Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation damage/security deposit, less a cancellation fee of $300.00 for processing and expenses incurred, is refundable if cancelled within fourteen (14) days of making the reservation. The reservation security deposit and any rent payments made after fourteen (14) days is nonrefundable if the reservation is cancelled prior to occupancy."
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card on Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover Card. Bank checks denoninated in USD's are also accepted when mailed directly to the Owners.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of $600.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 8. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children., Maximum of 4 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 170.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 30 nights in duration. Fee of 180.00 USD for stays that are 31 nights or longer in duration.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available. Cleaning can be arranged upon request to the property manager while on island.
