This studio condo is in the ideal location for anyone wanting to stay in a quiet location on the ocean, just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The Bus stops in front of the Elks Club next door. You can make connections to all parts of Oahu using The Bus.

This condo does not offer a million dollar view.....It is a TEN million dollar view. It will take your breath away. You have an unobstructed view of Diamond Head while you eat breakfast, hundreds of surfers waiting for the next wave, dozens of sailboats, submarines, cargo barges, aircraft of all sorts, Waikiki just down the street, gorgeous, soothing Dillingham Fountain and 500 acre Kapiolani Park across from the condo. Do you enjoy whale-watching. From December to April it is possible to see whales from the east-facing window of the apartment. If the Star of Honolulu, a whale-watching ship, stops off to the east, it is likely because their radar has spotted whales in that area.

King-sized bed, Heavenly. The king-sized bed is extremely comfortable. You can see the Ocean without lifting your head off the pillow. The futon mattress and cover are newer. The futon mattress is spring-filled.
There are lots of mirrors and lights in this galley bathroom. The tub, with shower, is surrounded by sparkling white tiles, made brighter by the floor to ceiling window at the foot of the tub. The window opens for excellent ventilation.

There is a flat, but slightly ramped, surface from the front sidewalk all the way to the elevator. The bathroom door might be too narrow for some wheelchairs. A wheelchair can access the flagstone patio at the oceanfront side of the building to enjoy meals while watching surfers and sailboats.

There is a bar-sized fridge. Beside it is a cabinet that contains an earthenware dinnerware set of coffee mugs, bowls, lunch and dinner plates. There is a set of knives, forks and spoons, as well as a paring knife, spatulas, cork screw and can opener. The fridge has a small freezer. An ice machine is located beside the laundry area.

There is enough counter space to prepare many simple meals. You can prepare a wide variety of meals with the rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, electric frying pan, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder & microwave.

There is a phone with two handsets and answering machine, connected to a landline. Local calls are free. Long distance calls require a phone card.

There is lots of affordable metered parking directly across the street.

The coin operated washers & dryers are located on the parking level.

Once you open the slider, the Trade Winds race through the condo making it feel like a giant lanai.
There is a large, common area flagstone patio at ground level, facing the ocean, where you can use one of several wrought iron tables and chairs to enjoy your meals. And a few steps below this patio is a grassy lawn with a number of chaise lounges where you can soak up the sun while watching surfers and sailboats directly in front of you.

Bed sheets, pillow cases, face cloths, hand, bath and dish towels are provided.

Secure wi-fi is available free for your use in the condo.

Several very fine restaurants are located in nearby hotels. Many other restaurants are just a 15 minute walk away in Waikiki!
