Guests are expected to take out their own garbage, start their dishwasher with any dirty dishes and clean the BBQ prior to departure. They are also expected to lock all the doors and windows prior to leaving. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $30+tax/hour.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

There is a 30-day cancellation policy for most of the year and a 75-day cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year’s bookings. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more (75 days notice or more for Christmas and New Year’s bookings), your deposit less a 10% of the accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be refunded to you. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (75 days for Christmas and New Year’s bookings) are non refundable. However, a credit for the full amount less a 10% of accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be held for you and can be applied to another reservation anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

We had a big family stay in the place and it was perfect for us; however, it needs some maintenance on the many of the electrical sockets and lights that do not work. Having said that, we’d stay there again.

This 6bdrm 'Super Condo' is the only one of its kind at Panorama Mtn Village. It is only steps away from the Toby Chair and features its own private hot tub and sauna in an enclosed solarium. The main floor has large living area with leather couches, TV, DVD, Stereo and wood fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area are also on the main floor. The master bedroom is the only bedroom on the main floor and features a king size bed with full ensuite.

The second floor has four bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 & 4 have double beds and bedroom 5 has a double bed and double single bunk bed with ensuite. There is a full bathroom on the second floor across from bedrooms 2,3,4. The 6th bedroom is on the top loft level and includes 4 single beds.

This is the perfect property for a large group or several families and the ski in/ski out location is second to none. We supply fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps, and paper products.
