Family Thanksgiving getaway
Location was perfect for a walk to the beach. Very nice house with pkenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals which was a nice option to save on eating out. Our kids gave already asked to make Hikton Head an annual stay. We’ll use Seascape again.

Great Condo, Great Location, Never Ready on Time
We have rented this condo for several years in a row - love the condo, love the location and amenities, however, the condo is never ready by 4 pm. The management company believes that since they give you the code and the parking passes, that you are checked in. For the 2nd year in a row, when we arrive at the condo, the cleaning crew is still cleaning and needs more time. We are not able to put anything in the condo while the cleaning staff is there. I called Vacation Time of Hilton Head and said the condo isn't ready - the cleaning crew is still there - I was assured that they would call me immediately when the crew left.....<br/>At 5:30 - an hour and a half after check in, I had to call Vacation Time back to see if we could take our groceries there and if the cleaning crew was gone - which they ended up being gone by the time we got back.<br/>So - to sum it up - we love the condo, love the location, but the management company seems to suffer in terms of being able to execute on making sure the condo is actually ready by 4 pm.

Dietz Family Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape! The condo was roomy. The bedrooms were large with plenty of wiggle room. We loved the three-story unit which provided lots of privacy. Our master bedroom was perfect with the private bath and balcony. We plan to return to this Hilton Head paradise!

June 23 - 30
Our stay was good - everything was as it was advertised. We did call maintenance twice to fix the sliding door. (They were friendly and quick to respond.) . We found that using the public beach access was much easier than the Seascape access. The bathrooms at the public access were clean and much larger than the seascape cabanas. While on the Island we spent a lot of time on the beach as well as riding bikes. The Plaza was nice - go early because it very crowded in the evening. The Seascape property was nice as well.

Nice condo with short walking distance to the beach!
We had a good experience while staying in this condo! We loved the large living room with large table in dining room seating 8 ppl! It was nice having a gas grill although if you do most of the cooking in the condo the kitchen was rather small. But well equipped! We were so pleased to have the push cart for our beach supplies! It would have been nice to have a restroom on the main floor. Overall it was a great place to stay for the week!!!

Charlie's stay
Really great time we really enjoyed Hilton Head and are returning on feb 17 for a week before going on to Myrtle. Beach. The only glitch is the people Twwo doors down have a small dog they put out on balcony it appears it cannot walk and just crys and howls all afternoon until he comes home feel sorry for dog but puts damper on sitting out I realize I guess they are are allowed dogs because they are owners but I sure feel sorry for dog

Not Bad
I have to say that we did enjoy our stay overall, but there were a few items that future renters should be made aware. First, the pool is much to be desired, now it could have been that it was still early spring, but we saw no one willing to venture into this unkept pool. The listing, stated that there was both an indoor pool and hot tub. It failed to mention that it was not at our site and that it was only made available to those 14 years of age and older. Finally, the shower on the second floor leaked and require us to mop up a very wet floor every time it was used.

Hilton Head Getaway
Once again, we had a wonderful winter break at our favorite getaway on Hilton Head Island. We walked / biked the beach daily and enjoy many fabulous meals at local restaurants. Enjoyed every minute!

Great rental for our family of 7, we had a blast!
This is a great place to stay for your vacation. We took our five kids here for spring break and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone in the apartment is fully stocked with everything that you would need. The beach toys were a big hit with the little kids. The location was good and we found the walk to the beach very easy. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Hilton head. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

Family Vacation
The overall amenities were pleasing. There was a lot of confusion on where the pools and beach access were. The directions we were given didn't match with what we were told when we got to the location. That was quite frustrating. Certain things were not clear for the rental. Such as the fact that we were to supply toilet paper, garbage bags, etc......<br/><br/>The rental it's self was beautiful and well maintained. Our children enjoyed the back deck area, along with the short walk to the pool (once we found it.)

Beach Haven
We had an amazing HHI vacation! Doris and a John are very quick to respond, always helpful and very easy people to work with. The property was clean, well stocked with everything our family of five needed, and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach. We rented bikes from a company Doris mentioned and received an excellent weekly rate. We have three teenagers and this home provided plenty of room for everyone.

Very peaceful

Happy in Hilton Head
Our week in Hilton Head was memorable. We loved where we stayed. The condo was very nice. It was convenient to the beach, the pool, and other activities in Hilton Head. We loved riding our bikes, shopping at Coligny, and getting ice cream in the evenings. The owners were very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. The only downside was that the condo was not ready as promised at 4:00 the day we arrived and the parking lot flooded due to a rainstorm.

Relaxing time!

Fantastic Family Vacation!
Our villa was in a great location, it was clean and roomy for 6 people. We used the new BBQ grill for several meals, my kids loved the new TV, and the beach carts were a big help. We did use the gym membership several times and it was so nice. The villa was very clean and everything we needed was there. Thanks for making our vacation so comfortable.

Seascape Villa 3239
We had a great week in Hilton Head. The staff at VacationTime were friendly and helpful. The location of the unit is great and the owners sent a helpful email with tips and details prior to our arrival. But the unit definitely needs some updating - the vertical blinds fell off in several of the rooms and had already been taped back up it seems, the kitchen had cabinets with handles that fell off when used, we had an ant infestation, the dryer would not dry clothes and actually became too hot to touch when used (notified VacationTime), carpet is worn and needs cleaning.

Vacaation 2015
We have stayed in this unit for the past 3 years. It was ready this year by 2pm. Overall it is a great location and clean. The carpet in the bed rooms and stairs is showing wear and could use an update. Staff at Vacation Time of HH was AWESOME as always and we will continue to use them. Location is great for family, close to food,fun,and private. Retired couple that lives on the property was very rude at the pool(again this year)direct comment to other guest "we have 9 months of peace & 3 months of distractions and load people. They were constantly on kids for using the rope while in the pool. We wittness a young boy tell her "you are not the boss of me"

Great location

Hilton Head Vacation
Our family rented this condo at Seascape Villas. The owners were a delight to work with and provided helpful information. We did take in the fireworks which were fantastic.<br/>The property description, layout and amenities are true to the postings. It was a short walk to the beach which was convenient. The owners provided 3 beach chairs (2 of which were broken)and boogie boards which were also broken. No big deal though because we still had a great time at the beach. We felt the furniture could use updating and only 2 of the burners on the gas grill work. It was nice to have a large deck to sit out on. The pool was close by and the landscaping beautiful.<br/>There were 6 of us who stayed here and 3 other family members stayed in a 2 bedroom close to us which made it nice. We had enough room that we ate our meals at this condo due to the size.<br/>We definitely recommend this to others.

Another Great Vacation
This is our 5th year staying in this condo and each year is better than the year before! The newly remodeled kitchen and new dining room table are just the icing on the cake for this immacculate 3 bedroom condo! The new drapes add a nice layer of privacy too! The beds are comfortable and clean - we all slept like rocks! I can't tell you how helpful it is to have the cabana on the beach, especially with kids! We will be back again, 100%!

Great family vacation spot
The property description was very accurate. The villa had everything we needed, lots of dishes and utensils, great for when the family was there. It was very clean, great kitchen, the rental company and the owners were great, they responded to us very quickly. The villa is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach, and Coligny square just a short bike ride away. We had a great time.<br/>

Great location but older property
The rental property and homeowner were both very easy to deal with and prompt with answering questions. Rental was during fall break 3 nights and very reasonable for the location. The pros of the property we add access to a fitness center, beach access and property located across one main street, 3 min from coligny circle, 5 min from sea pines. Washer/dryer The kitchen is newly renovated and has every appliance necessary and utensil. The property has 3 rooms and the beds were cofortable. TV,s in all rooms and the wifi was great. There were beach chairs, books and movies available for the guests. There is a back deck, patiotable, chairs and grill. The cons were that this is an older property and the main floor smells moldy/musty, it could be from the curtains or the old furniture or the humidity of the area and the old moldy airfreshner in the corner didn't help. The bathroom and bedroom on 2nd floor had black stains and cracks on the ceiling. Not sure if water damage but should be painted and repaired to alleviate any fears. The old carpet throughout also hold onto the dirt and probably contributes to the smell on the main level. The utensils and dishes in the kitchen were ample but many were dirty. The sofabed in the livingroom did not have linens put out for it despite my reservation stating the number of party in reservation. Beach properties often have pluses and minuses, overall the price of our rental gave us good value for 2 families renting for 3 nights/4days.

The best birthday yet!
I was able to celebrate my birthday with all of my daughters, my sister, and my granddaughter. April is a wonderful time to come to Hilton Head Island. The weather was perfect. Staying at the SeaScape villas was so convenient to walk to the ocean. Having the changing room/restroom at the beach made it great too. The walkway to the beach was very convenient. We all loved the deck with the grill and the ambiance was delightful. We would love to come back next year!

Nice but not used to pools and ocean away from property.

interesting new place to visit
Gorgeous bike trails and pleasant natural surroundings. A nice break from a neon light tourist trap.Surprisingly comfortable bed in master bedroom! Not exactly beautiful sand, but an interesting change from our regular gulf beach vacation.

Fun Had By All!
HHI has been a vacation destination for 7 years. Our stay in the condo was great. The short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza were a plus. The cart provided by the owners came in handy and so appreciated. We had a problem with the dryer but one phone call to the office and the maintenance men were on the scene. We feel there is still a clog in the hose but what they removed improved the drying time. We had a great vacation and will consider Seascape again in the future.

Family Beach Vacation
This is the second time I have rented this condo for our family beach week. I love the location. It is a short walk to the beach but the location is in such a quiet, peaceful spot. You hardly know that you are in a busy tourist town. We enjoy sitting on the deck by the lagoon. We LOVED the keyless entry that was added this year and the larger grill! Looking forward to returning in the future!

Nice place, you are not
I was told we had use of a gas grill. Trying to save a little money we chose to buy foods to grill. In the middle of cooking the gas ran out. We called to get a replacement and was told they would try that evening but more likely it was going to be the next day. I finished the dinner on the stove. The next day at 2:00 PM we called to check on the tank. We was told it was going to be the next day to get a replacement. We ate steaks fried in a skillet. I we didn't even get a appology for the inconvenence. Even when I checked out, I mentioned the issue and it was like ol well with the front desk people. I not book with them again and not recommend anyone else book with them.

Seascapes Villas
We stayed at Seascapes Villas for 3 weeks in March.While the weather was cooler than normal, the condo (unit 3239) was great. It was clean, spacious and carried all of the amenities described in the VRBO ad. The location was great, just a minute from the <br/>beach along a private access.<br/><br/>The large deck was an added enjoument as were the bikes that we used often.<br/><br/>Great place for a vacation and would certainly look at returning.

Enjoyable Trip
We stayed a very short period for a wedding we attended. The property is as advertised. It was very close to the beach and clean. We had rented bikes delivered within about 10 minutes of our call. It is a very vertical unit with the three stories which was fine for us but if you have a group that did not like steps this would be a challenge. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. There was nothing in particular that woudl compell us to come back to this specific condo, thus the not recommend it to friend rating. We would not try to talk someone out of renting it. The location and Hilton Head in general was awesome.

November Getaway

We felt the furniture could use updating and only 2 of the burners on the gas grill work. It was nice to have a large deck to sit out on. The pool was close by and the landscaping beautiful.<br/>There were 6 of us who stayed here and 3 other family members stayed in a 2 bedroom close to us which made it nice. We had enough room that we ate our meals at this condo due to the size.<br/>We definitely recommend this to others.

We have stayed in this unit for the past 3 years. It was ready this year by 2pm. Overall it is a great location and clean. The carpet in the bed rooms and stairs is showing wear and could use an update. Staff at Vacation Time of HH was AWESOME as always and we will continue to use them. Location is great for family, close to food,fun,and private. Retired couple that lives on the property was very rude at the pool(again this year)direct comment to other guest "we have 9 months of peace & 3 months of distractions and load people. They were constantly on kids for using the rope while in the pool. We wittness a young boy tell her "you are not the boss of me"

We loved our stay at Hilton Head. The townhome has a great location with easy access to the beach and shopping. The townhome was well equipped with all the essentials. Definitely will stay on our next visit to Hilton Head.

We had a great week in Hilton Head. The staff at VacationTime were friendly and helpful. The location of the unit is great and the owners sent a helpful email with tips and details prior to our arrival. But the unit definitely needs some updating - the vertical blinds fell off in several of the rooms and had already been taped back up it seems, the kitchen had cabinets with handles that fell off when used, we had an ant infestation, the dryer would not dry clothes and actually became too hot to touch when used (notified VacationTime), carpet is worn and needs cleaning.

Our week in Hilton Head was memorable. We loved where we stayed. The condo was very nice. It was convenient to the beach, the pool, and other activities in Hilton Head. We loved riding our bikes, shopping at Coligny, and getting ice cream in the evenings. The owners were very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. The only downside was that the condo was not ready as promised at 4:00 the day we arrived and the parking lot flooded due to a rainstorm.

Our villa was in a great location, it was clean and roomy for 6 people. We used the new BBQ grill for several meals, my kids loved the new TV, and the beach carts were a big help. We did use the gym membership several times and it was so nice. The villa was very clean and everything we needed was there. Thanks for making our vacation so comfortable.

I was told we had use of a gas grill. Trying to save a little money we chose to buy foods to grill. In the middle of cooking the gas ran out. We called to get a replacement and was told they would try that evening but more likely it was going to be the next day. I finished the dinner on the stove. The next day at 2:00 PM we called to check on the tank. We was told it was going to be the next day to get a replacement. We ate steaks fried in a skillet. I we didn't even get a appology for the inconvenence. Even when I checked out, I mentioned the issue and it was like ol well with the front desk people. I not book with them again and not recommend anyone else book with them.

This is the second time I have rented this condo for our family beach week. I love the location. It is a short walk to the beach but the location is in such a quiet, peaceful spot. You hardly know that you are in a busy tourist town. We enjoy sitting on the deck by the lagoon. We LOVED the keyless entry that was added this year and the larger grill! Looking forward to returning in the future!

We stayed a very short period for a wedding we attended. The property is as advertised. It was very close to the beach and clean. We had rented bikes delivered within about 10 minutes of our call. It is a very vertical unit with the three stories which was fine for us but if you have a group that did not like steps this would be a challenge. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. There was nothing in particular that woudl compell us to come back to this specific condo, thus the not recommend it to friend rating. We would not try to talk someone out of renting it. The location and Hilton Head in general was awesome.

We stayed at Seascapes Villas for 3 weeks in March.While the weather was cooler than normal, the condo (unit 3239) was great. It was clean, spacious and carried all of the amenities described in the VRBO ad. The location was great, just a minute from the <br/>beach along a private access.<br/><br/>The large deck was an added enjoument as were the bikes that we used often.<br/><br/>Great place for a vacation and would certainly look at returning.

I enjoyed my stay very much. My only problem was with the management company. They weren't very forthcoming in information regarding the Villa and the amenities. I had to make several calls to the office to get answers to my questions.

HHI has been a vacation destination for 7 years. Our stay in the condo was great. The short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza were a plus. The cart provided by the owners came in handy and so appreciated. We had a problem with the dryer but one phone call to the office and the maintenance men were on the scene. We feel there is still a clog in the hose but what they removed improved the drying time. We had a great vacation and will consider Seascape again in the future.

Gorgeous bike trails and pleasant natural surroundings. A nice break from a neon light tourist trap.Surprisingly comfortable bed in master bedroom! Not exactly beautiful sand, but an interesting change from our regular gulf beach vacation.

I was able to celebrate my birthday with all of my daughters, my sister, and my granddaughter. April is a wonderful time to come to Hilton Head Island. The weather was perfect. Staying at the SeaScape villas was so convenient to walk to the ocean. Having the changing room/restroom at the beach made it great too. The walkway to the beach was very convenient. We all loved the deck with the grill and the ambiance was delightful. We would love to come back next year!
