Wonderful experience The unit was spotless! Close to the pool and a short walk to the beach (just a couple minutes). So peaceful and relaxing. Close to shops and restaurants, walking distance.

It was okay The rental was okay. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely small. Felt like camping. There were a few roaches. The walls are paper thin so if you like your quiet, request neighbors that don’t have parties from 12:00 AM to 3 AM. That part was frustratingly disappointing. The condo does seem to have newer floors on the 1st floor and furniture was nice.

Great celebration area Enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was easy and close. Having the cabana nearby was great. We enjoyed tasty meals at nearby restaurants. And, our time of celebration 50 years of marriage was wonderful!

Disappointed I feel the advertising photos make this villa appear a little nicer than it is. It seems rather old, even though it has some updates. The damaged front door has not been replaced since an apparent break in. The wood floors and furniture in the living/dining area are nice. Kitchen is small and out of date. There was no icemaker or any ice trays, so we had to buy bagged ice. The doors of refrigerator and top of stove were dirty, and only one outlet for 2 coffee makers, toaster, blender. All carpet appeared stained or dirty. The upstairs hall bath is RV size; not for a person of large size. Oh, and it has no electrical outlet. One lamp in guest bedroom wouldn't work. Deck and grill were nice and close to pool. Not a long walk to beach, and nice that cabana(bathrooms) was provided. I would probably not rent this unit again.

Seascape 3009 July 2019 We have been coming to seascape for over 30 years and this unit has been completely remodeled in the living room and that is it. The villa is super clean and very convenient to the pool (right off the deck) and the beach path is right out the front door! If you are a TV watcher, good luck. The TVs are tiny, 2nd bedroom tv didn’t even work. But we’re not on vacation to watch tv so that really wasn’t an issue. The bathrooms upstairs are very tiny and ate in need of some updates. Beds are very comfy and clean! I love how this villa as all the beach items you will need! From chairs, an umbrella, and even a cart! Our family always enjoys Hilton head, so it’s hard to complain about anything, but with that being said, this condo needs some updating compared to other condos in the complex.

WONDERFUL GETAWAY The Villa was perfect for myself and 2 older children. Loved the living area and porch facing the pool. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Beds very comfy. Beach buggy and chairs so nice to have! Short path to the soft white sandy beach. Thank you so much !!!

Seascape Villa 3009 We loved our Hilton Head vacation rental. It was perfect for our week stay. We could not have asked for a better location. The unit had everything we needed, and it was clean and well kept.

Spring Get Away Unit was clean, fresh smelling, everything in working order and had everything we needed. Loved being by the pool and the large deck was so nice to relax on with a refreshing beverage.&#xD83D;&#xDE01; Walk to the beach was quick and easy, unit had great beach supplies! All linens and towels we needed were there, but you do need to bring own beach towels, not a problem. Great location. Rental offices people are very nice and helpful. Very nice stay.

GREAT STAY AT HHI My wife and I spent a great week at this condo. The unit was clean and comfortable. It overlooks one of the pools, which wasn't important to us (we like the view from other units better), but it would be great with kids. A short walk to the beach - also close to Coligny Circle. The only compaint is a poorly fitting toilet seat in the hall bath.

Families First Time Vistors Overall the location of rental was nice and we really liked the two story layout for those early risers. Interior was showing signs of deferred maintenance but over all we would give this a B rating. The patio was unuseable and pool was not used due to spending more time on beach

Seascape Villa 42S. Forest Beach Dr. The property was well located right across from the beach. The bathrooms are extremely small and the patio furniture was too dirty to use. Once the windows were opened they were very difficult too close. The property is not well maintained.

stay during Hermine We stayed during the recent Hermine storm! Management was super helpful in keeping us updated and we couldn't believe they had the grounds and pool cleaned up so fast! the location of the unit was perfect and it was clean. The unit could simply use a little updating, but it had everything we needed and was clean. I would consider staying there again simply because of the location.

Easter week at 3009 Seascape The unit itself was very clean and met all our needs. However, when got to the unit there was a note telling us that they would be roofing during the week. We didn't think this would be a problem since we'd be out during the days, it in fact was a huge safety risk problem. 2 of the days our unit was tarped off with heavy equipment overhead and shingles falling from the roof. The workers started at 6:30 am and went till dark. I fully understand the necessity of the work but not the huge safety risk it presented. I feel we should have been offered another unit on the property to stay in. Outside of this huge risk and inconvenience the property was wonderful.

Vacation at Hilton Head Pros: Great location, short walk to beach and Cologny Circle. Place was clean. Kitchen well stocked with hardware. Nice deck to sit outside with grill. Price was reasonable for size of unit. Cons: Place is definitely dated. In need of significant upgrades. No bathrooms on main floor and very tiny. Odd kitchen, small.

Great Location, Interior ok Overall, the condo was in a great location close to the beach and pool. The condo was also overall a great value and a good stay. The only issue we had, the condo is a slight bit outdated and the one bathroom is TINY. Outside of that, the washer/dryer were nice and the beds were very comfortable.

CONS: When we arrived, the lock on the door looked as though it had been part of an attempted break in. The door was missing and you could see the drywall/cardboard behind it. Although they added an extra lock for added security, I can't say that we felt 100% safe in the condo. The AC had a bit of a musty/moldy smell. We actually bought a candle to help with the smell for the week. Oh - and oddly enough, there is no outlet in the guest bathroom!

HHI 2017 We have rented in Seascape for several years now and always found it to be a great value. Unfortunately, this year we found our experience to be less than desired. The furniture in the living room, both sofa and love seat, were filthy, so dirty they were not even usable. This made for a long week trying to relax. The bathroom, while may be design for children was unusable do to size.

Ok but needs work. My wife and I have stayed at Seascape several times and this unit was the most outdated. The location is the best asset of this unit being close to the pool and close to the beach access. The kitchen and bathrooms need attention here. They are extreamly small and not layed out very well compared to other Seascape villas. One problem we had was that the hot water had a strong sulfer smell. We ran the hot water until it ran cold so that the tank would fill with fresh water and that seemed to solve the problem. I assume it had been a while since the room was rented because of the water issue and we noticed that the floors were a little dirty like it had been sitting for a while. The bathrooms are horrible in this unit. They have tiny sinks and in one bathroom it has some structural damage to the floor where it is sloped. This is not a terrible place but for the same ammount of money you can get a better unit at Seascape. The pools and grounds of Seascape are nice and this is why we come back year after year. The outside apperance of Seascape is dated but many of the updated units are very nice on the inside. The beach access is a short walk from this unit down a paved sidewalk that is shaded most of the way. Coligny Park is a short walk away where most of the shopping and restaurants are located.

Seascape Villas offers a relaxing atmosphere with naturally landscaped grounds with walking trails, two swimming pools, and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.

Seascape 3009 is nicely decorated two story town home located across the street from one of the best beaches on the island. This villa does have free wifi. The main level of this villa has a spacious living and dining area. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck located off of the living room overlooking the pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern day appliances and there is a washer/dryer set off to the side.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a light green pastel headboard has a matching long dresser. This room has a wall of windows that looks out onto the pool. There is a flat screen TV in the room and the master bathroom has a combination shower/tub.

The second bedroom has a queen size and a full size beds with sea shell decorated quilts. There is a flat screen TV in the second bedroom. A bathroom with a stand-up shower is located in the hallway directly across the room.

Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.

There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men’s and women’s bathroom.
