I stayed with my family, we like the overall decoration of the studio, the bed was very comfy, my children love the large number of DVD's and the books which were stocked. Bathroom and kitchen with all required pots and utensils were good enough to meet our requirement, furthermore, the OwnerDirect coordinater Cindy has supported us during the match.

This is a great studio, well equipped and in a great location. The only thing that could have been better was the mattress on the hide-a-bed. The springs were poking into my child's back.

The queen bed was very comfy. The only reason that I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the hide a bed.

We rented this property when at the mountain to watch the Canadian championship mountain bike downhill races. We really enjoyed our stay. The studio apartment is roomy, clean, and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the marmots and their antics from the patio. The property was comfortable and well provisioned with almost everything you would need. It was clean, close to the grocery and liquor outlet, and the owners were there to meet us when we arrived. Parking was handy, underground, and cool. Garbage bins were in the parking area and laundry as well. We would certainly recommend this studio suite and would book it again in the future if we go to Panorama.

Raving review for both customer service at Owner Direct and property owners of this condo. We've had issues with other agencies, so we were pleasantly surprised how easy and helpful the process was. The condo was very well stocked, clean, and spacious. The walk-out patio was perfect for barbecues and morning coffee with nature all around, including baby deer. Wonderful location, great access to activities for kids and swimming pools/hot tubs. Queen bed, duvets and pillows very comfy, pull-out couch could maybe use a foam cover but the kids didn't complain. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

We had a awesome time staying here. Well equipped and very clean. Fairly close to the hot tub and store. Great collection of books in the Condo if you like reading. Great snow for downhill skiing and cross country.

We stayed a total of 8 nights and cannot think of a bad thing to say. The space was great, 10x better than a hotel. The view was magnificent no matter which way you looked. Everything you need is so close by, the word convenient doesn't do it justice. The condo itself was clean and tidy, well stocked (we brought supplies and didn't need them!), very spacious considering it is a studio, and the owners were great to deal with - responded to inquiries quickly, and we very helpful. Not a problem with anything. Would absolutely stay again! The Owner Direct approach really worked for us!

My son and I stayed here over the August long weekend. What a great find. I was a little nervous having never stayed at Horsethief and because it was a studio. It definitely exceeded my exceptions. It was very spacious and had all the amenities you need. Beautiful walk out patio and indoor fireplace (not that we needed it in the summer). It was clean and the bed was comfortable (I have a bad back so beds make me nervous too).

The owners were quick to respond to my request to rent and the process was quick and simple.
