Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 50 percent will apply.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
