Inital Deposit equal to 50% of rent is required 60 days prior to arrival. Balance of rent is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Refundable damage depost will be returned within 14 days of departure providing no damage.

We had a fabulous stay! The townhouse is great, newly renovated with all modern appliances. Everything you need is in the suite. This unit is close to everything, a very short walk to the chairlifts.
