ocean was refreshing. The short walk to the beach was great. The pool was so-so. They cleaned the pool one time the entire week we were there and it was great that day. Our kids didn't seem to mind though. We already miss the condo and our kids are begging to go back next year. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this villa. There was a great view of the ocean from the balcony which also overlooked the pool. The villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great with just a short walk down the path to the beach and a short drive to shopping and entertainment at Coligny, South Beach and Harbour Town. The property management company was professional and accommodating meeting all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying in this resort for a week every summer for 13 years.. We have stayed in several different units.. We love this place. Our only complaint is that there is no longer a restroom at the pool. We like to stay on the 3rd or 4th floor, ocean view, for the best view of both the pool and the ocean.

For 8 yrs we have stayed at Ocean Dunes in HH and always are pleased with the Vacation Time staff. WOD304 is a comfortable, well-equipped, oceanview villa. We do prefer oceanfront.

overall our stay was as we expected, very nice. great location, property was nice and clean. We were not expecting an ocean view with our resort view villa but we could actually see the water from our balcony, a very nice bonus.

This rental location is above the pool and views of the ocean - beautiful spot. The owners thought of everything you would need for the comforts of home. Lots of hangers, new appliances, every kitchen utensil needed. Definitely would stay at this location again.

The people at Vacation Time were excellant (Stephanie and Linda). This whole experience started there and everyting else just fell into place. This was our first time at Hilton head and we had the best time ever. Ocean Dunes was excellant. Our villa was perfect everything provided just like home... great vacation...Thank you to all...

Ocean Dunes is a four story complex composed of 84 villas, located on South Forest Beach Drive along one of the best Beaches the Island has to offer.Renovated and Beautifully Decorated!! This villa offers a fantastic view of the ocean. This two bedroom, two bathroom villa has a full sized kitchen and a combined living room/dining room area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom a pair of twin beds and there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.The balcony off the living room area has a direct view of the pool and courtyard with views of the ocean to the right. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has access to the oceanfront pool and children's pool. Ocean Dunes is located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive and a short distance from Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Beach Park. The Ocean Dunes complex is an oceanfront property that is situated approximately 70 yards from the ocean. In addition to the pools our guests have complimentary wireless internet service and access to the Players Club Fitness Center which has a complete workout facility and a heated indoor pool.
