We felt so lucky to find this place!
What a great location! This place was perfect for our family - my husband, myself and our two teenage boys. The view was gorgeous from the deck - it’s better than in the photos. Beds were comfortable and there was everything that we would need there. There is an ABC store a minute away to get drinks, sunscreen and a small box of laundry detergent. I would definitely rent this place again! ... my only suggestion if you come here is to research some places to eat. The food on the strip is, as you would expect, overpriced and not great.

Great condo - wonderful location
We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. It was at a great location and we really enjoyed the lanai. They allowed us the check in a little early too. That was a nice surprise.

Location, location, location!!
This condo was amazing! The room was wonderful as were the views. It had everything we needed for the week. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked to cook. The associates at the condo were super helpful and friendly at all times. There are four elevators so there was never a wait. There are many restaurants in walking distance to the condo. You can walk to the zoo in less than ten minutes. Just a few cons that weren't much: windows are old and very loud. We could hear the trash truck each morning along the street. We also had a high wind warning that week and they rattled like crazy. The blinds in the living area are bogged down with salt and sand and were impossible to open/close. We left them open all week so as not to break anything. You can't see the sunset from the condo but could use the public area on the fourth floor to see it perfectly. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would use this facility again in the future!!

Family time
Great time close to everything, very clean had everything we needed and the management was very responsive when we got there and the TV in second room didn’t work, and maintenance replaced it the same day. My family really enjoyed that it was one block from the beach. Would stay here again

Best Location in Wakiki
Our vacation rental was the absolute best. We had a beautiful ocean view, access to a beautiful beach, delicious restaurants surrounding us, a wonderful massage therapist next door, free in and out valet parking, safe secure facility, clean and comfortable condo with gym, hot tub, and pool. Wh had one little glitch with the cable boxes in the bedrooms that was quickly resolved by maintenance. I would highly recommend this rental and will use it again. Aloha��

Amazing condo - just needs some refreshing
We absolutely LOVED the location, and everyone who worked at the Waikiki Beach Tower. Our experience with Alii Beach Rentals was so smooth, and easy will definitely rent again. I would give this place a 5 star review, if it weren't for the furniture. The furniture in the living room is all very outdated, and very dirty. Needs a deep clean (or better yet - needs to be replaced). The furniture seems very used. Everything else was cleaned perfectly and the patio was to die for. We spent many hours just sitting on our patio looking out at Waikiki.

Base amp with a view
Condo was clean and comfortable. Getting key-fob to access elevator was simple (once figured out the one way streets). Nice view of Waikiki Beach and easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Parking spaces are very narrow if you rent any vehicle larger than a compact.

Perfect Location for a Waikiki Beach Vacation
My family of 4 stayed for 11 days at this well-maintained condo right across the street from Waikiki Beach. Access to the beach was literally just a walk down an open-air corridor and across the street. The view from the condo was terrific for watching the surfers taking lessons. We enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub and didn't use the grills, but were impressed with their quality. The condo itself is in good condition for a property this old. The condo is accessed by a keypad with a code. 2 key fobs are supplied for use in the elevators. The master bed was comfortable with a cushy mattress topper. Another blanket was needed by our family in the guest bedroom because the master controls the thermostat at night and the second bedroom has no access to adjust it. My boys got a little chilly on a couple of nights and a another blanket would have helped keep them more comfortable. We were using the only blanket on the master bed.<br/>Check-in required a stop at another property to obtain the key from a lockbox. After that, check-in was very smooth. The washer and dryer was a small stackable, but was adequate for our purposes. Bring your own detergent and fabric softener sheets though. The air-conditioners worked well and all appliances worked as expected. The furniture was a bit worn but functional. We had two minor complaints that could easily be remedied. The coffee maker was only a 5-cup and should have been a full-size with a family of coffee drinkers. The kitchen was adequate, but had only a few odd bowls and 6 plates. There were no hot pads. We made do, but ate all of our meals out, except for breakfast. Bring all your own seasonings because only salt and pepper were supplied. Previous guests had left nothing behind for our use. We enjoyed the free parking in the garage for our SUV. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay and we recommend it if you want a great location that is walkable to the restaurants and shops.

Amazing location!
Location was perfect- directly across the street from a great beach. Wonderful for my Nana who needed accessibility. The location was our priority. Balcony view was wonderful ocean view (and view of another hotel in front and to the side, but we learned to ignore them). Check in was a little clunky (key fob was not in lock box and cleaners weren’t done on time, then fob didn’t work) but the people on call were helpful. Room decor was tired but clean. Pool was decent. Sleeping was very loud- maybe all of Waikiki is loud, but bring earplugs here unless you like lots of city and party noises from the nearby hotels and bars. If you are looking for location right across from the beach though, what you’re paying for here. And that made up for a lot of the other things!

Great Location...Highly Recommend!
If you're hesitating booking this property, DONT! The location could not be better - the beach is right across the street, ABC store super close and the property is attached to McDonalds (which is great if your kid is a picky eater like mine). <br/><br/>I was pleased to see that it appeared to get new furniture from what the pictures showed in the living room, which was a nice upgrade. I REALLY liked that the unit came with beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas! The beds were VERY comfy and it was great to have a washer/dryer in unit so I could come home with clean clothes :)<br/><br/>The staff at the property were VERY nice and helpful and it was awesome that the unit comes with free parking!<br/><br/>If I have to knit pick, the unit didn't have potholders (if you plan to cook) and the coffee pot is very small (if multiple people will be drinking it). Obviously these did NOT hinder our stay, just worth mentioning. <br/><br/>The property did not disappoint...I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again if/when I visit again :)

Terrific location & great view of the beach & ocean
We’re a Family of 7 (6 adults & baby) who stayed at this condo for 4 nights. It has the best location, one block from Waikiki & great view of the ocean from the lanai like it was described. Gabby the property manager provided excellent service. She texted when we arrived from the airport & was waiting for us at the condo & showed us around & explained everything. A lot of restaurants walking distance around the area. We would definitely love to come & stay here again with one suggestion. Please upgrade ALL the beds in the condo, they were not very comfortable, the master bed was ok not good, the 2 twin beds, most specially the pull out sofa - you can feel the springs & lumps. Had to pull out mattress from sofa bed so we can sleep on the floor but you can still feel the springs. Other than that it was great.

Fantastic Location!
Our Host we great at meeting us, even 1 hour earlier than our scheduled check-in time. We were very impressed with the additional touch of a bottle of Champaign and a birthday balloon for my brother-in-laws 50th birthday, NICE TOUCH!! Loved the TV's in each room and having an ensuite! Would like to see some basics like salt, pepper, ketchup etc available, but it was easy enough to go buy but we threw so much out before we left I would of preferred to allow others to use them.

Winter in Hawaii
Excellent property opposite the beach. Many locals thought that the weather was cold, but still warm enough for the beach. Beautiful view partially blocked by the Waikiki Circle next door, but you are aware of this before you go. Punctual and easy arrival procedure. Would recommend without reservation.

Nice stay in Waikiki
It was a nice building & room, the partially obstructed view was a little disappointing (but I did see pics ahead of time) ... Overall we were happy just a little steep in price for that obstructed view.

What a Great Vacation
As soon as we were greeted by the valet, front desk and the Ali'i beach rental gal, we knew we had chosen something special. The condo was clean, lots of amenities and the view was spectacular. We never left the condo without and Aloha or good morning or some kind comment. The staff is EXCELLENT in all areas. I can't wait to return.

Great location
Pros - Great 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Waikiki. Fantastic views. Clean. Comfy beds. Plenty of room. Washer/dryer good for a family. Nice pool and rec area.<br/>Cons - lounge furniture could do with an update. Sofa foldout could do with a better mattress.<br/>Overall - highly recommend for families.

Spacious Condo with Beautiful Ocean Views
My family had a wonderful Hawaiian vacation in this condo. The unit and lanai were spacious, clean and comfortable with fantastic ocean views! The building is directly across from Waikiki Beach with an entrance that leads straight towards the beach. Many of our favorite restaurants were in easy walking distance. One of the highlights of our trip was walking to the Barefoot Beach Cafe Friday night BBQ. We had an excellent meal right on the ocean while listening to live Hawaiian music and watching fireworks. <br/><br/>The pool and hot tub can be easily accessed via an elevator right outside your door. If you prefer to self park as I do, I would recommend choosing a minivan or smaller as many SUVs are required to be valet parked. <br/><br/>While we did not have any issues that needed to addressed, I felt as if Ali'i Beach Rentals was eager to assist us had anything come up.<br/><br/>I hope to stay in this unit again the next time we visit Waikik!

Comfortable Family Unit
Nice spacious condo. Excellent management. Well appointed with everything needed to relax and enjoy. Furniture is old and outdated but comfortable and we would definitely rent this unit again.

I canceled our stay on 12/2 due to new COVID restrictions on Kauai. Most of our stay was to be on that island. I attempted to get a response a few times with no results. After no response I disputed the charge for the room. More than 20 days later the charge was placed back on my credit card. I still have not received any comments from owner.

Week in Waikiki
The good thing going for this property is a location and the view. Otherwise I was very disappointing with the quality of the condo. It needs a serious TLC. Just to mention. The water in the master bathroom shower didn't drain properly, so you had to stand in the water up to the ankles. The floor in bathrooms and kitchen were dirty. I found hair on the shower wall. Windows are very leaky and window makes a big noise. I could not sleep for two night because of that, finally I made put my covid mask between window and window frame to keep it from making a noise in the wind. Beach equipment should be thrown out long time ago is in such bad shape. We had issues with TV freezing on channel selection or with the audio. There is a cable conduit taped to the wall with sticky tape, this just gave up one day and the whole thing just hang in the air. Pictures mostly didn't match the reality. Very small kitchen. Dirty dishwasher. Etc., Etc.

Beach Trip
The condo was well maintained and well located across from the beach. We could have had more eating utensils and at least a few condiments (salt, pepper, spices) to assist with the cooking. It was a comfortable stay. It would have been helpful to know we could have asked for a late checkout. This was not mentioned during the rental process. Lots of spots close by to rent equipment and arrange for ocean activities. There is a good travel agent company a few steps away to help with arranging tours.

We are only able to accommodate late check out requests if we do not have a guest checking in that same day, which is rare. We stopped providing condiments during covid as it was unsanitary, but we appreciate your feedback and we will make sure there are enough eating utensils in the condo. Great location, fast communication!
Highly recommend. We had a great time. Valet included was a big perk to get in and out quickly. Beautiful ocean view and nice balcony to watch the beautiful ocean. Would stay again in the future.

Family Vacation for 5
The condo was very comfortable and did have a great view of the ocean. It was just what we needed. There was enough space for the 5 of us with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a pull-out couch. We could walk everywhere to eat and shop. We hope to come back soon!!

Great Location and Amenities
The condo is need of some updating as seen from the photos but the unit, location and building were great for our family of 5 vacation.
