Stop scrolling and book this condo!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Beach Cottage #1312. The condo was absolutely lovely. We are a small family of three and had more than enough space to accommodate us (honestly this condo was large enough to accommodate another family of three). The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was perfect for lounging and watching tv. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and we even took advantage of the grills outside on the pool deck. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area is fantastic. This is our second year at the Beach Cottage and we were even more impressed this year. The beach is literally steps away and was never crowded. <br/><br/>I also feel like I need to mention how wonderful the group at Florida Lifestyles were to work with. Our booking agent Cathy made booking this a breeze and was always so prompt and friendly in all of my emails to her. We also had a situation with a blown fuse resulting in no power. I called the agency and spoke with Lisa who immediately had someone in route to fix the issue. My family and I left to do some shopping and when we returned a couple of hours later the issue was fixed. We have stayed in lots of places over the years and the customer service at Florida Lifestyle was above and beyond any other agency we have worked with.<br/><br/>We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next trip!

Very nice rental

Quiet Spot to Escape
The condo is located at a prime spot to escape the busyness of a Spring Break crowd, yet its' location allows you to walk for ice cream at the Candy Kitchen or a bite to eat at Seabreeze. Our kids grabbed the trolley on more than one occasion to go to Clearwater and St. John's Pass. <br/><br/>The size of the kitchen was one of the largest we've had for a condo. It has a 4-person table in the kitchen in addition to the 6-person table in the dining area. The open concept allows you to still interact with others while food prepping.<br/><br/>To enter the condo, you use an actual key which was a little bit of an inconvenience when your hands are full, but we managed. <br/><br/>Overall, a lovely condo!<br/>

Great place

Week at BC1312
Very nice property, well maintained and recently renovated. It was Christmas break with what appeared to be total occupancy limiting access to pool and Jacuzzi. Condo property clean and well maintained.<br/>Have stayed at Beach Cottage 1 many times in the past.

Relaxation
We had a great two weeks. The unit was clean and has everything you need. The only thing I would change is better WIFI. Had some work meetings via Zoom and had some connectivity issues.

A great brek from the Winter
This was our second year going to FL. for the winter and first time at this unit. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. We love being right on the Gulf. What truly sets this years visit apart from last years was the heated pool. While the places we stayed last year "listed heated pools" they were at best 70 degrees. The Beach Cottage on the other hand had there pool about 82-84 degrees. That means you can walk right in and enjoy the water. And we did, just about every day, for hours. It only took us one day to re-book for next year in the same unit. There seems to be plenty of units to rent so highly recommend trying this complex.

Total relaxiation.

Really great vacation

Great spring break
This property is one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. We love the heated pool...which is actually heated!! The condo was very well equiped with lots of helpful information left by the owners. Just a couple of drawbacks. There is only one elevator in Beach Cottages 1 which makes for waiting. Also the unit could have been cleaner. Several spots in the condo haven't been dusted in quite awhile. We loved having the extra security/wristbands during break. Also we needed an extra parking spot and there are several with these units.

Home away
Aleays have a wonderful experience with Beach Cottage Condo Florida Lifestyle. Its like I am at home. Beautiful view of the ocean as well as the pool to watch over your children. Within the condo the decor is tasteful and very comfortable. With minor changes needed with some of the appliances and shower to accommodate a little bit better. But overall satisfying.

Winter get away!
This is our 3rd year at the Beach Cottage #1312 and we have enjoyed every minute of our time there. The unit is updated, clean and a great location and view. If there are ever any questions or problems, they are taken care of immediately and have always been to our satisfaction. This speaks highly for Florida Lifestyles and the condo owner. We are very pleased and can't wait to return next year and hopefully many more years after that.

Last minute
As a last minute vacation rental was ok. Was not very clean. In addition water pressure was very poor in shower. On plus side had a good variety of supplies for beach. Condo was very well supplied with kitchen supplies. Beach was very nice and peaceful no over crowding.

Winter get away!

Beach Apartmenf
Overall we enjoyed our time. There was plenty of room and the balcony was lovely. But the elevator was not working for the last 3 days of our stay and we had one day without the use of a bathroom because of a leak. While it may not have been the fault of the owners-it was disappointing that there was no recompense for this.

Great ocean and pool views
Great location on the beach with beautiful views and quick access to the pool. The interior is very spacious and functional with plenty of chair and table seating. I think switching to keyless entry would improve the checkin/checkout process but that's not a big deal.

Better than expected
We have stayed several years in a row at Beach Palms right next door and this place and this site never appealed to me but I also needed two three-bedroom condos which were almost impossible to get anywhere during peak season. We ended up having to stay at two locations, no fault of Florida Lifestyle, and we ended up here. We were beyond pleased with the location even though it was two bedrooms, it had a king and two queens so we had plenty of room and the condo was much bigger than I thought it would be. The kitchen was great but they could do with some new frying pans and silicone spatulas or metal even. Everybody was pleased except for having to be four miles apart. Maybe we can book earlier next year and prevent that. The good news is, we now have a new possible option for next year at Beach Cottage. We love the location of this and Beach Palms, very peaceful and near coffee and great restaurants. To the owners, thanks for the privilege of using your great condo! To Florida Lifestyle, we will call you in a few months to schedule for next year! If you are looking for a place to stay, don't be afraid to stay here, If you aren't happy, you may be a nitpicker so go for it but don't take my week!

Spring Break 2011
Overall it is a great place to stay. We felt safe, great beach, nice pool, great pool deck area. Upon arrival we were disappointed at the cleanliness of our condo. Dirt in shower things not wiped down well, dust everywhere, build up of dirt and grime in kitchen was nasty! The place is decorated nicely, however, needs updated. We would stay here again, but would address the cleanliness before arriving. It really is a nice complex.

beach cottage 1 1312
really nice spacious clean condo. NIce hot tub adn pool. Lots of deck and chairs for sunning. Wonderful scenic beach. Good location quick drive to CLearwater beaches, not too far from St. Augustine. Only downside is south side of condo developement gets little sun at this time of year, can be chilly. North side gets sun almost all day. Also seems that dates after Christmas is maintenance time and we dealt with NOISY power washing OFF and On ALL DAY, than Annoying Jack Hammering.

great place but a little more info would be helpful
beautiful condo and very comfortable and current decor. would have been helpful to know there were two beach chairs available in closet. also there are cabana style beach double loungers for rent for $25 per day or by week. (after the first couple days all seemed to be rented for entire week) suggestions for rental company or owners to make guests have an easier experience...(these are things you don't bring on a plane and seem silly to have to buy for a weeks stay) salt and pepper, a few individual laundry soap packets, more than 2 rolls of TP - simple inexpensive things that seem like they should be included at $2000/week. other FYI -plenty of dishes, pans, etc provided, linens and bath towels were plentiful, small soaps were available in bathroom, local restaurant info in guest book, winn dixie discount card was spotted on kitchen bulletin board on our last day. all in all it was a comfortable and lovely place with a nice large pool area and a great beach!

Great Getaway
We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful, well-appointed condo. Had everything we needed and more. Pool was closed for reno - wish we had been told before arrival. Beautiful sunsets and walks on the beach. Close to many little shops and restaurants. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Great set up for a family with three kids! Awesome week!

Great unit
This was our 2nd year at Beach Cottages I. The unit 1312 has spoiled us. It was furnished beautifully and in great condition. We wanted to lease for 2015, but it was already booked. We have a reservation on a unit in Cottages II for 45 days in 2015, but we already know it will not be near as nice. We love the amenities that Beach Cottages offers, except the occasional of the birds.

Great Place But Not For Full Size Vans
Very nice condo complex. Our's was updated to the max. Very comfortable furniture. The only problem we had was that the parking garage didn't accommodate our Chevy van. It is a full-size van and we had to use the visitors parking spot in the outside lot. It was only inconvenient when it rained - and it rained 4 days in a row!!

Perfect vacation and rental, awesome place!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation on the Gulf Coast in Florida and the Beach Cottage Condo, Unit 1312 where we stayed was absolutely perfect. Newly remodeled, clean, convenient and perfect for us. We especially loved the large screen TVs, nice large kitchen, covered parking spot in the building garage, the pool and hot tub, steps to the beach and the quality of furnishings in the condo. Zero complaints with the condo or rental company, in fact this review is long over due and we really can't say enough positive things about our trip. Florida Vacation
We decided a few weeks before Christmas 2014 to visit family in St Petersburg FL. Upon looking for a place to stay, I found many places unavailable, started getting nervous we would have to cancel our plans. I called Florida Lifestyles rental and spoke with Cathy, she was very helpful and told me about Beach Cottage 1312. She walked me through their website so I could see the property and described the area. We discussed and finalized everything over the phone. We arrived after hours and left before office hours at the end of our trip, so I never met anyone in person at Florida Lifestyles, this was not an issue for me, since the property and area were exactly as Cathy had described. Unit 1312 was the same as the pictures on the website, we couldn't be happier with the unit we stayed. Had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. We will use Florida Lifestyles the next time we visit our family in Florida. Thank you Cathy for all your help finding us the perfect place to stay during our visit.

Wonderful Vacation
We loved our month at Beach Cottages! Everything is beautiful! I played golf every morning at the Largo Golf Club. Early Bird Special was perfect for me since I wanted to also go to all the fun places nearby. <br/>Kathy at Florida Lifestyle has been terrific! We come every year!!!

Well located area, condo, and unit . The condo is up to date and in excellent condition. Well supplied in every area , the kitchen is complete with plenty of cooking and baking supplies, the beds are also excellent ...beach supplies for all ages ...the owners and management company are professional. And a pleasure to deal with. ..wonderful sunsets from the balcony .

Perfect Place to Stay!
We loved our stay! The condo is in perfect condition, everything is top of the line. Very clean, beds r comfortable, furniture is nice, they have every kitchen item u could possibly need, and the view is amazing! The pool area is kept very clean. U walk right out onto the beach. The complex is next to a bird sanctuary, it was an added bonus to visit the sanctuary and get to see birds up close. We really loved everything about this condo and Indian Shores!

The Beach Cottage on the other hand had there pool about 82-84 degrees. That means you can walk right in and enjoy the water. And we did, just about every day, for hours. It only took us one day to re-book for next year in the same unit. There seems to be plenty of units to rent so highly recommend trying this complex.

We loved our month at Beach Cottages! Everything is beautiful! I played golf every morning at the Largo Golf Club. Early Bird Special was perfect for me since I wanted to also go to all the fun places nearby. <br/>Kathy at Florida Lifestyle has been terrific! We come every year!!!

Well located area, condo, and unit . The condo is up to date and in excellent condition. Well supplied in every area , the kitchen is complete with plenty of cooking and baking supplies, the beds are also excellent ...beach supplies for all ages ...the owners and management company are professional. And a pleasure to deal with. ..wonderful sunsets from the balcony .

We loved our stay! The condo is in perfect condition, everything is top of the line. Very clean, beds r comfortable, furniture is nice, they have every kitchen item u could possibly need, and the view is amazing! The pool area is kept very clean. U walk right out onto the beach. The complex is next to a bird sanctuary, it was an added bonus to visit the sanctuary and get to see birds up close. We really loved everything about this condo and Indian Shores!

Two months in this unit ,and it was perfect in every way. ....just pack your bags and arrive. The unit is very well supplied for any visitors all ages. ..beach cottages units would always be my first choice . The description is accurate regarding the location,layout,amenities etc.

We decided a few weeks before Christmas 2014 to visit family in St Petersburg FL. Upon looking for a place to stay, I found many places unavailable, started getting nervous we would have to cancel our plans. I called Florida Lifestyles rental and spoke with Cathy, she was very helpful and told me about Beach Cottage 1312. She walked me through their website so I could see the property and described the area. We discussed and finalized everything over the phone. We arrived after hours and left before office hours at the end of our trip, so I never met anyone in person at Florida Lifestyles, this was not an issue for me, since the property and area were exactly as Cathy had described. Unit 1312 was the same as the pictures on the website, we couldn't be happier with the unit we stayed. Had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. We will use Florida Lifestyles the next time we visit our family in Florida. Thank you Cathy for all your help finding us the perfect place to stay during our visit.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation on the Gulf Coast in Florida and the Beach Cottage Condo, Unit 1312 where we stayed was absolutely perfect. Newly remodeled, clean, convenient and perfect for us. We especially loved the large screen TVs, nice large kitchen, covered parking spot in the building garage, the pool and hot tub, steps to the beach and the quality of furnishings in the condo. Zero complaints with the condo or rental company, in fact this review is long over due and we really can't say enough positive things about our trip. This was our 2nd year at Beach Cottages I. The unit 1312 has spoiled us. It was furnished beautifully and in great condition. We wanted to lease for 2015, but it was already booked. We have a reservation on a unit in Cottages II for 45 days in 2015, but we already know it will not be near as nice. We love the amenities that Beach Cottages offers, except the occasional of the birds.

Very nice condo complex. Our's was updated to the max. Very comfortable furniture. The only problem we had was that the parking garage didn't accommodate our Chevy van. It is a full-size van and we had to use the visitors parking spot in the outside lot. It was only inconvenient when it rained - and it rained 4 days in a row!!

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful, well-appointed condo. Had everything we needed and more. Pool was closed for reno - wish we had been told before arrival. Beautiful sunsets and walks on the beach. Close to many little shops and restaurants. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Great set up for a family with three kids! Awesome week!

beautiful condo and very comfortable and current decor. would have been helpful to know there were two beach chairs available in closet. also there are cabana style beach double loungers for rent for $25 per day or by week. (after the first couple days all seemed to be rented for entire week) suggestions for rental company or owners to make guests have an easier experience...(these are things you don't bring on a plane and seem silly to have to buy for a weeks stay) salt and pepper, a few individual laundry soap packets, more than 2 rolls of TP - simple inexpensive things that seem like they should be included at $2000/week. other FYI -plenty of dishes, pans, etc provided, linens and bath towels were plentiful, small soaps were available in bathroom, local restaurant info in guest book, winn dixie discount card was spotted on kitchen bulletin board on our last day. all in all it was a comfortable and lovely place with a nice large pool area and a great beach!

really nice spacious clean condo. NIce hot tub adn pool. Lots of deck and chairs for sunning. Wonderful scenic beach. Good location quick drive to CLearwater beaches, not too far from St. Augustine. Only downside is south side of condo developement gets little sun at this time of year, can be chilly. North side gets sun almost all day. Also seems that dates after Christmas is maintenance time and we dealt with NOISY power washing OFF and On ALL DAY, than Annoying Jack Hammering.

Overall it is a great place to stay. We felt safe, great beach, nice pool, great pool deck area. Upon arrival we were disappointed at the cleanliness of our condo. Dirt in shower things not wiped down well, dust everywhere, build up of dirt and grime in kitchen was nasty! The place is decorated nicely, however, needs updated. We would stay here again, but would address the cleanliness before arriving. It really is a nice complex.
