Nice location, but that's it Nice location, but many issues with this property. Building has over 70 units over 4 floors with just ONE elevator. Made for LONG wait times as this unit was on the 4th floor. Not cool. Unit directions are poorly written and not up-to-date; talks about keys (descriptions of what keys do not correct) but doesn't tell you where keys are (lockbox in parking deck); gives multiple codes for pool, elevator and beach gate - only one is correct for each - up to you to figure out which ones actually work; halfway thru out stay the unit door code didn't work; locked out of unit standing there with 2 6-year olds while we had to call and be on the phone for 15 minutes to get a new code - NOT COOL. Parking for only one car; lot that tell you to use for excess parking across the street is daytime parking - no overnight parking; for a 3 bedroom unit you would expect 2 parking spaces a least - closest 24 hour lot available is a full mile away - also NOT COOL. Clean up-to-date unit, but wouldn't stay here again because of all the issues. Perfect Location The location was great and we spent a lot of time on the beach. Location was also convenient to walk to a few restaurants. Property was clean but could use some new furniture. Couch and chair in living room had rips and stuffing coming out. All beds squeaked at every move. It was well stocked with cookware and dishes and decorated very nicely. Our major annoyance was the 10 digit code for the door and numerous other codes needed for elevator and pool key. Poorly maintained rental property Outdated condo with maintenance issues in the kitchen and bathrooms. Clearly a property purchased to make rental income from unsuspecting guests. Very dissatisfied with the quality and functionality of many areas of the condo. Cleanliness was poor. Owner needs to fix these glaring issues or sell to someone willing to maintain it properly.
