We recently stayed at this lovely villa with conservation views to the rear and enjoyed it so much we did not want to leave. It is very well equipped and the layout is very convenient for a large family. The pool and spa are fabulous and we ate outside all the time as there was always some shade if you needed it. The location is great with shops and restaurants just up the road and Disney only a short drive away. The owner was extremely helpful before we went and everything went very smoothly. All in all a fantastic holiday (our golden wedding anniversary celebration with our family) .

The location to Disney is ideal and also to many other tourist places. My family really was over-whelmed by this beautiful home. There’s so much space for a large group yet it has that cozy feel. The kitchen layout is perfect layout for having multiple chefs working on breakfast. We enjoyed staying here very much.

This home is just 5 Miles from Disney and within easy reach of all the major attractions. The villa sleeps 10 in comfort and is fully air-conditioned.
The great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling and three large skylights. The patio doors open out onto the lanai and pool area. The first master bedroom has a King size bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of separate shower and tub and double vanity sinks, and wc.
The second master also has a King size bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of shower/tub, vanity sink and wc. Both bedrooms have own private door leading to pool area.
Twins in the 3rd/4th and Queen size bed in the 5th bedroom.
The third bathroom is next to the Queen bedroom which has tub/over head shower, vanity sink and wc and the fourth bathroom which also has tub/over head shower, vanity sink and wc is centrally positioned between the other two twin bedrooms which serves both rooms. All bedrooms have cable television.
The kitchen is fitted with all major appliances and fully equipped. It has a separate dining area with large table and chairs .
The large pool has a spa and is fully screened and looks out over a conservation area. It has a large lanai area offering shelter from the sun and is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs.
Separate laundry area and game room with pool table, basketball game and air-hockey game. Free internet (WIFI) and telephone (national & int'l - landlines only).DVD players/VCR available.
