Terms

VACATION RENTAL CONTRACT

This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between the Property Manager and you, the Renters (also referred to as "Tenants" and "Guests"). Renters agree that this contract will not go into effect until their online reservation request is screened, and accepted by the Property Manager. The Property Manager will notify the Renters within 48 hours via email confirmation when their reservation is accepted.

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to hold the reservation, but full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be no refunds for cancellations or changes to booking if made within 30 days of the Renters check in.

Cleaning Policy:
The departure cleaning fee does not cover daily maid service, but will pay for the cleaning of your vacation rental upon check out.

Tax Policy:
Current rates for General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax will be charged to the Renter. These taxes will be quoted to the Renter before they book.

Reservation Policy:
1) Renters agree to turn off Air Conditioning when not at home.
2) Renters agree to make known the terms of this Rental Agreement and all house rules to all tenants and their guests. Renter also understands that if upon check in there is not a copy of the House Rules then they must promptly request a copy via email from the Property Manager.
3) Renters agree to not smoke on property and it is understood that if they do they will be charged for all damages.
4) Renters agree to be completely responsible for any and all damage to the property caused by Renters or their guests.
5) Renters agree that cars parked on property that do not have the expressed permission to do so will be towed at owners/drivers expense.
6) Renters will forfeit the full rental fee, if cancellation is made less than 30 days from arrival.
7) Renters agree and understand that full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
8) Renters understand that doors are to be locked upon check-out.
9) Renters agree that they cannot hold the Property Manager responsible for any items left behind after check out.
10) Renters agree that lost keys will incur a replacement cost of $100 per key and/or magnetic common area FOB key.
11) Renters understand that parties and/or excessive noise/music is not permitted on property
12) Renters agree that NO PETS are allowed on property unless the pet is ADA certified and the proper documentation of certification is provided to the Property Manager prior to confirmation of the reservation.
13) Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and is required to be staying on the premises.
14) Renter understands that the Property Manager reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.

As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy which can be viewed at The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly to the Property Manager any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact the Property Manager directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment.

Disclaimer:

Renter agrees to hold Property Manager and/or Property Owners harmless and agree to indemnify the Property Manager and/or Property Owners for legal expense or payment of claims arising out of bodily injury, personal property damage, personal injury occurring on or about the premises, robbery, vandalism, acts of God, inclement weather conditions, or accidents related to fire.

Week stay with a friend Overall great area but very disappointing with the comfort of the furniture and especially the beds. Very uncomfortable! Wifi was also very disappointing. Was not working then when fixed was extremely limited. A million dollar view from a disappointing condo When you open the door to this condo, you are immediately drawn to the view of the marina, Ala Moana and Waikiki beach, the ocean and a full rainbow! Once you settle in, the magic disappears. You see that the fabric of the dining chairs are torn, the living room furnitures are from the 70's and smell so. The biggest disappointment was the bed. It was old and provided no support at all. Best to sleep on the carpeted floor. I did notifying the management, but got no response. The toilet leaked the day after arriving. Mike did respond and got that repaired quickly. We were informed ahead of arrival that the dishwasher was not working. It was to be repaired the day before our departure day. The night before our departure, a new dishwasher was delivered to the unit but not installed. Whoever delivered it was able to get into our unit without knocking or calling (we were inside). The kitchen was in good condition and had all the necessary tools. Parking was $20/day. Washer/dryer facility was on the same floor. Ilikai memorable We stayed for ten nights. And were dropped off next door by mistake at the Ilikai very fancy Accomadation thought wow we have hit the jackpot. When we finally found our apartment we were not dissapointed. Excellent location, fully equipped with all you need. Bed was like sleeping on a pillow.<br/>Only things we could fault was the outdated furniture a bit shabby. And the shower was very difficult to stand under we had to put a cloth to hold it in place still a battle every time and not enough water pressure. We loved being so close to everything and watching the fireworks Friday night. Would defiantly book again. No noise from neighbours or street.

Great location! Great location, especially if you have little kids since walked over to the lagoon and ala moana beach ( less busy than wikiki beach). The unit is spacious, clean and has an amazing view. But improvements are needed - The bed's mattress is way too soft and some of the furniture/fabric or so worn out that it's torn.

A hidden gem We are a family of 4 from one of the outer islands visiting for a sports event. We were looking for someplace affordable but with the comforts of home. (washer/dryer, kitchen) A friend recommended our stay and we were not disappointed. An easy entry and exit point of Waikiki, close to our favorite mall and with all the conveniences of a big city (i.e. meal delivery for lazy nights). The room itself was clean and the view amazing. Front row seating for Friday-night fireworks at the HHV and a view of the marina and beaches that we enjoyed immensely. The bed was very comfy and the a/c made it hard to get up in the morning. Although in a very busy part of the city, parking was a cinch with the parking structure below. Since we spent most of our time at the ballpark we did not require the amenities of a resort and since this is an apartment building we knew what we were getting. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Iliki Marina condo 888 There are several property conditions that need to be addressed. (1) three chairs surrounding the only eating area (the counter has a very little overhang of the counter top that reduces it as an eating area). These chairs all need to have the seating area recovered. (2) The tall greenery plant {artificial) is badly in need of replacing. The leaves are brittle and falling off. 3. The vertical blind window covering on the LR slider is badly in need of help. One slat is<br/>missing and there are three that will not engage at one end. 4. There are two chips in the glass top coffee table. Neither caused by us. Seems that this should be viewed by an owner and needs to be replaced or acknowledged for any future tenants. 5. We had trouble with the tub drain in the one bathroom. It required use of he plunger to get the water from a shower to drain. The shower spray is a ' cannot be pointed down to get the best use of it...needs attention.<br/>Someone from property management should make a close inspection of this property and bring it up to acceptable standards. Ilikaia marina ocean # 888 Overall condo is clean ,kitchen is nice and great location. <br/> Cons. Furniture is in need for updating !! a top apartment We stayed in unit 888 on the 8th floor. My husband and me and our 8 year old. What a perfect place for us- excellent views, the apartment was newly re-decorated; new kitchen and stocked with all we needed even 2 beach chairs. Our only suggestion is that they buy a new lounge as it was a bit shabby, but this was a small thing really. The location was perfect and close to everything including the lagoon. Great value for money and we would recommend it to anyone. We loved this place and Rita at Ali'i beach rentals was always on email just when we needed her.

888 Not So Great Firstly, this unit is in Ilikai Marina so if you think you are reserving a condo at the Ilikai Hotel you are I was. I have to take some responsibility for this error but when the site for this unit actually shows photos of the Ilikai Hotel grounds and restaurant it is easy to see how one could be misled. So, our cab dropped us at Ilikai Hotel and we tried to find our unit on the 8th floor to no avail. We were informed that our unit was in a building across Hobron Street. Very disappointed with that building - it smelled of smoke in the elevator and halls. The unit is much smaller than it looks in the photos and there is no pool! The blinds had pieces missing so you could not close them completely which turned out to be a problem for us as my husband and I rotated sleeping on the couch because the "queen" bed was a bit smaller than what we are used to. And forget about this unit sleeping 4, unless 2 are tiny people or small children who enjoy sleeping on an awful pull out sleeper sofa.... The "lanai" is a joke - its tiny, not enough room for any furniture. You cannot sit out there, but people do stand out on the adjacent lanais and smoke, yuck. And Alawai harbor is stinky and full of garbage. Also, super noisy even with door closed. Trash trucks, delivery trucks, tour buses every day all day. Not at all peaceful. The WiFi ID and PW were wrong on our paper work and on the frig notice...had to call to fix that problem. 10:30 check out is too early. And considering check in is 3:30 that gives them a good 5 hours to clean! And forget about a late check out, the standard answer is "no". I wish I could upload my photos... they tell the real story. Okay, but expected more We were disappointed with this condo. The harbor is a nice sight from the very small balcony, but it is dirty and it looks directly down onto the dirty water. The room is located directly next to a very busy street - the windows are single pane and the city noise is constant and loud all night long. There were no instructions for the air conditioner and it took us 15 minutes to figure it out. However, the property was conveniently located next to several restaurants and stores and to the main road for buses. There is not a main desk you visit if you have a problem - you must call or email the property management. We contacted them about something and it took a day to hear back from them. Since this was our first visit to Oahu, maybe this is how all condos are in Waikiki. apt 888 ilikia marina honolulu Wife and I stayed 5 nights.<br/>apt was nice adequate for two people.<br/>The cooking skillets are completely worn out. some chairs upholstery is badly worn.<br/>The info on wireless password was incorrect. fortunately someone had written a note to that effect and left it so I was able to connect. On site managers were very pleasant and helpful when I needed my boarding pass printed. Great Stay Two of us old guys went to Oahu to fish in a tournament. We stayed 4 days and found the condo to be just what we needed. Not a problem with anything! Very clean and the location was perfect. The sofa sleeper is ok but the mattress was very soft as most are. Furniture is old but comfy. View is great!The kitchen was nice but scant but we never cooked a meal. If you are not renting a car this is the place for you. I lived on Oahu for 20 years and this location is one of the best - out of the hustle of the middle of Waikiki! We will return.

A great place to stay while in Honolulu! We went to Honolulu for a family vacation in the middle of August 2015. We, a family of four, stayed 7 nights at Ilikai Marina 888. It was clean and comfortable. It is a one bedroom condo on the 8th floor with a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, a rice cooker, a coffee maker, a stove , plenty of storage with glassware, plates, utensils, and a full bath. The laundry room is on the same floor as well. It has a breath taking view of the pacific ocean, the beach, the lagoon, the hotels and the activities like surfing, parasailing, rides on the helicopter, the cruise ships, boats. It is conveniently located and you can walk to the beach, the ocean, the activities, the fast food, as well as fine dinning and the world class luxury shopping:- everything is like walk-in distance. And the garage on site and the metered parking nearby is a plus.

Great location! 10/10 Our stay at the ilikai marina was great! The condo was perfect, really spacious and clean. The view was definately a plus My girlfriend and I stayed for 12 nights, this condo had everything we needed. It was great to have the option to cool our own food. There was 2 restaurants right down the bottom of the building and the walk I to Waikiki was easy. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki

Condo with a Great Ocean View We were very happy with our stay here at Ilikai Marina. The condo was nice and had a great view. We could see all the boat traffic in and out of the harbor as well as the surfers and the boats in the marina. <br/><br/>This condo is not in the center of Waikiki but we found we could walk pretty much anywhere we liked, and it was a nice walk on the beach into downtown Waikiki. This end is a lot less crowded than the area by the Royal Hawaiian. The Chart House, Red Lobster and Outback are right there if you don't feel like venturing out.<br/><br/>The condo was fully equipped with everything you need including beach towels and beach chairs so that was nice. A/C worked well and the internet access was good too.<br/><br/>The only negative thing I can say is that parking is quite expensive and the condo does not include it in the cost. You have to park in the attached lot as you cannot park for 24 hours in the marina. I am sure that you have to pay anywhere to park so just factor that into your cost in Hawaii.<br/><br/>I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Hawaii.

Review of llikai Marina 888 We rented this condo from April 4/15 to May 3/15.<br/>The location of this unit was excellent. Had very good ocean views. The kitchen was great. Was also very quiet. Had an excellent view of the Friday night fireworks on the beach. The transit Bus and other transportation buses stop at the llikai which is only 1/2 block away. Is only a 7 minute walk to Ala Moana Center. Also is only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Waikiki. Also is only a 10 minute walk to the Don Quijote store. This store has an excellent selection of groceries and most anything else. Also their prices are much more reasonable than any other grocery store.<br/>Had great service from the building maintenance man. A Little Disappointing This property does look like the pictures. However with that being said they do not show the fact that this is an older property. It could use some updating! Also this is more of an apartment building not a hotel or resort. The cleaning staff needs to learn how to properly make a bed and should be aware of the fact that the clients don't like to find strange hairs on/in the bed, pillows, and all over the bathroom floors.(Wife's complaint) By the way the bed was not very comfortable. Not sure it was worth the price... On the pro side it was in a very good location in downtown Honolulu and had a wonderful view!

Good Choice at Other End of Waikiki This property is at the Ewa(western)-most end of the Waikiki strip, nearby the Hilton Hawaii Village, Ilikai Hotel, Prince Hotel, Magic Island, Ala Moana Park and Center. So there's lots of activity nearby even if you're a bit far from the center of Waikiki. Parking doesn't come with this unit. Parking is $20 a day with in-and-out privileges, not much higher than other big hotels, but still an extra charge if you have a car. The interior condition of the unit was pretty flawless, but the daily rental cost reflects this. Then there's the view out the little balcony, the Waikiki Marina. To visitors tired of looking at the sides of other hotel buildings, the view of the marina and ocean front is spectacular. Ilikai Marina 888 The attention to detail by Ali'i Beach Rentals was most professional. We were a little disappointed with the decor which could do with a makeover the carpet and the bed linen especially.<br/>Even though we knew that there was no pool on the property, this was a definite disadvantage and we would not rent a property in the future that did not have one. The same goes with the balcony the one at 888 is almost non existent less than 1 metre wide (useless).<br/>In conclusion, even though there are deficiencies with this apartment we were more than happy with the service provided by Ali'i Beach Rentals and would certainly use them for any future rentals in the area.

Great Location I loved the location. The view was awesome. The overall room was spacious the only downfall was the bed. Seems like the bed was not properly made. Pillows all tossed as if it was stilled used. The headboard not secured. The towels could use replacing. They felt like cheap towels and the window shades would not close properly. I think these are minors things to fix and once done would make this room fantastic.

Great Time Everything was good, especially the managment team full of renponsiveness and Aloha spirit. Two weeks in Waikiki Ilikai Marina 888 was a lovely condominium overlooking the harbor and beach. We ended up spending a lot of time in the unit and were grateful for such a beautiful view. Decent stay at ilikai marina 888 Stayed Aug 28 - Sep 4. 3 adults. Check in/check out is easy with numeric lock for entry and use of mobile app. Located at one end of Waikiki and 20 mins walk to duke's/central Waikiki. 5 mins walk to lagoon and Hilton village. View was good from very small balcony. Main bed was ok. sofa sleeper was lumpy and uncomfortable. Extra comforter had cotton balls which stuck to clothes and sheets. Extra sheets did not fit the sofa sleeper. Bath and beach towels provided as were basic kitchen amenities. Overall ok for the cost - not outstanding not the worst. Probably better for 2 rather than 3. Response from Alii Beach Rentals ; Tuesday, August 4, 2015 Your input is much appreciated. We'll meet with the cleaner to make sure the bedding issues are solved moving forward.

Lovely Property was as described and in a perfect location with a beautiful view. The late check in time is a bit of an issue if you arrive early in the morning as we did. I highly recommend booking the night before you arrive as well so that you can get straight in to the condo on arrival. There are no luggage storage facilities in the building. Kevin from Paradise Ohana Services was very helpful with storing our bags, but he was a little difficult to contact originally. Overall a great condo, very comfortable.

We stayed for ten nights. And were dropped off next door by mistake at the Ilikai very fancy Accomadation thought wow we have hit the jackpot. When we finally found our apartment we were not dissapointed. Excellent location, fully equipped with all you need. Bed was like sleeping on a pillow.<br/>Only things we could fault was the outdated furniture a bit shabby. And the shower was very difficult to stand under we had to put a cloth to hold it in place still a battle every time and not enough water pressure. We loved being so close to everything and watching the fireworks Friday night. Would defiantly book again. No noise from neighbours or street.

Great location, especially if you have little kids since walked over to the lagoon and ala moana beach ( less busy than wikiki beach). The unit is spacious, clean and has an amazing view. But improvements are needed - The bed's mattress is way too soft and some of the furniture/fabric or so worn out that it's torn.

We are a family of 4 from one of the outer islands visiting for a sports event. We were looking for someplace affordable but with the comforts of home. (washer/dryer, kitchen) A friend recommended our stay and we were not disappointed. An easy entry and exit point of Waikiki, close to our favorite mall and with all the conveniences of a big city (i.e. meal delivery for lazy nights). The room itself was clean and the view amazing. Front row seating for Friday-night fireworks at the HHV and a view of the marina and beaches that we enjoyed immensely. The bed was very comfy and the a/c made it hard to get up in the morning. Although in a very busy part of the city, parking was a cinch with the parking structure below. Since we spent most of our time at the ballpark we did not require the amenities of a resort and since this is an apartment building we knew what we were getting. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

There are several property conditions that need to be addressed. (1) three chairs surrounding the only eating area (the counter has a very little overhang of the counter top that reduces it as an eating area). These chairs all need to have the seating area recovered. (2) The tall greenery plant {artificial) is badly in need of replacing. The leaves are brittle and falling off. 3. The vertical blind window covering on the LR slider is badly in need of help. One slat is<br/>missing and there are three that will not engage at one end. 4. There are two chips in the glass top coffee table. Neither caused by us. Seems that this should be viewed by an owner and needs to be replaced or acknowledged for any future tenants. 5. We had trouble with the tub drain in the one bathroom. It required use of he plunger to get the water from a shower to drain. The shower spray is a ' cannot be pointed down to get the best use of it...needs attention.<br/>Someone from property management should make a close inspectio

We stayed in unit 888 on the 8th floor. My husband and me and our 8 year old. What a perfect place for us- excellent views, the apartment was newly re-decorated; new kitchen and stocked with all we needed even 2 beach chairs. Our only suggestion is that they buy a new lounge as it was a bit shabby, but this was a small thing really. The location was perfect and close to everything including the lagoon. Great value for money and we would recommend it to anyone. We loved this place and Rita at Ali'i beach rentals was always on email just when we needed her.

Firstly, this unit is in Ilikai Marina so if you think you are reserving a condo at the Ilikai Hotel you are I was. I have to take some responsibility for this error but when the site for this unit actually shows photos of the Ilikai Hotel grounds and restaurant it is easy to see how one could be misled. So, our cab dropped us at Ilikai Hotel and we tried to find our unit on the 8th floor to no avail. We were informed that our unit was in a building across Hobron Street. Very disappointed with that building - it smelled of smoke in the elevator and halls. The unit is much smaller than it looks in the photos and there is no pool! The blinds had pieces missing so you could not close them completely which turned out to be a problem for us as my husband and I rotated sleeping on the couch because the "queen" bed was a bit smaller than what we are used to. And forget about this unit sleeping 4, unless 2 are tiny people or small children who enjoy sleeping on an awful pull out sleeper sofa.... The "lanai" is a jok

We were disappointed with this condo. The harbor is a nice sight from the very small balcony, but it is dirty and it looks directly down onto the dirty water. The room is located directly next to a very busy street - the windows are single pane and the city noise is constant and loud all night long. There were no instructions for the air conditioner and it took us 15 minutes to figure it out. However, the property was conveniently located next to several restaurants and stores and to the main road for buses. There is not a main desk you visit if you have a problem - you must call or email the property management. We contacted them about something and it took a day to hear back from them. Since this was our first visit to Oahu, maybe this is how all condos are in Waikiki.

Wife and I stayed 5 nights.<br/>apt was nice adequate for two people.<br/>The cooking skillets are completely worn out. some chairs upholstery is badly worn.<br/>The info on wireless password was incorrect. fortunately someone had written a note to that effect and left it so I was able to connect. On site managers were very pleasant and helpful when I needed my boarding pass printed.

Two of us old guys went to Oahu to fish in a tournament. We stayed 4 days and found the condo to be just what we needed. Not a problem with anything! Very clean and the location was perfect. The sofa sleeper is ok but the mattress was very soft as most are. Furniture is old but comfy. View is great!The kitchen was nice but scant but we never cooked a meal. If you are not renting a car this is the place for you. I lived on Oahu for 20 years and this location is one of the best - out of the hustle of the middle of Waikiki! We will return.

We went to Honolulu for a family vacation in the middle of August 2015. We, a family of four, stayed 7 nights at Ilikai Marina 888. It was clean and comfortable. It is a one bedroom condo on the 8th floor with a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, a rice cooker, a coffee maker, a stove , plenty of storage with glassware, plates, utensils, and a full bath. The laundry room is on the same floor as well. It has a breath taking view of the pacific ocean, the beach, the lagoon, the hotels and the activities like surfing, parasailing, rides on the helicopter, the cruise ships, boats. It is conveniently located and you can walk to the beach, the ocean, the activities, the fast food, as well as fine dinning and the world class luxury shopping:- everything is like walk-in distance. And the garage on site and the metered parking nearby is a plus.

Our stay at the ilikai marina was great! The condo was perfect, really spacious and clean. The view was definately a plus My girlfriend and I stayed for 12 nights, this condo had everything we needed. It was great to have the option to cool our own food. There was 2 restaurants right down the bottom of the building and the walk I to Waikiki was easy. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki

We were very happy with our stay here at Ilikai Marina. The condo was nice and had a great view. We could see all the boat traffic in and out of the harbor as well as the surfers and the boats in the marina. <br/><br/>This condo is not in the center of Waikiki but we found we could walk pretty much anywhere we liked, and it was a nice walk on the beach into downtown Waikiki. This end is a lot less crowded than the area by the Royal Hawaiian. The Chart House, Red Lobster and Outback are right there if you don't feel like venturing out.<br/><br/>The condo was fully equipped with everything you need including beach towels and beach chairs so that was nice. A/C worked well and the internet access was good too.<br/><br/>The only negative thing I can say is that parking is quite expensive and the condo does not include it in the cost. You have to park in the attached lot as you cannot park for 24 hours in the marina. I am sure that you have to pay anywhere to park so just factor that into your cost in Hawaii.

We rented this condo from April 4/15 to May 3/15.<br/>The location of this unit was excellent. Had very good ocean views. The kitchen was great. Was also very quiet. Had an excellent view of the Friday night fireworks on the beach. The transit Bus and other transportation buses stop at the llikai which is only 1/2 block away. Is only a 7 minute walk to Ala Moana Center. Also is only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Waikiki. Also is only a 10 minute walk to the Don Quijote store. This store has an excellent selection of groceries and most anything else. Also their prices are much more reasonable than any other grocery store.<br/>Had great service from the building maintenance man. He was very helpfull.<br/>The laundry facilities were right on our floor and the open hours were very good.<br/>

The attention to detail by Ali'i Beach Rentals was most professional. We were a little disappointed with the decor which could do with a makeover the carpet and the bed linen especially.<br/>Even though we knew that there was no pool on the property, this was a definite disadvantage and we would not rent a property in the future that did not have one. The same goes with the balcony the one at 888 is almost non existent less than 1 metre wide (useless).<br/>In conclusion, even though there are deficiencies with this apartment we were more than happy with the service provided by Ali'i Beach Rentals and would certainly use them for any future rentals in the area.

I loved the location. The view was awesome. The overall room was spacious the only downfall was the bed. Seems like the bed was not properly made. Pillows all tossed as if it was stilled used. The headboard not secured. The towels could use replacing. They felt like cheap towels and the window shades would not close properly. I think these are minors things to fix and once done would make this room fantastic.

This property is at the Ewa(western)-most end of the Waikiki strip, nearby the Hilton Hawaii Village, Ilikai Hotel, Prince Hotel, Magic Island, Ala Moana Park and Center. So there's lots of activity nearby even if you're a bit far from the center of Waikiki. Parking doesn't come with this unit. Parking is $20 a day with in-and-out privileges, not much higher than other big hotels, but still an extra charge if you have a car. The interior condition of the unit was pretty flawless, but the daily rental cost reflects this. Then there's the view out the little balcony, the Waikiki Marina. To visitors tired of looking at the sides of other hotel buildings, the view of the marina and ocean front is spectacular.

This property does look like the pictures. However with that being said they do not show the fact that this is an older property. It could use some updating! Also this is more of an apartment building not a hotel or resort. The cleaning staff needs to learn how to properly make a bed and should be aware of the fact that the clients don't like to find strange hairs on/in the bed, pillows, and all over the bathroom floors.(Wife's complaint) By the way the bed was not very comfortable. Not sure it was worth the price... On the pro side it was in a very good location in downtown Honolulu and had a wonderful view!
