Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
A reservation deposit must be made on a major credit card and is required to confirm booking and it may be applied to the total rent due at the owner's discretion within the parameters defined by the owner's Rental Agreement.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, 10 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 20 percent of the rent is due immediately.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.
The security deposit is not required from repeat guests..
