Lake Windermere is a 25 minute drive/taxi from the property. There is no beach. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
The town of Invermere is located on the shores of Lake Windermere. The town is a short 20 minute drive down from Panorama Mountain. There are two public beaches in Invermere, James Chabot Provincial Park and Kinsmen beach. The lake is warm enough for swimming and large enough.
Ski/Board Out is a 5 minute walk to lift from the property. Ski/Board In is a 5 minute walk to the property.
One minute to/from ski runs. A two minute walk to the gondola takes guests to the day lodge and main lift. You can ski down the Toby run to get back to the condo complex.

If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $30+tax/hour.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

There is a 30-day cancellation policy for most of the year and a 75-day cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year’s bookings. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more (75 days notice or more for Christmas and New Year’s bookings), your deposit less a 10% of the accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be refunded to you. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (75 days for Christmas and New Year’s bookings) are non refundable. However, a credit for the full amount less a 10% of accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be held for you and can be applied to another reservation anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

This 2bdrm+loft Panorama Mountain Village Horsethief townhome offers ski in/ski out access from the Toby Chair. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, stereo, wood fireplace, and south facing deck with BBQ and patio furniture. There is 1 full bathroom with stand-up shower on the main floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the den area has a double/single bunk. The loft features a double/single bunk. There is one full bathroom with stand-up shower on the second floor.

We supply fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps, and paper products.
